@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

Because fundamentally, they are kids and have a psychological need to feel comfort. Without mum and dad online, they turn to filters.
