    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

    @bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

    @bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

    @bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

    Dear @btsport, please stop cutting the last minute of Raw/Smackdown off on your catch up service. It's really annoying to have to go and You Tube what happened because you cut it off!! Also, two sets of adverts during one 10 minute match?! Really??

    Don't know what the referee, or @BTSport commentators were watching, because it certainly wasn't the game. Lacazette was very clearly pulled down by the Villa 'keeper. It should have been a penalty for Arsenal and not a Vila free kick. I'm still rooting for Villa though #AVLARS

    @Scotlandteam @bt_uk Maybe less resources should be put in to this, and more in to customer services? I don’t think encouraging obesity, cauliflower ear and tattooing is a valuable use of bill payer’s money. Pay a human to answer the phone perhaps?

    @PostOffice @bt_uk @Ofcom My elderly in-laws are having an ongoing issue with their landline provided by the post office. Constant interference on the line and they are hard of hearing anyway. You keep fobbing them off! How do we sort this issue????

    @da_rippaa @bt_uk @virginmedia I was getting 18meg but the speed was fine it was the not working and them wanting endless money to replace the leads they burst open 😖 I know the pain of Virgin Media I left them to go around Sky/TalkTalk/Plusnet and eventually BT who burst the wires 😖
