    @bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

    @bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

    @bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

    @bt_uk Hi, your minimum speed guarantee. Is it a minimum speed to the cabinet or to the house? Also as a new customer if I didn't opt for Hybrid EE back up during the original order (£7 extra pm) but wanted to add it at a later date, would it still be the same price? Thanks, Matt

    @bt_uk 5 faults in 3 months, engineers out and still not fixed. Constantly fobbed off and I’m trying to teach online- appalling service. Offered £20 to shut the complaint- absolutely not. Give me the service I’m paying for! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @bt_uk Would help if you upgraded our copper wires to fibre, but we are still trying to home educate 3 kids on 2-4Mbs (if we are lucky). Apparently our rural community is not important.

    @bt_uk Big shoutout to dave, after 5 years of trying to fix my phone line, he checked the actual box, and found it was faulty at that end. Phone now works! Give him a pay raise!
