It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. Sam R (@maz558) reported@bt_uk VERY disappointing with the service from your agents! I phoned as I wanted to take my service with me when I moved. Told I needed to take a new contract - 20% more expensive than current one. Told I would have to wait a week without broadband. Then lied to me!
