I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

My partners business can’t fulfill orders = more money lost. X 4 sessions for the dog to be out the house for each engineer visit £50 each time.
