@virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

@guardian That's normal. We have had ultrafast since before Christmas. The fibre cable goes past the front doors of many properties before coming to us. They (our neighbours) cannot order even a superfast fibre service from @bt_uk. @OpenreachHelp don't. Its not even a postcode lottery.
