@bt_uk Hey BT I was in the middle of work tonight at around 1230am and lost my broadband connection. Went through troubleshooting. Restarted my router and now have solid orange light. Status page says you are working on the network. Was this planned maintenance? I live in SW16

@bt_uk I've done your online test on myaccount. Unfortunately the response was to book an engineer (Next available appt is after the switch). It also gave me the Right to Exit because speeds are not being met, even though I'm already switching lol. Seems bad practice.

@bt_uk your Internet is shocking. Keeps dipping in and out. Can't watch TV. Channels only work if you go on the apps rather than on the actual guide and even then the picture quality is terrible. Fed up of it..I pay £100 for a very abysmal service.

@bt_uk I recently upgraded my broadband and want to return my old hub to be recycled. Why is it so unbelievably hard?! Going round in circles on your website trying to order a return bag, can't complain as your website won't accept my details. Please help!!
