    @BTCare @bt_uk So it appears that despite long term issues, VT deny any problems...over and over again, the checks show no faults.... Hardly surprising... If they admitted how crap the service was, they'd be out of business. @Offcom

    @skytv I have a Sky Q box and ever since I changed to @bt_uk broadband my connection to the Sky Box continually drops. My Broadband works fine just the connection to the sky box is the only thing affected. Any ideas how to fix?

    Fellow IT Professionals, if you require, rely or depend on @bt_uk, jus a word of advice, the online chat functionality for support is no long available, and whilst the lads n lasses can't confirm it, it aint there. 8-6/9-5 or whaever is all you get. An if you ave an appt...DELAYS

    @VodafoneUK I left @bt_uk a few months ago as you were 50% cheaper on the promise of same/ better speeds. The performance has been horrible. Giving me a never-ending 15% apology discount is no use when I can’t event watch a show without several instances of the spinning wheel!
