Julie (@EylesJE) reported from Camberwell, England

  • MarinerIndy
James Mariner (@MarinerIndy) reported from Camberwell, England

Just had the misfortune to catch a few minutes of 'The Football's On' on @btsport . Never again. Like giving weekly airtime to your mate in the pub who think he knows his football, but just doesn't get it. Reactive dross.

  • 1stclasslounge
FirstClassLounge (@1stclasslounge) reported from Stratford, England

So annoyed @bt_uk unprofessional and rude customer services and the scam you are running with the gift cards incentives for purchase of your packages. Gift cards never arrive and you do not want to deal with it even after official complaints are made. The worst customer service!

  • agustin
Agustin Pesciallo (@agustin) reported from Camberwell, England

@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

if we recruit potch in the summer . wrong decison for me . without his key players . he isnt that great . last 3 games have been awful . keep #olegunnarsolskjaer @ManUtd #FACup @btsport @SkySportsNews

  • PollyCziok
Polly Cziok (@PollyCziok) reported from Hackney, England

Our @bt_uk broadband is down. They’ll fix it by Monday apparently. Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.

  • Trizz_7
TQ (@Trizz_7) reported from Hackney, England

@btsport fix your ******* app, always telling me I’m not in the UK when I clearly am

  • danielhirschman
Daniel Hirschmann (@danielhirschman) reported from Hackney, England

Wow, @bt_uk your customer service and internal systems are utterly disappointing. First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!

  • Janietip
Jane Tippett (@Janietip) reported from Camberwell, England

@bt_uk Everyday since Friday #Broadband has gone down around this time. In and off all day and then again late afternoon. #troubleshooter every day but still happens. Weather related???

  • wobblyclark
Ivan Clark (@wobblyclark) reported from Islington, England

@bt_uk BT offer expensive broadband, a poor service, & appalling customer support. I tried you guys 4 years back, junked after 2 years. I would never sign-up again. Now you force your ads into my Twitter feed, get a decent media buyer to exclude my device from future campaigns, thanks

  • EventOCallaghan
Mark O'Callaghan (@EventOCallaghan) reported from Camberwell, England

@bt_uk live chat customer service Where and how

  • SimonMonger
Simon Monger, SCMP (He/Him) (@SimonMonger) reported from Poplar, England

@howiejk @bt_uk Most still blame COVID, which I think after two years is a poor excuse.

  • LPESSN
LPESSN (@LPESSN) reported from Camberwell, England

@ashley_jp_83 @TKASMrShepherd @RaynerSport At the end of the day it all boils down to TV money. Both Sky and BTSport wanted the games back as they weren’t going to pay the full amount. Women’s game would have been easier to restart.

  • MidEssexOD
Steve Rowley (@MidEssexOD) reported from Islington, England

@Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

  • MPRidsdale
Matt Ridsdale (@MPRidsdale) reported from Islington, England

@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

  • Loft4W
Loft4Words (@Loft4W) reported from Camberwell, England

@OffcumdenL @colourblindorg @bt_uk The whole green = go / red = stop concept was clearly never devised by someone who was colourblind

  • DScilly
David scilly (@DScilly) reported from Islington, England

I think this @btsport debate on mane is hilarious. All about whether mane scored and nothing about how easily he went down. He didn’t want to score! That’s why he went down....

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

  • teacherCate1
    Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported

@bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.

  • _JoshDenham
    Josh (@_JoshDenham) reported

Hi guys, is there any reason why my Broadband Hub won't connect this evening? I've tried the usual off and on again, factory reset but no connection whatsoever! Please help? @bt_uk

  • wendholden
    Wendy Holden (@wendholden) reported

Three days without phones or the internet after a tree fell and not one word to anyone in our Suffolk village from @bt_uk. The tree was removed today but no one came to fix the line so another day in the dark. Shame on you.

@bt_uk @bt_uk shocking customer service by you, my elderly in-laws should have had new fibre installed on 24th July. Still waiting!!!!!

  • DanyalMustafa
    Danyal Mustafa (@DanyalMustafa) reported

At least 6 major Internet outages in under 2 weeks. Appalling treatment by your "support staff". I'd like a complaint sent to the CEO Allison Kirkby please. @btbusinesscare

  • SaffyBun
    Karla (@SaffyBun) reported

@bt_uk Thank you. I'd done this, but everything says to call. I am not deaf, so cannot use that facility. Why can't we cancel things from our app? Shouldn't need to ring anyone, it should all be manageable from the app. Please give me an email to help with this matter.

  • AcharyaShahV
    AcharyaViren (@AcharyaShahV) reported

BT & EE @EE @bt_uk hello WiFi and mobile both have a same problem low connection sometime no connection need help.

  • kcovophoto
    Kristen Covo (@kcovophoto) reported

@bt_uk Everything in the house nowadays relies on internet and mine has been down all week. Your technician ordered the router -mine died through no fault of my own, your product stopped working - and BT is taking its time delivering new one Terrible #customerservice.

  • _JoshDenham
    Josh (@_JoshDenham) reported

@bt_uk So the service is down according to the website, but nothing anywhere before logging into my account, or yourselves here, acknowledged that beforehand. When can I expect my access to the broadband to be back?

  • trevjrho
    trevor rhodes (@trevjrho) reported

@bt_uk The many BT "guides" I've spoken to have been pleasant and tried to help but are constrained by a system that frankly doesn't work in customers interests. Particularly so in the case of older customers.
