@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

. @bt_uk Our telephone cable blew down in high winds on Sunday 2nd May. Your engineer cut the cable completely on 5th May. Since then no cable, no landline, and no word from you when you will fix apart from disjointed automated responses giving me fake fix dates. Shoddy service.
