@bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

@bt_uk No it is still disconnected. It has two bars to show it can see the ee network and my ee phone shows 3/4 bars next to it. Main light goes white in centre and bars stay blue
