    @AdamPlom @btsport I can’t get through to them either... of you cancel the DD and don’t pay they just cancel ALL your services. I have WiFi with BT otherwise would do it.

    @bt_uk My houseing officer will not let me have an aerial on the roof but she did offer me a satellite dish I can have because this is a bad reception for aerials in my street and the majority of people here I've got satellite dishes or communal dishes that's what I'm trying to say

    @bt_uk My housing officer told me me that this is a poor aerial for aerials free council guys out and I come fix it I also told me me that you know this is a satellite area where you live majority of the people in your streets has got dishes so I went back to my housing officer

    @bt_uk Of course you should take care of the vulnerable but I’ve had 2 engineers booked to fix out internet throughout last week and the week prior waited on them between 8-1pm both days only to have to be Stuck on the phone for 2 hours to rebook, with no updates from your team at all.

    @bt_uk There's nothing you can do it's not BT problem and it's not my problem also I'm in the contracts I have to look at other options I spoke to my neighbours in My Block and I did not know that majority of them have got Freesat an to neighbours have got and two of neighbours have sky

    Therein lies the clue. If he was from BT then he'd know whether you have internet. If you get such a call give no information and just hang up. @bt_uk @metpoliceuk

    @minxhoney @EE @bt_uk @MartinSLewis @EE love to give you the spill even in the shop, then when you get your first bill realise it’s a load of rubbish. Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

    @bt_uk I got a problem it's not my fault and it's not BT issue I lost a lot of Freeview channels in my flat I went to no cancel and said you can have a dish because aerials are very bad in your area where you live we've had a lot of people coming to us about the same problem

    Unbelievable @bt_uk on phone right now to #btinternet and being told that they can’t understand the error logs on my router and that there is no one in their team who understands them & BT cannot help. Shocking non stop issues with @bt_uk most unhelpful & appalling service #nobt

    So annoyed @bt_uk unprofessional and rude customer services and the scam you are running with the gift cards incentives for purchase of your packages. Gift cards never arrive and you do not want to deal with it even after official complaints are made. The worst customer service!

    I have never come across such a shambolic service in all my life @bt_uk... My son has been waiting since 2nd January for his sports channels to be activated - keep telling him it'll be in a few days #whatajoke

    @bt_uk so you even close btcare cos you can’t cope. I am having to use 4g because it’s faster than your broadband. All I get is that you know there is a problem but don’t know when it will be sorted and I pay £45 a month for this!

    @IamAustinHealey Austin, as you speak your mind regardless of previous allegiance (thank you), please call out on btsport the awful officiating of bris v bath 1. missed knock on by bristol prior to try 2. a knock on that wasnt, ref blew before play completed, voiding TMO check

    Hey, @bt_uk, it’s been NINE DAYS now since you caused a fault on my broadband during maintenance and it STILL isn’t fixed. An engineer failed to show up today (I stayed in ALL day) & your agent who was to call with an update didn’t. Please can you help me get this fixed?
