    @bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

    @bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

    @bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

    @bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

    @bt_uk I’ve been having problems since I’ve switched from #EE to #BT , I’ve had two engineers come out and the service is still the same , my internet is slow and also it still buffers the lights go orange and pink on the router😡

    Astonishingly bad customer service by @bt_uk. Booked home move 4 internet in advance for today. Engineer turns up and can’t do it, so says someone else will come back later. Then the appt cancelled. No option to reschedule online. On hold for 40 mins and still no answer. 🙄

    @EveryCountry @bt_uk Stopped using them ten years ago, never got the service that we were promised. Tried virgin as well, just as bad if not worse. We are now happily with talk-talk for the third year. Internet has gone down a few times but nothing like the weekly crash we have with virgin
