    @bt_uk we have now been without internet for a week and just had the rudest customer service advisor essentially say there was nothing you can do. This is appalling service, what do you suggest we do?

    @bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

    @peasmoldia @bt_uk Hi Garry,I am in the same boat with BT I never use my land line but asyo say you have to have the phone to get the broadband,in fact I’ve put the hand set in a drawer and use my mobile,I think yes BT are reliable but they own the lines and charge what they want
