And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?
