.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

  • carlozoccali Carlo Zoccali (@carlozoccali) reported from Woking, England

@bt_uk Yes but looks like I won’t have service till next Friday at the earliest which is not ideal then still have to wait for fibre to become available not quite the upgrade I was hoping for when switched from sky

  • BlackheathDogs Blackheath Dog Walkers (@BlackheathDogs) reported from London, England

  • Kev_McLoughlin Kevin McLoughlin (@Kev_McLoughlin) reported from West Molesey, England

I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

  • AviatorDavid David Cheung (@AviatorDavid) reported from Hillingdon, England

@bt_uk and @EE, can some1 pull their finger out and fix my 0.3Mbps 4G conn @ my workplace TW6 2FL. Like this for 3 months and still no resolution! 😤😠😡

  • RadioFacilities Radio Facilities (@RadioFacilities) reported from Hounslow, England

@btbusinesscare I have been waiting for three weeks for a manager to telephone me to discuss mis-selling that went on on our account. Despite regular chasing, I have still not been contacted. Shocking service.

  • daisymcandrew Daisy McAndrew (@daisymcandrew) reported from Brentford, England

@Fraggle_D6 @afneil @SkyUK @BTCare Make sure you log a formal complaint and get compensation for every day of no service. Good luck!

  • vik_seth21 Vik Seth (@vik_seth21) reported from Hillingdon, England

Shocking from @bt_uk to hike their sports pack prices whilst 3 months into an 18 month contract. Their customer service is shocking as well. People refusing to speak to me about the issue and others transferring me mid sentence #wouldnotrecommend #poorshow #customerservicefail

  • vik_seth21 Vik Seth (@vik_seth21) reported from Hillingdon, England

@bt_uk No, apparently your supervisors don’t work on weekends so I have to wait to Monday. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to contact you about this issue as well.

  • MaverickLegacy Graham Le Fevre (@MaverickLegacy) reported from Brentford, England

@bt_uk That could be it as I have been into the hub manager before and it worked no problems. So obviously I must have missed the prompt to change the password.

  • DBananaman42 Dark-Knight-Bananaman42 (@DBananaman42) reported from Sunningdale, England

@ChadSpeedfight2 @jerryzukowski @btsportmotogp @MotoGP @lorenzo99 @26_DaniPedrosa @Official_CS27 @ValeYellow46 @btsport Moro 2 and MotoGP bikes are totally different. Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. His worst finish for years and years on the slowest factory bike in the paddock.

  • vik_seth21 Vik Seth (@vik_seth21) reported from Hillingdon, England

@bt_uk Still not response on my complaint which I was promised would be looked at today. Not surprised at all. No wonder so many people have issues with your service

  • matw69 Mathew Wood (@matw69) reported from Richmond, England

Well done @bt_uk ! Lied to for a 2nd time! You really should get your staff fully trained and not to tell lies down the phone! Expecting a call from a leader/manager ASAP!!

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TheHalfFagg adam waind (@TheHalfFagg) reported

@bt_uk can someone who actually wants to help dm me?

  • Essexisgreat Sue Taylor FRSA (@Essexisgreat) reported

@bt_uk On the 24 February I reported a fault on my landline, which you said you would fix by 3 March. Still no landline, tracking says I told you it was fixed - I didn't. 2 complaints have been ignored and I have just had to report it again. Now I have to wait until 8 March!

  • Lhasadreams Adrian Daniels (@Lhasadreams) reported

@bt_uk Too late, clearly BT do not value me as a customer. You will get your extra £60 to January and then I will just move. I think you will find there are a lot of customers who will feel the same, good luck retaining them.

  • leanneanlouised Leanne donaldson (@leanneanlouised) reported

@bt_uk are there issues in Glasgow with broadband connection? Been constantly dropping for the past 45mins now

  • Boydieboyd Stuff Boyd says (@Boydieboyd) reported

@bt_uk @FMDoop The rescheduling itself isn't the only problem...

  • Eloditje Elodie (@Eloditje) reported

@btbusinesscare This is the reply to the DM, shameful! I'm sorry to hear about the delays in getting you connected, we would always want our network to be repaired as soon as possible. We can't access fault information here for you, so you should continue to liaise with your provider for updates

  • blondemax *Blonde*Max* (@blondemax) reported

@TheRunningManZ @bt_uk So glad it's been sorted. Such a shame it had to go this far rather than a simple call to customer service. Not the 1st time I'd heard of same issues.

  • Morris2906 Morris Hickey # NOW LET'S SEE THE END OF SADIQ # (@Morris2906) reported

    * Brief letter this morning from @bt_uk telling me prices will be "changing" (ie increasing) from 31 March. No statement what those prices will be despite more than half the A4 page remaining blank. Totally unhelpful. Whatever happened to "customer care"?

  • FoneStill StillFone (@FoneStill) reported

@paullewismoney @bt_uk Exactly the reason I left @bt_uk years ago. Leaving is very difficult but I’d never go back to them. All the advertising is to suck you in knowing it’s costly to leave…

  • gpfradgley Gareth Paul Fradgley (@gpfradgley) reported

@paullewismoney @bt_uk Paul I think all you consumer advocates should help the general public fight against this. No company should be able to use a % plus a % making it difficult for the average consumer to work it out. Who can we talk to to make this against the law!!!
