Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

I never suggested anything was legal or otherwise. You asked if they were still cheating & to receive any further fines. And I said no. They have been fined and points deducted. It ends there.

There was nothing further they could/would do.

Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.
