    @bt_uk is there an issue in the SW20 area? Broadband not being picked up on our laptops since yesterday so unable to work! Mobiles ok but can’t work on my mobile!

    Hi @bt_uk my mum has been without phone or broadband for 16 days now. 2 engineers haven’t turned up meaning she’s missed days at work waiting around. The service has been very poor. I assume you will be refunding her for the majority of the month?

    I cannot believe the shocking decline of customer service from @bt_uk Nearly a year of having their "super fast fibre" and its been slower and more unstable than the copper wiring. Add the ineptitude of the @WeAreOpenreach engineers, I can see why people use mobile broadband.

    @bt_uk do bt managed to get me to stay as a customer got me a better package but instead of moving me over without any glitch I have no internet untill my new service goes live! If I got told this I would have made other plans for work! Thanks for not being able to help!

    @bt_uk Why can’t you help sort out our broadband order that has been cancelled several times leaving us weeks without internet at a property with no phone. Unable to work - disgraceful service

    @about_jon @bt_uk Similar issues for me. I recently changed to a new package with BT on a 24 month contract. Go live was meant to be today; instead, I now have no service at all. I spoke to a representative this morning who has raised a complaint on my behalf but still no service all day.
