    @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    Pretty vexed that after two hours talking to @bt_uk we will be without internet and phone for at least another two weeks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

    @bt_uk please fix your PS5 app! Doesn’t let me watch live sport with constant buffering or crashing. Works fine on other devices, just not PS5.

    @bt_uk where do I start with how terrible your service is , let me start with being passed from one person to another on a call then put indefinitely on hold , next contract switching to a provider with manners .

    @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

    @bt_uk It would help if you enabled being able to stream the coverage from a mobile device onto a tv via Chromecast or similar. I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

    @bt_uk Is that why you & @OpenreachHelp haven’t fixed our “fibre to door” internet, 3 weeks after a wind blown tree took out the line & a single pole? You’ve certainly cut down my internet use, given we have crap satellite signal #PissUp&Brewery

    @bt_uk bit of feedback. My 90 year old Mum's phone was showing a faulty line this morning. From reporting it to the engineer going out this afternoon and repairing it the service has been 110%! Thank you!

    @bt_uk getting little to no signal on many channels on bt tv I’m currently on my 2nd tv box. It’s not my Aerial as I’m getting freeview on my tv just fine when I plug it in. Any solution?? My 1st box began to do this 3 months in and I was told the box was faulty now same issue

    Big 2nd half needed by Man Utd. Out played, out worked out classed by Watford in the 1st half and are lucky to only be 2-0 down. A 2nd half like the 1st will heap way more pressure on OGS than the 2-0 defeat to Man City did. #WATMUN #BTSport

    @bt_uk I haven't yet submitted a complaint nor I have I been advised on your complaints process. Please explain how you created a complaint. I have so far been trying to ascertain facts and processes. My complaint is above and beyond and so extensive it is not yet complete.
