@bt_uk someone from open reach came did lots tests turned out that the fibre optic cable as near to breaking so packet pingback signal was degrading

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk really disappointed with BT's support following an outage in my area. No info provided at the time, phone calls resulted in incorrect info. Compensation promised and not delivered. Very disorganised.

@bt_uk Sorry, maybe I need to make it clearer. The upgrade has already happened - the equipment in the road etc has been fitted, hence why the other company can offer the service. Just wondered when BT would offer upgrade, but it seems from your reply that BT don’t know themselves?

@bt_uk Getting the full broadband service I pay for would be nice, thanks. Contract: 500mb/s standard, 425mb/s minimum. Actual: less than 40mb/s (on all connected devices) Not even getting 10% of it right now. Ridiculous.

@bt_uk Ok so a week ago we were put on Digital Voice and Since then we’ve no landline service, our phone number we’ve had since 1986 May or may not be available and Open Reach are arguing with BT about whether the number we’ve had starting 01423 is allowed in 2022 worked 10 days

Solidarity with @CWUnews for striking. Just completed exit from both @Plusnet and @bt_uk mobile service. Left because “community pantry” aka food bank in call centres. Disgraceful that shareholders and senior management feel low wages to those who generate their profits are ok
