    @bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

    @bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

    @truesricosta @Ossyref @StephMcMahon @WWEUniverse @btsport @btsportwwe @WWE @WWENetwork Sorry i misread this all - i thought the question said live on tv (misread the wwe network bit) and I agree with the last tweet. If anything i wish raw and sd could be on the wwe network quicker (but again tv license issues prevent this)

    this is why i dont want potch at United . every season they are close to something they always bottle it under him and always go on a bad run at the wrong time of season. keep ole in charge. if ole gets us top 4 and maybe fa cup keep him @ManUtd @btsport

    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    @bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

    @bt_uk I eventually got through , was on the phone for over an hour, repeating my issue to 3 different staff members, and still no resolution or definitive answer. I need someone to own the problem, report back to me on progress of a Welfare Issue.

    Dear @bt_uk - for 6 weeks I have had a wholly unreliable WiFi signal. So far I have had 2 engineers to the house & 2 to the outside set up. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Please can I speak to someone who can help!!!!! PLEASE!

    @bt_uk still no reply to our complaint raised last week on the non arrival of your engineer to install full fibre for the 3rd time. Instead you closed the complaint sayng matter resolved !! Lies ! I am not waiting 30 mins in the phone either to get through to an advisor!

    @bt_uk I have spent days trying to get email to work, My BT is not working, now I am told they have major ongoing problems! What have they done to tell their customers what is happening, nothing, yet they can still text to say the bill has been raised

    If @bt_uk tries to insist your router is broken (when actually the network is down) DO NOT accept their new router unless you enjoy your tv stream constantly buffering….

    @bt_uk what a shame , 2 weekends, 10 days of using your "service" and I've got yo watch about 4 hours tv, in total. Tried calling your helpline but it was a 90-minute wait

    @bt_uk you have one of the worst set top boxes ever. Keeps glitching and restarts on its own. I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasn’t fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I don’t want to go to the ombudsman (yet).
