I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

@OpenreachHelp you were meant to send an engineer to DE1 2EW on Sat 08/10 but no show, and today 11/10 but has been cancelled due to strike as informed by @bt_uk, not acceptable as my internet hasn't been working since Friday 07/11. Working from home & self-employed, help!!!

@Saz_Logue @bt_uk I have seen a delivery from BT shrink wrapped in same package delivered by courier - containing Smart Hub 2 & BT Pro box (x2) on a few occasions. I asked customer how come they have two Pro Boxes. Their usual reply was because they asked for two.
