Hi @bt_uk, engineer tells us we need a new hub for the FTTP connection to work. Therefore, why on earth wasn't a new hub sent? Defeats the purpose don't you think? BT help/support tell me the hub should arrive tomorrow, let's hope it does.

@bt_uk I’ve done that before and can do so again, but the problem hasn’t fixed on the multiple time I’ve done that. I’m always told the line is fine and our download speed drops to 0Mb on every device in the house almost every day, so can can I have some money back too please?

@MattHancock @bt_uk I’m not delighted that the government has now advised the NHS that the rollout is to be significantly reduced from March 29th due to supply issues. You’ve spent all of this time telling the public to “do it’s bit” now this appears to suggest that you haven’t done yours. #failure
