    @bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk Yes please i have to switch wifi off in town and than i can use 4G otherwise signal is blocked and the same when i am back home 4G stops and i need to go back on wifi

    @bt_uk Yes, I received a dispatch notification along with a tracking number, however the tracking with parcel farce still says there is no tracking available… oddly enough you took the money out of my account promptly without a problem

    Still no Internet from @bt_uk. So they've sent me a 4G mini hub in the meantime to allow some connection. Guess what, it doesn't work. Apparently there's no signal. Even though there is on my phone. 🤬🤬🤬

    @bt_uk You have the most shocking customer service I have ever experienced. I have dealt with three different people, none of them have returned calls when they specifically stated they would, and neither of them reply to their emails. Good bye BT, you have lost my custom!!
