@bt_uk BT Broadband went down on Wednesday last week. Thursday engineer went to exchange but not my house. Friday engineer called in sick. Monday engineer not available. Today’s enine ran no show with no explanation available to BT Fibre customer team. Now rebooked for Friday 🤬

@bt_uk stunning service this morning, not. Appt booked for fibre install, 8am-1pm, hoping to get off rural 3mbps, and....no one turned up. Doesn't fill me with confidence in your service when on the first day back with you after 15 years, you can't even manage that.
