  Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

  @bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

  had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

  @BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

  @bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

  Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

Since 22 April. 9 orders pending! 9 orders cancelled! 3 emails & letters telling us we have stopped our service! 4 hours waiting for complaints to call us! Emails ignored.   @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach There is no issue with minimum radius, sharp or too many bends. It's a run from a pole right outside with updated service to it... I just want the bracket supporting the cable screwed in to brick and cable down the side, not front as it will be on the wrong side for equipment.
