    @bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

    @bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

    @bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

    @bt_uk we have now been without internet for a week and just had the rudest customer service advisor essentially say there was nothing you can do. This is appalling service, what do you suggest we do?

    Got to love when you get an email from the @bt_uk local business team about the ISDN/PSTN switch off.. multiple calls, then an email starting "As an existing customer".. client hasn't had any voice circuits that are used as voice for 15 years, they are on their 3rd VoIP system

    Going to come out and say it @BTSport and #BT are shite. You pay so much money for diminishing returns.Might be time to cancel? I feel so sorry for their customer service teams having to listen to complaints all the time about bullshit changes those upstairs make.

    @virginmedia I’m on the phone now to someone but not getting anywhere. Been told I have to wait 7 mins and keep resetting our router which I have done about 40 times in the past month alone. @bt_uk would you kindly offer us an internet service which is reliable…

    @bt_uk but to make it better, none of their lines are with BT, Plusnet for VDSL2, yes, A leased line which is sourced from the other end so we aren't a customer, and the current VoIP supplier, which replaced Vodafone. I really hate these lying emails
