  Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

  If @bt_uk/@WeAreOpenreach want to survive, they need their current customer service systems consigning to the scrap heap. They are simply unfit for purpose. Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes 🥴 Give me strength!

  @bt_uk If anyone reads this to research whether or not to use BT for broadband, don't use them. Appalling service from all parts of the business that blames openreach. Terrible service from a terrible company.

  @bt_uk you still haven’t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!
