    @bt_uk I am still waiting for a response a request for an engineer appointment to look at a communal box, which looks in urgent need of replacement and is impacting an entire block’s service.

    @bt_uk I contacted OpenReach and they have told me to inform my service provider about this. This needs looking at urgently.

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

    @bt_uk Ok, so 4 out of r engineer visits are no shows. Complaint made but nothing changes. No one will take responsibility. No one will speak to me, nor give me a name or telephone number. Been going on for over 2 weeks now with no progress. Please advise how to proceed not on DM

    @bt_uk And then it says you won’t renew since I am landline only. Used to be broadband also but bt infrastructure so poor outages too long and frequent. 30 plus years as customer and bt won’t renew line saver. Not happy

    Rang @bt_uk for help at 1pm today. Advised told me she would "check a few things out" and get back to me in around 10 minutes. " 2 hours 45 mins late I still have not heard a word. Is this the service I pay for ?

    @jake_martin1995 @bt_uk Yes ur right mate building kind new but poor connection as school right opposite me and electric building to had sky not to bad connection on fibre got bt but worse with fibre awful at certain times day have no choice to get disc now hoping it gone do job

    @bt_uk trying to move to Openreach and whilst customer service is great as real people -10 different people, across 5 calls, all of an hour long, mostly on hold and then cut off and still no broadband is making me rethink switching. HELP....

    @bt_uk Hi no theres no problem with the broadband connection to the house, its just bloody frustrating when your ads say 'why steam like this' when it's exactly how my yv box is streaming as they still don't connect by wifi and have to rely on tp links
