@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

@zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

@bt_uk Have gone through every rule on 'BT Help', marked messages not junk, marked senders safe senders, saved safe emails to contacts. For 2 weeks (from 23 Dec) no Junk mail rec'd then TODAY 50+ email suddenly disappear into Junk folder. The problem is BT Server Nothing has changed.

@bt_uk Absolute con. I have complained on numerous occasions. Yes I eventually get money back but no improvement in service. BT continually blame Open Reach for the poor coverage in rural areas. Ultimately I pay the same money but do not receive the same service as people in towns.

@mikercameron Both @bt_uk and @virginmedia have guest/network sharing which could easily be enabled remotely giving internet access to any kid who lived within a few doors of someone with BT or Virgin Internet.,
