Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

(We've rebooted everything, it hasn't helped.) The fault on the tracker vanished at midnight exactly, so I assume some automatic expiry occured.
