@AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

@btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

@bt_uk She’s called that many times. Has been told colleagues will call back they never do. Now you’ve closed the tickets. I’d like you to get a colleague to call them tonight. This is simply not good enough.

@bt_uk paying for a service you are not providing. Can’t call you up to complain. Ironic. I’ve had no service for the best part of 3 hours. It’s been dropping out here and there for a couple weeks now.

If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

@bt_uk I'm not a new customer. My contract was not correctly ported from my old address, therefore, I was already unceasingly on a longer contract than I should have been. If I wanted to upgrade I don't understand why it needs to be a whole new contract.

@bt_uk Astonished to read your response. Did you predict that BT will fail to turn it around in promised time? They have already failed once - originally supposed to be on 19th. Today I am told repair will happen on 27th. WILL IT EVER BE FIXED?
-

Just had my now almost daily call with @bt_uk. On hold for ages to find out the address on my account has not been updated and it's basically like the conversation I had yesterday (and Friday...) never happened. Waiting for a call back (we will see if this actually happens). Eugh

Would not recommend @bt_uk to anyone!! Moved house on Friday and booked internet for 23rd. Assured it would be sorted considering needed to work from home and today we still have no Internet and can't get it until the 2nd September 😡😡😡 customer service has now hung up too...

-

@bt_uk Hey Lizzie, just got hold of someone who says they’ve sorted it now. Utterly infuriating that without warning you stopped the service because of a debt that only your computer says existed. It should not take months to resolve an error made by one of your colleagues.

@bt_uk We were promised 4G backup & a WiFi range extender and the service should have been activated on 16th, then 23rd and now 26th. Been mis-sold and pissed about!
