It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

@btsport Unbelievable company. You take my money for a monthly pass of £25. You then cancel the pass 2 days later even though you have my money. Then experiencing some of the worst customer service I have ever come across I still have not got my pass renewed after 4 days. Joke..

@defiaye @bt_uk Honey, if you switch to EE for both landline and mobile, if there's ever a fault with your broadband, they will chase BT openreach on your behalf and while the fault is being fixed they will add credit to your mobile for free to use the 4G for data. Their service is brilliant.

@defiaye @bt_uk In my dealings with them I learned utter loathing, I can't begin to comprehend how much harder that would have been if I'd had any particular support needs! They have no respect for anyone, nor know the meaning of compassion. I hate them with a fire that will never extinguish!

@defiaye @bt_uk BT service is a nightmare and they are more expensive as well. Oh and the say I switched to EE and plugged the EE router in, my speed doubled, because BT had slowed it down on purpose. I hope your fault gets fixed soon xx
