Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

@rosamaitland2 @SarahDuckDavies @bt_uk One thing I’d advise is set up a BT Shop account before you queue. I had a mild heart attack mid masker as my usual BT login didn’t work but that’s because it switches to BT shop login midway through basket. Hope this helps.

@bt_uk so a 3 second abandoned call counts as attempting to contact me regards my complaint. Followed by an email 7 minutes later saying you hope you’re happy & complaint closed. No worries only my consumer rights have been infringed. Will keep trying despite stupidly long calls!
