They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.

I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue.
