    @bt_uk - agreed a new contract on 21st November and yet weirdly come the next bill you ignore this and my charges. Past 14 day cooling off too. So basically your ripping me off - and btw your app is **** if your being ripped off

    Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

    @bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

    I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

    @bt_uk You definitely need to sort out you customer service. It’s been a shame. Keeping saying you’re extremely busy at moment.If you’re busy get more people to answer the calls.I’m really sure I won’t get that on sales team. Philip Jensen do something

    @bt_uk internet went down on Sunday morning, was told it would be fixed that night, then Monday night, then Friday night, now it's saying next Friday! 4G hub is beyond useless and 30+ mins on hold. What is going on and why no updates?

    @SkyHelpTeam Fantastic. And I’m sure SKY’s database can see what the problems are in High WYcombe and then SKY can update all their users on what’s happening, why it’s taking so long to fix, and why they aren’t helping their customers the way @bt_uk are? @SteveBakerHW

    @bt_uk Not much help given how many spoof numbers there now, very annoying as I was told by BT that digital voice would reduce the number of calls, but it hasn’t made any difference. And what about call screening on your digital handset? That functionality is not there!!!

    @bt_uk When I phoned the faults team, they said the error was between the green box on the street and my property. How will sending one of these 'experts' fix my problem if it's in the street?

    @bt_uk This creates question of "is that free phone within my BT package?" Currently I'm BT landline/WiFi customer deciding if to cancel EE package YOU (not they) sold me. Am in 14 days & would revert to being your mobile customer,unless I may not cos of MMC. If so YOU should have said.
