    @bt_uk we had shockingly bad internet for over the last few days. It is now more not working than working . Have tried to call . 30 minute waiting time. This is not good service .

    @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

    @bt_uk It is placed exactly where it has always been which always worked fine.We have not built any extra walls in fact nothing has changed apart from the Strength of the Signal.

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

    @bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

    @SkySports & @btsport at every available opportunity spread fear for those clubs who might miss out in CL, and how without it best players leave & the clubs is in financial trouble, now they are kicking off because clubs want to avoid the very thing they perpetuate

    had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

    @bt_uk @btsport BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not met

    @bt_uk And as I explained to one of your colleagues if I lose my internet I am unable to work from home causing me a huge problem and my employer a big problem. So imagine how annoyed i am, when the very thing we agreed not to happen, did happen.

    @bt_uk BT we are still waiting to hear back from our formal complaint to investigate the awful customer service representative who was very unprofessional, unhelpful and hung up on the call. It’s been over 5 days and you said you will contact us back by now

    Never experienced such bad service than I’ve got from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach set up my account on 27/11/2020 and still do not have any internet. No one from bt knows what is going on and openreach have been out 5 times and still nothing. Clueless

    @btbusinesscare I have a complaint reference 210107-001674 and maybe IMP-106636271 & previously 201210-000041 we were supposed to receive a phone call from yourselves by Tues 12-01-21 after our on line ‘chat’ on 7-01-21 but so far have heard nothing

    @bt_uk complete Wi-fi can not reach my whole house tech team confirm noted account told me to contact loyalty team to cancel complete Wi-fi and get £100 credit, loyalty team try to increase my bill my £2 per month for cancelling it and refuse to give £100 credit can you help?
