No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

Mark 🇺🇦 (@rich6013) reported@bt_uk Price recently increased by 16+%, BB speed down by 18% and below guaranteed minimum. Had engineers look at things but they manage to wriggle out of it. Empty promises by BT of fibre to the house and that was the main driver for staying with you.
