@bt_uk How about stop it for every customer, I have taken care of my end, you as a company need to improve and fast because you offer nothing special. From false Full Fibre, to poor standard Fibre to dodgy sports service to fake email addresses. Customers shouldnt have to deal with this

1) I'm not usually one to do this sort of thing, but if anyone is ever considering becoming a customer of @bt_uk, my advice is DON'T! Despite being a customer for literally decades, upon developing an issue with our broadband in MID-SEPTEMBER, they still haven't fixed it.

@bt_uk Hello, we've been experiencing a poor connection lately with our fibre broadband. Drops; poor quality video calling. We haven't had a new hub since the installation in 2013, could that be part of the issue? Also any incoming phone calls cause a drop. Thanks.
