    @btbusinesscare Well I hope it is soon. I can’t express how disastrous and costly this has been to our charity. The worst thing is, when we called, you just didn’t care... no sense of urgency, no empathy for our situation. How awful we have to call you out on Twitter before we can get action?

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

    35mins in. Me: Mini hub doesn't work, Don't have bt hotspots that i can go to, we're in a world pandemic if you didn't know...Can't you just turn my internet back on BT: Nah, Takes 14 days and yeah nothing we can do about that then Back on hold we go to the manager. @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Hi, I called yesterday and they said the engineer can come is the 9th. The internet stopped working when someone from Quinn was at the green box doing something. Issue is there not inside my house. Am unable to do the work needed without internet.

    @bt_uk disgusting customer service from BT. Land-line disconnected Internet about to go off. Keyworkers isolating and child needs Internet for school work. Nothing can be done for 2 weeks absolute joke. Taking this to the top

    @bt_uk It's been reported multiple times, mother has been promised visits and call backs which then don't happen. She has been sent a mobile hotspot device by BT but the bandwidth is so low it's useless. She has been a customer for 50 years! Terrible customer service.
