@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@bt_uk I was turned down when I wanted to negotiate, I was charged £85 for broadband and BT sport for three years. I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.

@bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

@bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

@bt_uk Because we were loyal customers for a decade and you responsed to that loyalty but ramping up our charges outrageously. Because of some difficult family times, we didn’t check as closely as we should but I will never give BT a penny more.

@bt_uk Submitted “FIX” request via SMS text 10pm tonight, as son finally exploded after couple of hours’ of intermittent broadband drop off. Wife then commented that internet connection had been bad after circa 3pm this afternoon, dropping off VPN connection to work three times.

@bt_uk Best thing I did getting rid of BT rip off merchants. Had 3 months of broadband at less than 1mb lots of customer service issues and they couldn't fix the issue but still tried to charge me for the full 18 month contract. Scumbags!

@bt_uk you'll have saw deleted tweet in your mentions,but back in,never tripped totally different mailbox ? I don't believe that,I believe bc I used different VPN & couldn't get strong enough one,so was hopping about few trying,when token expire & you locked it,open with Web App.
