  had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

  Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

  @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

  @bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives ‘ look into it ‘ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

  @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare
