    @bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

    @bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

    @bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

    @bt_uk There lies the issue John. It's not keeping me connected - far from it. I work for Openreach and I'm having to tether from my work phone instead of using the 4G mini hub. Let alone using the mini hub for the multitude of other devices around the house.

    @bt_uk who do I contact about rewards? Took out new broadband and was promised gift card. Keep getting texts saying don't forget reward, login and says no reward to claim? Also meant to be fibre getting 8mb speeds. Been live 5 days now what's going on? Thanks

    @GabyMcKay Premier sports had a lot of technical problems but they showed lots of games, I suspect BTSport won’t show anywhere near that amount
