Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.

Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

Steve Rowley (@MidEssexOD) reported from Islington, England@Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced a service as bad.

Over the phone you then said ‘there’s none in your area, what a mess we’ve made’ & now it’s another 2wks to wait.
