    @bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

    Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

    @BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    @TyTalksTechblog @JasonClauson @bt_uk So whilst i definitely do not advocate for unmonitored access for your children (seriously, at least sort out monitoring so you know exactly what they are doing) the issue lies within culture, not the individual Monitoring is a bandaid, lets fix the wound and cut the toxicity

    @Cover4Caravans @btsport Seems you can only cancel when contract is nearly up or they charge you for cancelling I phoned them then got pestered back from them to stay eventually got it half price for a year , it's still crap but cheaper crap .

    @bt_uk The only warning I got on my EPG was that they had closed. I got zero other notification. What has "frequently" got to do with the issue? What are you doing about reducing monthly fees for removing 2 major channels?

    @CloudsAndShit @bt_uk A lot of them never grew up. They had all of the tools required to block out any negative opinions, be they valid criticisms or personal insults. They never thickened their skins or changed their minds. How many times have you seen Marxism or communism trending?
