  Big shout out to @bt_uk who have upgraded a 91 years olds phone to a new digital line 2 weeks ago and the phones and broadband haven’t worked since! Sent 1 engineer to as it must be a problem with the setup in the house, he confirmed it was a line fault. Had 2 more appointments

  @bt_uk you really need to teach Open Reach how to speak to females. Just had one in my business in Wokingham, turned up a day late, no call, stopped my business operating as he had to turn net off (after two attempts previously to be fixed) and was rude as hell to me

  @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯
