    I really dislike @bt_uk it has to be one of the worst customer service experiences out there. It takes so long to just get your call answered. The classic case of a company that’s so big, no one knows what they’re doing 😔

    @CantSwingACat @bt_uk You should try Virgin Media! Don't forget you're entitled to Ofcom compensation if the has been a total loss of service for over 24 hrs I.e If their Infrastructure is at fault #poorcustomerservice

    @bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

    BT WiFi is absolutely horrific. After having issues previously we were advised to get a new BT hub. We did so and now the connection is worse than ever. Abysmal @btbusinesscare

    @SpeedwayEuro Time to find a more reliable TV partner to showcase your events as @Eurosport seem to treat it with contempt as on more than one occasion they have cut in late and missed races. @SkySports or @btsport would be a better partner. #LetsMakeSpeedway

    @bt_uk my broadband has been down for nearly 2 days with not a single update on status. When I try to check the site for my phone number, the system crashes me out. Very frustrating.

    @DesmondDarrin @bt_uk Man they just repeat the same message with a different name at the bottom, I don’t trust them , I with smarty No contract unlimited £18.75 a month but it can go slow ,wish I was back in Cambodia full connection $6 a month better then anything in UK

    @bt_uk I’ve already called in and Irene says I’ve to wait til next Friday to get engineer in .. again - You Don’t seem to have a long term strategy!? Do you? or you’re not bother to spend money sending engineer out. If this continues I will cancel my contract.

    @bt_uk not sure what’s wrong with your broadband, but it’s shockingly bad, keeps dropping off, so I end out dropping in and out of meetings. Horrid at streaming anything. This is unacceptable, when we call up, you tell us to reset and that achieves nothing. Please sort it out!
