IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

@bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

@holliexharvey @bt_uk If the Broad Band is down, work must understand that, u have proof, worst way offer to take a days leave. Send them the email u have. I used 2 get stressed on the underground and was told "don't stress over things u can't control" it dont work with Arsenal thou 🥺

@bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

@bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

@bt_uk So just so i understand its ok to charge me for a speed that ive never had ok sending loads of engineers but when you cant sort my fault my only option is to cancel and have no Internet at all be warned everyone happy to take payment but not to sort your faults

@bt_uk I can log-in ok, but there are 3 accounts linked & I can’t see products/services for my main account (it doesn’t appear on the drop-down accs list) & to get the billing for this account, I have to go into another account, then billing, then select this acc from the billing menu.

@bt_uk Hi. I seem to have a problem with my online account - when I tried to add Sports last weekend it wouldn’t let me saying account not recognised, so I rang & sorted it, but was looking at re-contracting my broadband & got same error. All my services work fine. Any ideas? Thx
