Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

@BlindMath @bt_uk Or electricity, gas... someone suggested @youfibre, I'd be paying less with their top package and get a eero mesh as part of the deal. I currently pay £58 for no service on the UK's first "unbreakable home wi-fi"!

@bt_uk @merseymale Your Smart Hub 2 routers with complete Wifi are totally unreliable for home working. Replaced with mesh Wifi and you have no solution for this.

In November I reported to @bt_uk that the solution they promote for backing up your data, BT Cloud, had stopped working. Many, many people are complaining in BT's forums how terrible it is. I have had an open complaint for months now and it still isn't fixed. It's ridiculous.
