@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

@bt_uk Hi Karen, thank you. I sent off for a new phone (free) from BT. I'm just annoyed that my old dial phone no longer works and if broadband goes down I'm stuck with no connection. Also very concerned that this is simply a way of forcing broadband on elderly who have no need for it
