And they don’t make it any easy to cancel the subscription online. This is #abusive behaviour. I’ll call and once cancelled, i’m not returning to them!

I received a phone call same evening from their executive team and they sorted the issue straight away (after months of asking)

Neil (@NRManc) reported@BrianDry @bt_uk Indeed. Mind you we are slap bang in the middle of Manchester and our mobile signal with @ThreeUK indoors is spasmodic (usually 1 bar 4G strength) yet I can get full strength 5G in the middle of the English Channel when on a ship !!
