Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

@btsport you must be the worst communications company in the world. I cancelled my BT Sport subscription as I was unable to contact you be telephone ! Your answer 50% reduction. No thank. I now get a demand to pay. Online banking act no you quote has 30 different id’s !

@paullewismoney @MartinSLewis Mum charged by @BTCare for BT tv which she’s never had. Have taken over £700 since 2013. Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

@defiaye @bt_uk BT service is a nightmare and they are more expensive as well. Oh and the say I switched to EE and plugged the EE router in, my speed doubled, because BT had slowed it down on purpose. I hope your fault gets fixed soon xx

@bt_uk I’m just had my 72 year old mother on the phone in tears. You’ve cut off her wifi & tv whilst waiting for a new contract to switch over on 16th Feb. She’s been told no one can help (by the loyalty team), your customer service is a disgrace. How do we complain & rectify?

@defiaye @bt_uk When I lived in England we had BT because they were the only ones available. I have never dealt with a worse company in terms of customer support and getting the job done. We had so many problems and could do nothing. Our MP was no help. I’m with vodofone and had good service

@defiaye @bt_uk Me too! I was surprised when it changed just by switching. My speeds are still low but that made a difference! And EE are so good with giving free data to use on your phone while they fix faults.

@bt_uk fault has finally been fixed & when I asked about compensation your advisor at 1.28pm today he deliberately cut me off when I said I wanted to lodge an official complaint about the amount of compensation he offered. you really are a poor company for #CustomerService
