    Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

    @bt_uk So what am I supposed to do in the meantime? I’ve got a whole weekend of work planned, I pay for the top service & this is rubbish .. my office is closed… nothing is working, not the telephone or broadband … nothing

    @bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

    @bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

    @bt_uk I understand it’s in the whole area so that’s not much use is it? A fault of a few hours is one thing… this will be 10 days of outage in central London.

    Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

    @bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

    @btbusinesscare I've been buzzed by Vicki. Please note I've been taking to BT some time 2 times day every day for 2 weeks... It will soon be 3. This is a farce. Today ,bt sending me an ethernet cable is a joke. A very poor joke

    @bt_uk Please can you help us. After 2 fibre lines, 2 visits from engineers, 2 routers, lots of calls to you, we still have no phone. We are now getting very fed up with your advanced digital phone, it doesnt talk to the hub (s). Its now getting ridiculous.

    @bt_uk Dont trust BT as miss sold me to transfer my mobile contract to EE - was told included roaming just so they could lock me into 24 month contract for my broadband. I raised a complaint and they just closed it 4 hours later. I would be interested comments from @btcomplainer

    @bt_uk I spoke to one of your colleagues last night, who has risen the 'dissatifaction report' or something, giving @WeAreOpenreach 5 working days to work out what they've done. I'm to call you back next Friday morning and there needs to be a solution that isn't 'wait until mid-May'.

    Useful that @EE @bt_uk give us the big explainer for the 3.9% CI increase, sob story, cost of business etc .. consumers aren’t afforded the same allowances, first world problems for sure #CostOfLivingCrisis not because of #strikes or #immigrants 100% govt Useless!

    @bt_uk worst of all time. My 83 year old dad without Telephone or Broadband for 3 feckin weeks. Left without fibre working, Twice they never showed up, Sat in all day today, no show again . Complete shambles.

    @bt_uk BT - the usual lady on the end of the phone asking me if i want to upgrade to a service that I don't need and "would I like to try" so I end up saying I am busy now, sure, I find the product is not what I want - but says BT you said "yes" now you must pay for 24 months. BEWARE.

    @bt_uk Thanks but that is of no help at all. You should not have disconnected the old broadband until the engineer closed the job. Yesterday we were told the hub would be delivered Monday.
