    @bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

    @bt_uk we had shockingly bad internet for over the last few days. It is now more not working than working . Have tried to call . 30 minute waiting time. This is not good service .

    @bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

    @bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

    @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

    @bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency

    @bt_uk Sian - yes, the minihub has been moved around each room in our flat but the signal isn't strong enough. We appreciate the offer of an alternative solution but it's not working. Our internet was disconnected early through a BT error and we can't work from home. What should we do?

    @bt_uk Well 20 29 no call I thought it would not happen but let me tell you @bt_uk I will get internet you have really let me down but you still take my money!!! For no service will anyone as a MANAGER pick this up or even higher @WeAreOpenreach you need to give me internet 5month ++++
