  • awmackenzie Andrew Mackenzie (@awmackenzie) reported from Bromley, England

So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

  • joemjeffrey Joe (@joemjeffrey) reported from London, England

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

  • 1stclasslounge FirstClassLounge (@1stclasslounge) reported from Stratford, England

So annoyed @bt_uk unprofessional and rude customer services and the scam you are running with the gift cards incentives for purchase of your packages. Gift cards never arrive and you do not want to deal with it even after official complaints are made. The worst customer service!

  • Henrysaidit24 ⚕ Sabrina Rose⚕ (@Henrysaidit24) reported from Poplar, England

@bt_uk about to cancel my direct debit with you. Have not been able to use my service since the 8th and you keep giving me the run around. An engineer was due to attend today but has not I dont have the time to keep chasing u and taking time off work 2 be home 4 no reason!!

  • millykr Milly Kenny-Ryder (@millykr) reported from Camberwell, England

@bt_uk ruining mine & my recently widowed grandmothers lives. 6 weeks of threats, empty promises and demands of speaking to my dead grandfather. In shock about the lack of compassion &poor customer service. Threats to my grandmother of sending debt collectors, pls reply ASAP.

  • Mike_E_Neale Mike Neale (@Mike_E_Neale) reported from Harrow Weald, England

Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

  • PollyCziok Polly Cziok (@PollyCziok) reported from Hackney, England

Our @bt_uk broadband is down. They’ll fix it by Monday apparently. Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.

  • LKT2011 LT✨✨ (@LKT2011) reported from Barnet, England

@Foxigav @btsportrugby @btsport You asked a question. I answered it for you. I never suggested money laundering was ok. I never suggested anything was legal or otherwise. You asked if they were still cheating & to receive any further fines. And I said no. They have been fined and points deducted. It ends there.

  • eventsbykitch Michael Kitchener (@eventsbykitch) reported from London, England

@btsport customer service is the WORST on the planet #CustomerService #cancelled

  • _becki_d 🤫 (@_becki_d) reported from Croydon, England

@bt_uk intermittent WiFi for 72 hours and the weather is fine. All neighbours effected too .. please can you advise any issues CR2 area 😫

  • Kev_McLoughlin Kevin McLoughlin (@Kev_McLoughlin) reported from West Molesey, England

I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

  • 5tuart71 stuart winship (@5tuart71) reported

@bt_uk Well communication on my 2 month service outage has improved! Just been told it’s not BT’s fault, it’s Openreach’s issue and it’s never going to be a priority. If I post negative tweets they will block me apparently

  • xXxXPuNKDXxXx 🇬🇧 PuNKD Steven 🇬🇧 (@xXxXPuNKDXxXx) reported

@bt_uk It's been installed. Incredibly slow though... getting about 5mb/s down and 600kb/s up. I seriously hope that picks up

  • MiliKPatel Mili Patel (@MiliKPatel) reported

Issue is that @bt_uk know their boxes are contributing to ASB/drug dealing but insist they’ll only remove if the cash strapped council stumps up £10k+ per phone box. @Ofcom mentioned nothing about ensuring phone box providers put communities ahead of profit on @BBCr4today 2/3

  • ClaireEvans74 Claire Evans 💙 (@ClaireEvans74) reported

@bt_uk Have been an email customer for years but recently hubby & I are inundated with spam messages to our inbox. Never had this issue before, is there anything we can do to stop them. We are getting one particular email about 10 times plus a day each!! TIA

@bt_uk horrible experience! More than a month to get my internet installed and they are asking for more 10 days to give me an UPDATE!

  • RavinAnend Ravin Anenden (@RavinAnend) reported

@virginmedia and @btsport I now am a BT Sport subscriber on Virgin Media. However nobody at either of your customer service teams can tell me how I can access BT Sport docs. Please can someone help

  • narkovian 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗮𝗻 Online (@narkovian) reported

@Chris_Oliff @bt_uk Many boxes are adjacent to the kerb. All already have power, so a short spur under the pavement to a socket pillar would be far easier than running anew. Would only support single phase though, and ratings would need to be checked.

  • Wizz57058652 Wizz (@Wizz57058652) reported

@bt_uk do you sell or recommend a (longer) lead for the master socket to the bt hub? I need to move my hub closer to the computer as I can connect using ethernet as the wifi is TERRIBLY slow But the one supplied is too short. I know the longer the lead, the more the 1/2
