@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

@btsportufc why can't you just make BTSport Box Office available on Xbox or PS? For alot of people, it's the only way to watch PPV on BT Sport. You have the normal app on there! This is why people illegally stream, the TV casting doesn't work on all Tvs or it's like watching 1fps

So @BTCare abysmal service strikes again.After waiting for a week for a broken wire to be fixed and no phone or Internet, they promised to fix it today.We have just phoned as no-one came.They have cancelled without notice.Still taking our money though.

@bt_uk Yes! Nothing's changed! I will call BT later and see if I can go back to what I had before. As a pensioner I cannot keep paying for a service that's not being delivered. They upgraded my wife's mobile phone usage which turns out was not needed as well.
