Helen Parton (@TotalOfficeBook) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk Can Leanne from the ‘Priority’ team call me pls (although given the problem is 5 days old & counting is hate to be a ‘non-priority’)
-
Martín Pane 🐦 (@martinTayx) reported from Camden Town, England@Strippin @btbusinesscare @WeAreOpenreach Internet I'm the UK is shockingly awful. It took Virgin Media 6 months to install a cable to my house after repeatedly stating it would only take 1-2 months. 🙈

-
julie atkin (@atkin_julie) reported from Hackney, England@bt_uk Done the text. It's occurring frequently lately. I'm still waiting for supervisor to call me regarding problems on my account and still no call to me. Waited all day after calling 150 at 12pm.
-
farah says (@Farah_Lou) reported from Loughton, England@bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.
-
Paul Kellaway (@pkllwy) reported from Poplar, England@bt_uk It's just a shame that your customer service department isn't able to use commonsense and escalate to openreach for investigation when there was patently a problem reported
-
Leighton Stoane (@LeightonStoane) reported from Walthamstow, England@bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?
-
Dr. Kelechi Anyikude (@KelechiAFC) reported from East Ham, England@ayoalabi99 @btsport Very poor. The lack of awareness is shocking tbh.
-
Joshua Milton (@miltipello) reported from Camden Town, EnglandVery slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.
-
Peter Hughes (@PeterLingua) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk with the wait times way in excess of 30 mins (been on hold for nearly an hour), is it easier to visit your stores to renegotiate or cancel my contract with you?
-

-
Bill / 葛威 (@BillGlover) reported from Camden Town, England@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?
-
Richard (@sirblackers) reported from Walthamstow, England@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.
-
Hayls Teeney (@HaylsTeeney) reported from Enfield Lock, England@bt_uk please explain how the hot weather is impacting you answering your customer complaints line?! I’m unable to work as my internet connection is not working again, not related to the heatwave! 😡😡😡
-
Eduardo Kerr–Oliveira (@eodsgn) reported from Hackney, England@UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.
-
Simon Monger, SCMP (He/Him) (@SimonMonger) reported from Poplar, England@howiejk @bt_uk Most still blame COVID, which I think after two years is a poor excuse.
