No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

Less impressed the fault is a result of neighbours ignoring a cable marker, digging it out, and then cutting said cable!

Spoke to your guys twice today been give wrong number and a email that does not exist. Internet at my site is 3mb download and 0.1 upload. Fix it
