@bt_uk It would help if you enabled being able to stream the coverage from a mobile device onto a tv via Chromecast or similar. I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

@bt_uk To be fair it’s a shambles, the hub I’ve been sent keeps turning on and off also.! 5 mins into a important meeting after setting up the hub and that goes down too! This is about 5 times now in the last month!

@bt_uk switched to BT fibre on 17th May. Called the engineer in the morning. He said he was in a queue for some cable to do the job. He called 2 hours later to say there was no cable and he can’t complete the job. I have no internet, vulnerable & desperate!! Nobody answering at BT! Help

@bt_uk I dont believe its the router dropping the connection because its completely stable and runs like normal. It just seems to be repeated work being done on the exchange end as the router reports no service, not that it cannot connect. Its happened quite a few times this year.

@bt_uk you've left my elderly mum-in-law with no internet, her main means of communication, for almost a month now during a pandemic. 8 complaints later and the issue is no closer to being resolved. meanwhile, you have a massive ad campaign for new customers.
