    @bt_uk I contacted OpenReach and they have told me to inform my service provider about this. This needs looping at urgently.

    @bt_uk have basically washed their hands of this issue. “Good” broadband is considered to be 11Mbs. My connection is only one up from dial up? What happens to @scotgov getting everyone rurally good connection? How do my kids get their education from home with bad connection?
