@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

@bt_uk Hi Eileen that is correct. The bill should not be £72.99 per month. This was never agreed at £72.99 this was never the pricing offered in the email. I am so frustrated that this seems to be such a problem. It’s unbelievable that is has gone on so long.
