    @bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

    So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

    @bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

    Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

    @bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

    Wouldn't recommend @btsport they Gabe me a good will gesture refund after they had an app on a device that isn't supported so can't log in... Hopefully they will lose licences so I can watch sport on a decent service!

    @bt_uk Thank you. I just wish someone would acknowledge to her house horrifically mismanaged this whole situation has been, the impact that it's had and the toll its taken. She did everything right and every single error has been down to @bt_uk and they have shown no concern or urgency

    @bt_uk Something... anything is working. How about if the person she spoke to just took the initiative, saw how utterly shocking it's been for her, had some customer focus and proactively passed it upwards. I imagine there's some kind of protective process to stop that kind of thing.
