@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

@zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

@bt_uk No it is not great. Now missed pretty much the whole football match. Getting quite used to that now because your internet service is absolute rubbish. I get stuck in a contract for two years and you don’t deliver anything close to a proper service.
