They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

So unclear and they only give a telephone number to call, and I call twice to get cut off both times after 10 minutes. Make it easier for customers to cancel subscriptions! @bt_uk @tntsports
