I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

Spent the day onto both @AppleSupport & @bt_uk. Absolutely amazing support from the Apple team on both sides of the Atlantic as always. I can’t say the same for BT’s customer service though as they’ve honestly driven me up the wall today. 🙏 I don’t have to deal w them again.

@bt_uk my 87 year old father in law who has a disabled wife has been without a landline since 7 Oct. Engineers have visited dug holes, scratched heads and dug more holes! Message says “person you are calling is in the phone”. Simply not good enough service - DM me for details
