  • lorrainemking
Lorraine King (@lorrainemking) reported from London, England

@BTCare I tried but after a 15 minutes nothing was happening. Your shit service has been more than shocking. If you treat a new customer like this who is still within the 14-day cooling off period I dread to think how you treat those who are stuck in a contract.

  • lorrainemking
Lorraine King (@lorrainemking) reported from London, England

.@BTCare spoken to two different advisors. One said my broadband should be working now (it isn’t), the other said it won’t be working until Sept 22 which means I’ll be without broadband for five days. I was originally told 24 hours. Advisors clearly make things up. Shitty service

  • tinysuz
🐾Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒🐾 (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

I think when I joked we would be lucky to have internet by Christmas, it was not such a joke after all. They say they will try to fix by this Friday. Why do I have no confidence this will actually happen? @BTCare

  • lorrainemking
Lorraine King (@lorrainemking) reported from London, England

@FlyMax1 @BTCare It’s been shit. I was told 24 hours now 24 hours later I’m told they don’t have a Scooby of when it will be fixed. That’s unacceptable

  • Captain_Deltic

  • Tipz22
Dawood Tipu 🌐 (@Tipz22) reported from East Ham, England

@BTCare Why is it that my connection disconnects in the evening? Is the BT hub just so poorly designed that it can't be left on? I've told your guys on the phone about this issue and they keep linking me to the same help articles that don't do anything! It's ridiculous!

  • ThatNerdWill
Will Harrison (@ThatNerdWill) reported from London, England

Well done again @BTCare - another fine example of customer service excellence. Web chat unable to help gave me a phone number to call where I’ve been calling with no answer for 15+ minutes so far. Paying for 50mb broadband, receiving 2.6mb at best.

  • bexbeach
Becky Beach (@bexbeach) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@BTCare 1/2 Hi Dale. You are the 3rd or 4th team member to respond so some info may not be showing. Signal keeps dropping. No obvious reason why. My phone doesn’t automatically connect to WiFi even though it is set to do so.

  • bexbeach
Becky Beach (@bexbeach) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@BTCare It’s working but my issue is that the signal keeps dropping and I regularly have to reboot it. Also my iPhone X no longer automatically connects. That shouldn’t be happening. So what tests can we carry out to establish what’s causing the issue.

Press make out like players can’t have a life, a player being out at 2am Thursday morning with a game on Monday, so what, @SkySportsPL & @btsport have us travelling home at stupid times of the week with work the next day, we just get on with it

  • RuaTrindade
Tony Coleman (@RuaTrindade) reported from London Colney, England

@adamstokes1992 @BTCare I’ve already told them they are in breach of GDPR. It doesn’t seem to register with them. I’ve had enough of their sheer incompetence. Been a BT customer for 28 years. That’s about to come to an abrupt end.

  • kevinmitchell50
kevin mitchell (@kevinmitchell50) reported from London, England

@TheBoxingWriter @btsport Not a lot in it, I grant you, David. Fury out-thought Wlad, AJ outfought him - and showed extraordinary heart and nous. Intriguing mix of fights. But Tyson hasn’t had a proper row in nearly three years. Saturday was a spar. Panieta crude, slow, unambitious. Fury fit and fast.

  • itsdanmoore_
DM (@itsdanmoore_) reported from Welwyn Hatfield, England

@BTCare Cool that's what I was after. What are my options if they refuse to cancel the cease order? I just can't have internet because someone who doesn't live at the property says I can't?

  • itsdanmoore_
DM (@itsdanmoore_) reported from Welwyn Hatfield, England

@BTCare The order is open but you were unable to take over the line because the previous tenants placed a cease order dated October 25th. Surely if the line is active I should get their service through it?

  • itsdanmoore_
DM (@itsdanmoore_) reported from Welwyn Hatfield, England

@BTCare Spoke to order management as soon as they opened. Previous tenants are keeping the line active until November despite my order. My router won't work because it's not suitable for fibre. Reckon you could send us a fibre router so I have some sort of service in the meantime?

  • ChrisHirons82
Chris (@ChrisHirons82) reported from Mill Hill East, England

@BTCare Yeah cheers for that. It took the chat bot 10 minutes to tell me they couldn’t help me with my request. Customer service at @BTGroup has always been a joke.

@BTCare Now or in another 48 hours? We first called your people on Sunday. They misdiagnosed a hub fault. It’s now Wednesday and we still have no broadband and no internet connection. Can you guarantee if I contact that address they will fix it immediately? I need better service from BT.

  • PeteTimbers
Peter Timberlake (@PeteTimbers) reported from London, England

@BTCare We have been told to keep resetting it for the next 48 hours! That’s not a solution really, is it? It needs to be fixed now.
