    @Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

    @bt_uk my internet is running slow once again. Honestly it’s the worst broadband I’ve ever had. Before you tell me I have to split my devises or something, I literally have a tv and phone running off it! Please sort it out!!😡#btbroadbanddown #cricklewood

    @btbusinesscare Well I hope it is soon. I can’t express how disastrous and costly this has been to our charity. The worst thing is, when we called, you just didn’t care... no sense of urgency, no empathy for our situation. How awful we have to call you out on Twitter before we can get action?

    @OpenreachHelp Yes, I had, but @BTCare told me to reach out to you. @BTCare what info do you need to resolve this before I lodge a complaint with @ICOnews regarding this because the STOP reply clearly hasn’t worked.

    @bt_uk we had shockingly bad internet for over the last few days. It is now more not working than working . Have tried to call . 30 minute waiting time. This is not good service .

    I really dislike @bt_uk it has to be one of the worst customer service experiences out there. It takes so long to just get your call answered. The classic case of a company that’s so big, no one knows what they’re doing 😔

    @bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

    Really not happy with @bt_uk or @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach at the moment. Terrible service, communication and ridiculous systems/no joined up thinking! What am I paying you for? Awful.

    @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

    @bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

    Love it! Just got a message off @bt_uk about now having to wait till July 29! 2 days b4 installation I received a message about today being delayed and now another message reads above...wait a month! Such bad communication!

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    @bt_uk hi, an engineer was meant to visit today as my internet has barely been working since it was installed about a week ago and no one has turned up? i’m a new customer and beyond unimpressed, regretting switching to your broadband

    @btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

    @bt_uk you still haven’t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!
