    Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

    @bt_uk can’t believe how bad the customer service has been with BT. No internet for two weeks, tried to end contact and was told to pay £350 to do so. Absolutely shocking!

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @bt_uk someone from open reach came did lots tests turned out that the fibre optic cable as near to breaking so packet pingback signal was degrading

    @bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

    @bt_uk Thanks John. A 4G minihub is not a sufficient replacement. I've gone from a working FTTC service & paying for a premium FTTP upgrade that is not working at all. Providing hybrid connect as a gesture would at least allow me to have something that resembles normal service.

    @bt_uk Hi John, unfortunately not. Openreach have just left, BT have confirmed it's a problem with the cable link in the exchange. Where does this leave me now, how do I get updated or a timescale for resolution?

    @bt_uk only a few months of decent internet passed since last fault. I am completely without internet access at home. BT says they will send someone on the 12th of August after 4 days working from home without internet. BT broadband is the worst service for homeworking families.
