@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

@Tim_Oldland @bt_uk Absolute joke of a service, we moved house at the end of April, didn’t have wifi till the end of May, and have had our entire package double in price and been charged new customer activation bills etc because they can’t do a simple task correctly

@bt_uk Apparent fix today, lasted an hour or so and now everything down again. We were offered a 4g mini hub on Saturday, still hasn’t arrived. Work continues to be disrupted and no contact from anyone today other than to tell us that the fault is ‘fixed’. Compensation for all effected?

@bt_uk Well funny you say that as currently they just move one patch to the next and when they do that, someone else has issues no one fixes anything just moves the problems. Mine worked for weeks until the guys were round and boom it’s gone haha too predictable
