@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

@bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

@OpenreachHelp Already raised with @bt_uk who have no idea when it will be resolved. They stated @WeAreOpenreach will not give them or us a resolution date. Meanwhile husband cannot work efficiently and we are wracking up data charges. Not the service I expected.

@bt_uk Unbreakable? More like 'Laughable'. 11th OpenReach engineer out yest. Network on red all weekend. Network known to be 'bad'. Oh hub might be faulty too! Barely year since last one. Wifi been dropping for 18 months & no solution. Unbreakable, ha, ha, ha. More like broken!!!
