Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk can’t believe how bad the customer service has been with BT. No internet for two weeks, tried to end contact and was told to pay £350 to do so. Absolutely shocking!

Big shout out to @bt_uk who fixed my mum's phone within two hours of me calling and on a Sunday. We are having a horrid time atm, both of my parents have Covid and my dad is v poorly in hospital. They get lots of criticism but were fab for us today.
