@bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

@bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport I dont understand their reasoning. They are streaming the occasional championship matches and league one matches on espn+. It doesn't have to be every match. Even 2 or 3 a year would help revenue and exposure.

@bt_uk BT just told me to get internet in every room I need to upgrade, despite paying nearly £30 a month. I get speeds of 1.95mb per download and 0.18 per upload in my living room. I live in London. What con artists. Can't get through to customer service either. #btinternet

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport I spoke to someone very high up in the NL about this early last season. He was very optimistic that streaming of NL games would be allowed "shortly". I was led to believe that the problem is with BT who own all the streaming rights. I was unable to get through to anyone at BT.

@btsport @bt_uk Maybe Philip Jansen needs to pay more attention to improving the website so we can easily sign up for extras like BT Sport. The website takes you round in circles and then just gives three bouncing *****. For a technology/communication company it's very poor.

@bt_uk why have you've been exploiting my 95 yr old father charging him over the odds for 'Off-plan' phone calls to his 2 sons mobiles increasing bill by 150%? Good customer care would contact him & put him on a plan to reduce bill. These are only 2 nos he calls.
