@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyGroup completely unacceptable tonight. Paid £20 for the Fury fight on BT Sport Box Office via Sky Glass and the stream ended before the final round. Stream cut out at 4 hours 30, can’t watch live. I would like a refund. @btsport
