    Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

    I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    @Foxigav @btsportrugby @btsport You asked a question. I answered it for you. I never suggested money laundering was ok. I never suggested anything was legal or otherwise. You asked if they were still cheating & to receive any further fines. And I said no. They have been fined and points deducted. It ends there.

    @bt_uk I have the Whole Home discs - your guest network seems to be 5GHz only - that’s no use if we want to run a guest Wi-Fi for connecting IoT stuff! Many require 2.4GHz

    @bt_uk for the last three weeks, teaching from home has been a struggle because the internet cuts out constantly. And even when it is connected, the BT TV box never seems to be able to show any channels? Why? This is poor service.

    @bt_uk You’re effectively prevent people to cancel. You’re saying I must cancel a terminated contract. You say it can only be done by phone and when I tried to call no one answered my call for 20’. When I used the chat I was told it was sorted. Outrageous methods.

    Usual shambles @bt_uk. Remote reset of hub **** up cuts us all off but apparently that’s not a loss of service. New hub might be here Thursday. Who knows? No Wi-fi for kids’ schooling till then but apparently that’s also not an issue. Hard to believe but they get worse

    @bt_uk I have asked twice via the chat and was told last month i didn’t have to do anything else. Last time i tried to contact BT by phone I waited 20’ and had spoken to no one before I rang up. You are trying to bill me for a service that is terminated.
