None of my complaints/calls had been documented and the most recent one was closed with no resolve.

Last week, engineer came after 5 days without internet, came in, took double connector off phone line, plugged into main line, wala, fixed. Wish someone could have talked me through checking line myself

Got my partner a new phone and tablet with BT Mobile which have been perfect so decided to treat myself (it's nearly Christmas afterall) only downside is you're not doing the free gift cards anymore 😪.
