Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time.
