@btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers

@ryanteck @bt_uk It was actually BT (I did check carefully) and yes I can cancel in cooling off period. But it was the repeated misinformation confirmed 3x over as I kept asking to be sure the price was for everything. 1 item in the cost breakdown was an amount never mentioned at all on the call!
