Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk someone from open reach came did lots tests turned out that the fibre optic cable as near to breaking so packet pingback signal was degrading

@bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

So since June @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness you failed to provide me my service I paid for. Never return my calls No credits as promised for 3 lines I pay for but don’t use. No phone calls to rectify. So very bad please just sort this out!

@bt_uk The one save point for BT is the support people dealing with me have actually tried to be helpful. Still not sure why it takes 12 weeks for you to get someone to install a cable for the broadband I actually ordered in the first place.

@bt_uk I have had intermittent/no broadband since October, fault reported on 21.10.20. Still not fixed. Two of your operators put the phone down on me this morningand cut me off when they said they were transferring me to customer services. Who can I discuss this issue with?
