First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!

Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?
