  @bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

  @bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

  @bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

  @bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?
