    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk We're having to reboot router to get things working. Twice today. Yesterday evening there was an issue too and... It's too frequent and doesn't match with the WiFi guarantee

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @bt_uk though our interns has been too slow for a few weeks now, I don’t know if there’s a problem with our broadband signal in our area or this might be the normal thing with BT.

    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

    @bt_uk want a lesson in how NOT to look after small business customers? Become a small business customer of BT and try and move premises. 6 weeks without internet despite plenty of notice. Massively overpromised service levels. Big greedy organisation exploiting small business

    @bt_uk Hello Alannah, i have phoned. I would describe it as not even trying to give an offer never mind mind compete price wise. I know the packages are different company to company, offer not even roughly in the same country never mind ball-park.

    @diamcl18 @bt_uk I spent 30 mins with them on the phone today. BT Cloud just doesn't work. It refuses to Sync continuously. Just every now and then. Sync folder can be days out of date. Useless really... it needs fixing.

    @bt_uk @btcomplainer is it acceptable that BT have closed my complaint 6 times without speaking to me fully about the matter, or resolving the issue? Is it acceptable that their operators repeatedly promise to call me back but never do? Any suggestions for escalation?
