@bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

@bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@bt_uk cable down in the road outside my house, engineer gleefully took it down and said we would not be back online anytime soon. Took 3 months to get online after moving here, only been online for a few weeks. This is rubbish

I'd love to know why my wifi is so slow. It's stupid. 40 download 10 upload is what we pay for. What do I get 7 mbps and 700 kbps @bt_uk please help this is really dumb. I can't check if there is a problem in my area as we don't have a phone line please help

@bt_uk I am in regular contact with your customer services, its an ongoing issue, but you really need to work on your communication links and how you keep your customers updated as there is no consistency between the texts I am receiving and what I am being informed of over the phone.
