@virginmedia Doesn't help answer my question. The virgin media app restricts a user to just the channels. Whereas on the @btsport app the user can stream all games and switch between the matches.

@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

@bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

@bt_uk fed up with BT internet, it keeps dropping , I keep ringing by customer services but they are not prepared to send anyone down to have a look , it’s been 6 months , begging them, when it drops it s messing everything up , but BT don’t care ,

@bt_uk quite shocked by BT , I just rang to stop BT sport multi room ,in December, and then I rang yesterday to discuss my contact which was up in 26 feb this year , so without me know the customer advisor on extended my contract without my consent, don’t trust BT anymore

@bt_uk Twice today I’ve called 0800 800 150 & spoken to 2 helpful operators about my BT minihub signal dropping out; I’ve moved house & won’t get proper BT Wi-fi until 23/1/20. Halfway through both calls I’ve been cut off! Help!!!!@bt_uk still dropped out! Help!!!

@bt_uk how terrible is they I rang BT to multi room BT off, and without telling me, a BT customer service advisor, extended my contract, that is so bad, I only found out today when I rang for another reason, I thought BT to honest m, people watch out for Advisors Bad

Only 3 attempts required to log in to the @btsport app tonight before it decided I had a subscription. Better than previous when it took 5 attempts. @btsport seem to be attempting to provide a premium service but their app is shoddy and coverage is cheap and nasty.

@bt_uk Nope, nothing happened last time you responded. You failed to supply ducting, so I got it installed for £130 and then you cancel the order for no reason. You lot are simply incompetent. If there were another line installer I would kick you into touch, but the isnt.
