Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

Customers have been understanding as should have been. Iโve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say itโs sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad.
