    Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

    Third hour on the phone to @bt_uk still no idea why the installer just failed to turn up, and next appointment not for two weeks. Shockingly bad service.

    had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

    @bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

    @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

    @SkySports & @btsport at every available opportunity spread fear for those clubs who might miss out in CL, and how without it best players leave & the clubs is in financial trouble, now they are kicking off because clubs want to avoid the very thing they perpetuate

    @bt_uk over 3 months of being a new customer and still no proper internet, was suppose to get a call back at 7pm today to try and sort once and for all but nothing, am now once again ringing you back, not good when we are all still suppose to be working from home!

    @bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

    @bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency

    @btbusinesscare No one knows what has caused it. Each person I speak to says it's a mistake and "don't worry, I will sort it for you" which is the last thing I hear from them. Absolutely terrible customer care.

    Hello @bt_uk my internet is very bad and I’m getting 30 to 50 mbps download and 5 to 10 mbps upload, normally I get 65+ mbps download and 10+ mbps upload. I have the fastest internet package yet my internet speed is horrible, I can not play fortnite like this I will be washed.

    @DaveThePepper @bt_uk It’s been the case for years! I have no issue using any Apple device in most places to access email through Apple mail. I wouldn’t say I’m using an app. Just the iOS email set up for BT Internet as default account. IT team at SoHo house can’t resolve. I can’t access BT as no bb

    @bt_uk Okay, so can you right a report that as a new customer I feel these are unnecessary and BT should change them to be 1 simple email and no text msgs with links in the email if people are unsure. New customer feedback, that's all this is.
