Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
