Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

@bt_uk July 6th no landline. BT no idea. Elderly and vulnerable couple left abandoned. Even the CEO was contacted. Given executive resolution agents. Still no progress. Stunning incompetence. And still charging them for a service they don’t have!
