Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

Hey, ho, you live and learn don't know if I have it in me to challenge their derisory and laughable offer of £0.39 per day.

Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
