    @bt_uk I contacted OpenReach and they have told me to inform my service provider about this. This needs looking at urgently.

    @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

    @bt_uk I am still waiting for a response a request for an engineer appointment to look at a communal box, which looks in urgent need of replacement and is impacting an entire block’s service.

    @bt_uk We're having to reboot router to get things working. Twice today. Yesterday evening there was an issue too and... It's too frequent and doesn't match with the WiFi guarantee

    @bt_uk though our interns has been too slow for a few weeks now, I don’t know if there’s a problem with our broadband signal in our area or this might be the normal thing with BT.

    Really not happy with @bt_uk or @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach at the moment. Terrible service, communication and ridiculous systems/no joined up thinking! What am I paying you for? Awful.

    @bt_uk Jules, thanks for the reply and thanks for trying. But no, thank you. After 4 years of declining service, one of which was spent working at home on less than 3Mbps through 2020, I've lost all patience and respect for BT. They're only interested in urban area speeds and customers.

    @bt_uk it would be really good if these new social tariffs home essentials covered all available speed options at discounted rate eg 900mb from talktalk is £27.50 vodafone 900mb is £30-35 and they both have 1gb up 1gb down but bt is £60 900mb down only 100mb up due to differences

    @bt_uk Problem at the cabinet related to capacity. The earliest OpenReach can send an engineer is 30th July. Original activation date was 17th June. Moved in to my new house on 28th May. No proper broadband since then.

    @bt_uk can I please ask why is the Internet in DL128GP in Barnard Castle so bad , we pay 60 quid a month and everytime you ask me to upgrade you start dropping my mbps I have 3 discs so WiFi isn't a problem its the signal coming in. Awful provider.

    @bt_uk an engineer had to come round to my house and sort my phone line out today. He was very professional, polite, on time and fast. Sorted the problem out in the blink of an eye. Very impressed.
