@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk We're having to reboot router to get things working. Twice today. Yesterday evening there was an issue too and... It's too frequent and doesn't match with the WiFi guarantee

@bt_uk though our interns has been too slow for a few weeks now, I don’t know if there’s a problem with our broadband signal in our area or this might be the normal thing with BT.

@bt_uk It’s only “unbreakable” if you can get a good 4G signal indoors. My broadband was down for ages until Openreach could be bothered to mend the line and they gave me a mini hub that they told me to put “near a window”. Even then it was extremely slow and kept cutting out.

Just been told by @bt_uk that @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp won't be able to fix our fault (caused by them changing telegraph pole) until tomorrow. That'll be 8 days without service. Incredible. #openreach
