    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    @bt_uk I will be ringing up today anyway. The speed isn't too bad but coverage in the house is shocking. We've tried boosters which never seem to connect but the distance from the router to my first bedroom isn't far and it's 1 bar of signal. Poor.
