@bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

@bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

@bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

Ever since the switch, within the same house where I used to golet decent network with @bt_uk I have been getting rare to no service with @EE. I called today with that regard, explaining that I work from home and need the service. But I was refused solutions for whatever reasons.

@bt_uk My issue is simple, the service cuts off whenever it feels like it. Disconnects itself from differing devices causing me to reconnect manually. The speed itself is shite in Dundee, no offense. Not getting even 50% of what I'm paying for. I for one, certainly won't be depending...

@bt_uk Very angry to find that during an emergency, made worse by rising tide, your emergency phone was out of action meaning a 100m+ run was nec. to call 999 and the adjacent defibrillator was not available. How long do you think is OK before you fix that phone?
