@bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

@Ofcom It’s not really a complaint I’d like to make to be honest its just clearer for the main central directory @bt_uk provider to open up direct requests if there not with BT they’d like to be listed without going through current CP which many small CPs struggle to deal with BT.

@Sproglettoo @aaisp @bt_uk That's the problem - we can't force directories to take our listings, and we don't have contacts anyway. Maybe a BT customer can complain that your A&A number is not in their directory, and B2.3 does say "all Subscribers", perhaps?
