Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. His worst finish for years and years on the slowest factory bike in the paddock.

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    @bt_uk Seems to be back up to normal speeds now so was probably just an overnight outage, although the completion date on that fault has now changed by a day.

    I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

    Been a @bt_uk WiFi customer for around five years now. The WiFi has incrementally gotten slower year upon year. Just tried to do a speed test and it was actually too rubbish to run the test. BT just totally fail rural communities.

    @kferg83 @virginmedia @SkyUK @bt_uk Having the same problem here. Shocked that can't apply for new 12 month deal when old one ends. Very unfair, but these companies will have to change next year when the law changes. We will be entitled to the same deals as existing customers next year.
