    @ziegfieldstar @bt_uk On 22 October I was told call would be made to me in 24-48 hours. Nothing until 30 October, 190+ hours later, and final resolution evening of 31 October. Last night's lady very helpful, and problem resolved in about 15-20 minutes. @BTCare

    .@BTCare spoken to two different advisors. One said my broadband should be working now (it isn’t), the other said it won’t be working until Sept 22 which means I’ll be without broadband for five days. I was originally told 24 hours. Advisors clearly make things up. Shitty service

The new backhaul to the headend(s) should fix this. 3 VLANs should be good from 13th July and the final one from 17th. Perhaps BT could tell you which VLAN you are on?
