Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

It’s literally Christmas Eve @bt_uk you turned our internet off 2 days before Christmas and still haven’t fixed it before. Not only can we not call emergency services if anything happens, but can’t contact our grandparents who are alone. Help us now BT. Please.

@bt_uk after 40 years of landline with BT I have decided to move to another provider. Never experienced so many issues in the last month with line being cut off. No apologies and had to keep chasing and asking for refunds. BT you need to sort your customer service levels out
