Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

Also, the call centre agent stated that movies are never 'bought', they are merely 'licensed' for as long as one is a BT TV subscriber. Pretty sure the options were 'Rent' or 'Buy'.
