@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

@bt_uk Hi. We are in process of switching from SKY to BT broadband. Our phone switched 12/02/21, broadband due to activate 22/02/21 via expedited order dealt with by complaints team. Advised could happen earlier but our phone line has been dead all day since 8am, please help!

@DavidGArnold @bt_uk Funny how I’ve had problems with not only BT themselves in the past but also Openreach and Plusnet (both BT companies)?! TalkTalk also come under the BT umbrella so have avoided them like the plague! And everyone else’s (bar Virgin) come over the BT network! #monopolyanyone
