    @BTCare @ofcom Can BT explain to me how my mother’s account was closed because someone claimed to be moving into her address. With no access to her acc. Details. She thought letters received were a scam as the letter was such poor quality. So she called and told nothing was wrong

    @bt_uk so rang BT today , to move all my services to them, said they would call me back, this morning, still waiting , typical BT useless, so have decided know that I will go to virgin,much better customer service at least virgin get things done, not like 3rd rate BT

    @bt_uk where do I start with how terrible your service is , let me start with being passed from one person to another on a call then put indefinitely on hold , next contract switching to a provider with manners .

    @bt_uk I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my broadband hub to arrive, when it was dispatched on 48h tracked delivery. I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

    @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

    @bt_uk called Bt to upgrade my services she said she’d call me back 30 minutes, it’s been over an hour know, I don’t think I bother anymore , what crap service, as usual by BT , I don’t why I even bothered thinking I should up grade with BT , useless

    @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

    @bt_uk Hi Theresa. The fault is now fixed. However, the broadband is slow; circa 13MB download consistently; I used to get circa 35. The latency is around 100ms and the jitter is consistently under 8. The line is reported by several tools as Excellent, so why is the speed so low?

    @bt_uk Thanks Catherine, I think it's mainly the inferior @YouViewSupport platform that's the main issue. There are many people that have had similar failed recordings and who've asked to have the option of manually scheduling a recording. My previous BT Youview box did the same too.

    @ScrumpyDaniel Glad it’s not just me. It’s usually flawless. I’ve tried it on two Apple TV’s. Got one upstairs and downstairs and both do the same @btsportfootball @btsport can you fix this please. Ultimate not working on Apple TV.

    @bt_uk As the @YouViewSupport platform doesn't allow you to pad out scheduled recordings you have to rely on broadcasters sending out the correct start and end times. About 90% of scheduled recordings that fail are on the IPTV platform ie BT Sport 1,2 and 3 or Eurosport 1 and 2.
