    @kurbeco @aravelle @SkyUK @bt_uk @Hyperoptic I’d shit my pants at a 1000/1000 connection 😅 but after having 15/1.5 for years with Sky, BT and Vodafone... it was a relief to get 110/6.5 with Virgin

    @bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

    Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

    @bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

    So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

    @bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

    Have you, like me, had #fttp fitted by @bt_uk in last 12 mths & then had an horrific experience leading to you cancelling? Only then to be told by numerous providers they cannot take over your service as #BT have rights to fttp for first 24mths after fitting? @Ofcom

    @btsport is useless the only reason I pay to have it is to watch @btsportmotogp but you never have any of the friday sessions to watch on catch up!! And today you don't even have qualifying on there! When are you going to sort it out?!

    @bt_uk Had a new contract starting with you on 13th September and have now services have been cut off and packaging arrived asking to send back equipment! No trace of order in BT account and cannot get through on the phone at all! Any help?
