  @bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

  @bt_uk Morning. Been trying to sort out my broadband package but was cut off 3 times while going through the automated system (as soon as I select broadband queries)! Info and offers obvs inadequate online. I have to do this every year. How do I get to customer service?! Thx.
