First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!

Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. On their comms its in the small print.

Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported@bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.
