    Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

    @bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

    Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

    @bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

    @bt_uk automating the customer care doesn’t help. There needs to be the right initiative and the right people to take care of customers. Disappointing and deplorable!!!!!

    @bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

    @bt_uk still no internet at W2 .. left with no connection, forced to use my mobile phone data in order to do work .. who’s going to compensate the extra charge I will have to pay to my mobile data provider due to your service being down?

    @bt_uk just switched over to BT broadband (with @EE ) but no internet. Equipment worked fine on precious EE connection… help!

    @bt_uk No sorry Sharon. I have an ironic telephone directory of calls and contacts made with @bt_uk in recent months. I tell my story of no connectivity and system failures to everyone and it makes no difference. My suggestion is to try using your systems as a customer !! Aweful

    @bt_uk since broadband upgrade last Sept no dropouts, fast speeds all OK. Then got messages about changes to the phone service and arrival of Hybrid Connect and things have gone wrong. Constant dropouts, erratic speeds. The Hybrid engineer knew nothing of phone changes. Help.

    @bt_uk keep receiving fraudulent calls at home from "very polite" people claiming to be from BT asking me to pay £5k in "his" account. No so polite when you tell them to get lost. What can we do about these calls, we are tps'd on our line. These guys are making you look bad :)

    @btsport got the large screen ultimate from EE but the imagine quality is rubbish should of just kept to the cheaper option of just large screen. I’m using a fire stick as the fb doesn’t support the app. Can you help with this £10 a month to watch poor quality image.

    @bt_uk not happy. Went out of contract 1 month ago. Renewed contract with some changes. Bill off the scale. Your customer care is rubbish. And we’ve been with you since 1987.

    @MarcAllera @bt_uk Shall I issue #legal proceedings @EEComplaints for not refunding ? How many calls, emails do you need ‘your query has been passed to a team who specialise in locating missing payments. I have sent a form to them and their timescale to get back to you is 48 hours...’

    @bt_uk I really need an internet connection that works. My livelihood is suffering and the house three doors down has had fibre installed within a month or so of ordering. I’m waiting a year later.
