    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    @UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    @bt_uk Intermittent service, even after we've had technicians over. Constant router reboots, usually in the mornings and evening. BT's online tool will show a failure.

    @bt_uk We have someone dealing with it but we have been sent hub after hub the last time we was told there was a fault on the line and someone will be out to fix it by 20th and we would get a text when its fixed we are still waiting for that text we are now waiting for another box

    @LolTurbo @btsport He had one year left on his contract at city. Turned down a new contract after not being guaranteed first team football and tried to force his way out. Either them sell him for a fee that summer, or, keep him for a year to lose him for nothing. So, they simply didn't let him go.

    @bt_uk worst Internet service I have ever had. I have has engineer visits the lot. Upgraded my plan which has made no difference at all. Your rubbish service is affecting my work and the kids home schooling. I want to leave my whole experience with you has neen miserable.

    @EE Many thanks for helping with my issue this evening. Jamie’s assistance was greatly appreciated! Given my dismal, disappointing recent experiences with @bt_uk (home phone line down for 9 days, & counting), it was a welcome & stark contrast, especially given the current crisis
