    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    @bt_uk told they can’t offer assistance as they close at 9pm and reopen on the 29th. This is ridiculous considering it’s Christmas Eve and families are trying to sit down and stream movies together. I’d imagine you’ll soon lose many customers as it’s nationwide.

    @btsport How do I cancel my Monthly Pass? If I go to 'My BT' and then click on 'Your products' I see 'BT Sport - Add now' as an option which is odd as I can watch it already. I see no Monthly pass displayed on the 'Your Products' page. And I see no option to cancel.

    @bt_uk really poor service, internet has been down a week at my parents house, kept saying an engineer was being sent out but no one showing up, missed doing a family christmas eve tradition today because we were waiting for a no show engineer.

    @bt_uk So an update, bt turned off my broadband yesterday. Phoned customer service. Person really couldn't give a ****. Posted on here. A reply straight away. Another message this morning to remind me they've switched off my broadband. #bt

    @bt_uk Hi, I have just reported a fault with my Aunt's landline via your SMS service. I already got a response saying the engineer will look at it. 👍 Is there any way of informing them that she is 91 and really needs the landline for work for her Careline alarm?
