Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

@bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

.@bt_uk make it so difficult to raise a complaint - my elderly mother-in-law has been hung up on 3 times so far with no attempt to call her back. The only way to escalate it now (before we can contact the ombudsman) is to write directly to @ThomasDuecke and Simon Jonathan Lowth.

I’ve done Live Chat and been told I have to ring the number or make a complaint and then you will help cancel it. So complaint formally made! FFS.

@btsport warning do not renew ur internet with bt to get half price sport does not work. Just get signed into BT broadband for months and price of sport doubles!!!!! Complaint raised but closed as ‘frivolous’ ofcom complaint coming their way!!!!

@bt_uk I don’t want an update. I want a definitive resolution. When will the internet, definitely, be connected? I get different answers every time I get an ‘update’, and it costs me hours of my life. I’ve been waiting since the 1st December. Last I was told it would be 18th Jan. why?
