In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! My friend has poor mobile signal and relies on BT for phone/internet, difficult to speak to a human.
