@bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

-
Jessica Andrews (@Jess_L_Andrews) reported from Merton, England
@bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency
-
Adam Cannon (@adam_cannon) reported from Barnet, England
had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.
-
Adam Cannon (@adam_cannon) reported from Barnet, England
Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

Matt Jones (@MattJones91) reported
@bt_uk Hi Claire, I can’t see anywhere to log the fault on that link I’m afraid. It also shows 4 faults but only one has a resolution date/time 17:01 tomorrow - which is far too long to be without WiFi - we have guests arriving this evening. Can this be escalated?
-
Aaron Mcmahon (@arniemc1) reported
@chris_kammy @lufcstats @btsport should just hire them all and do their own soccer sat because the sky one is pure **** now
-
Gill Wiltshire (@GillWiltshire) reported
@bt_uk brilliant response to an outage yesterday in my village. My mini hub arrived less than 24 hours after the issue (which had been resolved anyway) . Very impressed with the proactively. I have a solution if any further issues. Thank you !
-
Ruth Grindey (@RuthGrindey) reported
@bt_uk Remember rural areas have no mobile signal, therefore no way to raise the alarm in an emergency! Having a working telephone line is essential and without it, it puts people at risk.
-
Heather Close (@an_idle_while) reported
@bt_uk 3 households in KA269JS have internet down as of about 3pm today. Do you know when this will be fixed? Thx
-
Lisa Sherratt (@Lisasherratt) reported
@bt_uk I've heard this all before and the hub has always been the problem.... I will follow the instructions this weekend and see what happens. But as I said in my message, typical at the end of a contract.
-
Jus' sayin'... (@MikeMacLeanOban) reported
@bt_uk , can you please advise what the problem causing loss of internet is and when it will be resolved in the PA34 5EF area?

Amazon coverage was quality. Time for a proper football streaming service not the bollox @SkySportsPL @btsport put out.
-
Ruth Grindey (@RuthGrindey) reported
@bt_uk I get that, but what is a worry is that the line came down last Saturday - how come six days later you don’t know what is needed to fix it, and therefore can’t inform your customers more specific detail.
