Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

@bt_uk I am still waiting for a response a request for an engineer appointment to look at a communal box, which looks in urgent need of replacement and is impacting an entire block’s service.

@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

@bt_uk Oh, he’s coming back don’t worry. There’d be a riot if not after a week in the dark ages. Just thought I’d share how absolutely bonkers it is for a WiFi engineer, coming to fix the WiFi, rings WiFi doorbell, is flummoxed when it doesn’t work and tries no alternative.

@bt_uk we’ve been without wifi for 2 months now! Your service reps have cancelled twice now on coming to fix it, and have now pushed it to the 31. We all work from home and the mobile router only works with the window open… honestly the worst service I’ve ever experienced!
