    @bt_uk can’t believe how bad the customer service has been with BT. No internet for two weeks, tried to end contact and was told to pay £350 to do so. Absolutely shocking!

    Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

    @bt_uk someone from open reach came did lots tests turned out that the fibre optic cable as near to breaking so packet pingback signal was degrading

    @bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @bt_uk She is an existing customer on basic broadband and phone, upgrading after 3mths or so, to a broadband only package, clearly shows currently the broadband only package for 150 fibre is £34.99 yet she is being charged £59.99, that’s £4 more than your own 900 fibre package
