    @bt_uk I am still waiting for a response a request for an engineer appointment to look at a communal box, which looks in urgent need of replacement and is impacting an entire block’s service.

    Hi @BTCare, had a phone call from elderly relative. BT Essential Digital Home Phone had run down on a call, she placed in cradle and said it was now quite warm.. Told her that's normal. Noticed in ED Manual you don't say it is (but I assume it is) in Essential (non D) you do.

    @wideawakewesley @bt_uk I've got this issue, my BT GP sub expired months ago but I already had Game Pass so it extended it but now it's showing my game pass still being managed by BT until 2024. I just assumed it would fix it's self then but apparently not. This sucks.

    Hi @bt_uk , I get that sometimes things prop up and appointments have to be ‘moved back’, but it’s not great customer service to not give me a new date! I WILL NOT be paying for these extra days of no internet, which WILL impact my work!
