For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

@btsport hi. I cannot get the live channels on the BT Sport app on my Samsung TV - I get error code VC549. I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

@bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

@bt_uk Sadly it seems we are going round in circles. 1) reported issue on 8th, diag check reported fault 2) 14th phone line ok but broadband still poor 3) repeat process on 15th and diagnostics check showing fault. We cannot continue with such poor broadband when working from home!

@bt_uk never in your life choose BT as your WiFi provider. Not only is the WiFi slower as anything but I’m getting an average download speed of 50-250Kbps which is as slow as me downloading flappy bird on an iPhone 4. @bt_uk please fix your WiFi so I’m not paying for nothing.

@bt_uk Hi. For the past month, the WiFi has been awful. We literally have to keep switching from our WiFi to mobile data to use our phone. Very annoying and frustrating.
