@norfolkbirdtour @bt_uk Surely Labour is far more expensive than a bit of cable .... so put cheap crap in and when it fails come back and do it again .... senseless
-
Christiana Petrou (@chrissiemoux) reported from Romford, England
@bt_uk Need help! 3rd time asking! The cab outside my house is making a load rustling noise! I can hear it watching TV and in bed. I am worried it isn’t SAFE. PLEASE HELP!

Gary Jones (@garageowns) reported from Hackney, England
@bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time
-
Alison Bannister (@curli) reported from Broxbourne District, England
@bt_uk Yes logged into my BT account. It seems to happens whichever upgrade option I pick. Had same problem a few weeks ago when I tried to upgrade
-
George Mann (@sgfmann) reported from Ilford, England
@bt_uk Because we were loyal customers for a decade and you responsed to that loyalty but ramping up our charges outrageously. Because of some difficult family times, we didn’t check as closely as we should but I will never give BT a penny more.

@la_riviere @bt_uk Totally. It’s why I will never feel sorry for the royal family - they’ve never had to deal with a telecoms call centre.
-
S.A (@ShadaBhaiShahed) reported from Stratford, England
@bt_uk hi I really need help urgently, an open reach engineer came on Monday to install my complete Wi-fi package it was working fine. But My smart hub 2 has been flashing purple light since 7pm yesterday I have not internet and I’m working from home.
-
farah says (@Farah_Lou) reported from Loughton, England
@bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.
-
Bill / 葛威 (@BillGlover) reported from Camden Town, England
@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?
-
Mark Perry (@longfella31) reported from Romford, England
@btsport how does having the 4th & 5th round draw on the same night help fixture congestion?
-
Teena Antoniou (@teenaantoniou) reported from Walthamstow, England
.@BTCare are you available to help on broadband issues? You don’t answer calls and there are no online booking slots. Halo is supposed to have 24hr help?!?!
-
George Mann (@sgfmann) reported from Ilford, England
@bt_uk I was turned down when I wanted to negotiate, I was charged £85 for broadband and BT sport for three years. I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.
-
theatregirl (@theatregirl5264) reported from Barnet, England
@bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.
-
jim lee (@jimbo888) reported from East Ham, England
@bt_uk I already block them but unfortunately they’re never ending. Surely these numbers can be traced and the relevant authorities can get them shut down as they’re trying to defraud people, Also they’re claiming to be the person’s internet service provider
-
Sam Ó hAtháirne (@OhAthairne) reported from Islington, England
Listening to Glenn hoddle mispronounce names on @btsport is like scraping your finger nails down a blackboard. #cringe
-
A.R (@A71KUR) reported from Stratford, England
@btsport that’s bs, terrible decision.
-
jim lee (@jimbo888) reported from East Ham, England
@bt_uk please can you do something about the sheer amount of spam callers we’re getting. 3-4 a day to my mother who has dementia. Already called 150 and they can’t/won’t help
-
Lynn MT (@Team_M_T) reported from Tottenham, England
@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

Lynette Nusbacher (@Nusbacher) reported
@bt_uk Tuesday morning. Will I have the pleasure of a five hour time slot again? And how shall I manage the risk of an engineer who doesn't respond to phone messages? Or BT texting me that 'we'll be in touch again to let you know what time they'll get to you', but never texting?
-
Natalie Swindles (@Natty301288) reported
@bt_uk Can I have some assistance as to why I can't access BT sport's app but it should be included in my package got no help via customer service. Thanks

@btbusinesscare How come, after 17 years with the same number BT don't recognise that number as an account holder? Can't get through on phone & your web "technology" sucks!
-
Ross Donoghue ⭐️⭐️ PSN: Lycandon (@RossDonoghue) reported
@BTCare I'm counting the days until either Virgin cover my area or you give me full fibre. My upload speed is currently 200kbps. I have had 2 engineers out in the last 2 months and it gets better for 2-3 weeks then back to ****.
-
Clare Atkins (@Clare_J_Atkins) reported
@bt_uk your service to date for a new customer is appalling! Ordered full fibre in March with an installation date of mid May, we are now almost at the end of July and I still do not have full fibre! Another appointment today and yet again no engineer!
-

So as it stands neither Serie A, Bundesliga or 2.Bundesliga will be shown in the UK with both @btsport and @PremierSportsTV choosing to let customers down ...this is very disappointing
