@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

@BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

Hey @bt_uk, what’s up with network? Lost access to around 10% of internet sites. Seems to be a network wide issue as colleagues who also have BT as their ISP in different regions have the same problem, while non-BT colleagues don’t have issue. Status updates please?
