    @bt_uk we’ve just had the second engineer round to try and sort out our internet and it’s still not working. Every time I call no one has a solution. How do I get this fixed!?

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

    @bt_uk over 3 months of being a new customer and still no proper internet, was suppose to get a call back at 7pm today to try and sort once and for all but nothing, am now once again ringing you back, not good when we are all still suppose to be working from home!

    My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

    @bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

    Disappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

    @bt_uk Why would we want bad internet speed spread across a wider area. The reason we have it is to get internet across a wider area at good speeds

    @bt_uk I have been checking the speed thru BT app, it says I have no issues, I am getting 62mbs, but everytime I check with independent speed Checker (SpeedTest), they have continually been coming in at around 30mbs. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

    @btsport it’s come to a point we’re it is becoming to expensive to watch Bt sport for me , and time to cancel my Bt sport football , it’s a shame really, how people afford it , is beyond me.

    @bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

    @bt_uk my elderly grandmother is struggling to contact you. No one replies to emails, picks up the phone or responds to her. She’s been told her contract is going up in price for no reason. It’s causing a lot of stress and I’m trying to help in any way I can... please assist.

    @bt_uk We are still getting terrible service from our Broadband. We were on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to get a solution, we were told we would receive a call. That was over 2 weeks ago. We are paying £70 pcm for a service that doesn’t work.

    @bt_uk recently told by by sales person that fibre to home is available in my area and the same price 29.99 as my 70mb package. Only then to be told the offer is only available for new customers. As a loyal customer this is disappointing and I would appreciate an explanation

    @bt_uk @ofcom @DerekSamson13 my husband has attempted to cancel his BT account through your app & chat facility. Each time he was disconnected, once we advised our intent. Please advise ASAP how to give notice as we do not wish to pay for your services longer than is necessary!

    @bt_uk brilliant. Booked a home move, but had to change the date- no problem you said and date moved. Woke up today- you’ve switched my broadband off on the date of the original move. Genius. Oh and you don’t open til 8am

    Well anyone looking to move broadband to @bt_uk proceed with caution service down the only way to get a response is via Twitter been told 4 days to restore service & as I don’t pay an additional £7.84 pm for Halo I can’t have a 4g hub but I can add 15gb to my mobile plan for £25

    @bt_uk Please advise what the problem is in the Croydon area, there hasn’t been any broadband for ten days now. I recently paid the quarterly bill but no phones and no wifi makes me wonder why.
