    @jugglerbry @bt_uk I was originally charged 33 per month for broadband, now they decided to charge 52/ month without notifying me about the change - they will still leach on my direct debit and despite calling them up to cancel it - they pretend they can’t hear the line and hang up on me! @bt_uk

    @zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

    @bt_uk agreed to @jugglerbry, my queries are not being answered despite being on hold on customer service phone line for 1 hour and get very poor response on cancelling my BT broadband service.

    @bt_uk Yes @bt_uk still requiring clarification from the DM I sent + cancellation of broadband service because I had enough! Overcharged and need refund.

    @SportOnTheBox @btsport @bt_uk @NHSuk Such a joke! They don’t let you suspend your subscription while there is no live sports. And they don’t let you cancel your subscription online. They make you call them, when they have “VERY busy lines”.

    Been in our flat for 2months and we have only had 9 days of working internet with @bt_uk but have been paying full whack for a terrible service. Apparently we have a LOS this time. More days away from work to wait on engineers #BT #internet #poorservice

    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    @haggerzz @bt_uk @btsport I’m seriously annoyed with #btsport They won’t allow suspension of payments while NO SPORTS are going on. And they don’t make it any easy to cancel the subscription online. This is #abusive behaviour. I’ll call and once cancelled, i’m not returning to them!

    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    @bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

    Broadband issues for months. @bt_uk acknowledge the speed issue. Six @OpenreachHelp engineer appointments later (half a day off work for each) - still not resolved. No updates from either and still download of 29mbps and upload of 5.1mbps at best. Currently well below. HELP!

    @matthayesthfc @btsport People may disagree with this but I think our problems started before the UCL final. A lot of our performances were below par and our games were becoming frustrating to watch. I think the decline started early 2018, and we were very fortunate to get to the final.

    @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare I signed a new contract in July - BT still haven’t fulfilled the order. I pay my bill on time. I am patient - calling and holding, explaining, waiting for responses - which will ‘definitely be today’ but never are…and now I have received a cease order

    @bt_uk @bt_uk 11.5 hours on the phone to you now. No resolution. BT: "We will send you a 4g dongle" took a week, sim card doesn't work. Called Falkirk yday spoke to Liam, I can resolve your issue AND send you a new sim card, I'll call you tomorrow... no call, no sim card in post today

    @bt_uk Hi, broadband services have been fully down for more than a day now in SW9 0FF. Please fix ASAP. No visibility has been provided on what the issue is, or when it's expected to be fixed. Lack of broadband a pain when working from home!
