Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

@bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

@bt_uk Hey, Do you have any inkling to when the uk wide broadband issues will be resolved? The time to fix in my area keeps getting pushed back and it's starting to get silly for the proposed fix. The last one being pushed from 3am to 9am!
