Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.

The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

On their comms its in the small print.

Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.
