@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

@bt_uk I couldn't stream video for almost 2 years when I was with BT. When I brought up the subject of compensation, I was advised this would only be paid if I withdrew/closed my complaint. Wasn't fixed until I changed to another provider.

@bt_uk I’m interested in your broadband and getting a disc to extend the WiFi. With another ISP we’ve had to use 2 discs to get WiFi into our study. Do BT support this too?

@bt_uk Hi, we’ve had BT installed today, I’ve got a question regarding picture quality. Our favoured news channel is SKY News, however the picture quality is poor, is the SKY News HD channel not available with BT??
