  • LeightonStoane Leighton Stoane (@LeightonStoane) reported from Walthamstow, England

@bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

  • SherminAaliYoga Shermin A Ali (@SherminAaliYoga) reported from Merton, England

@MickeyCaskill @btsport Yep, thought the same with my Xbox but appears to be their issue

  • DartfordTown Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, England

Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

  • 8twisden Michael Way (@8twisden) reported from Camden Town, England

@SallyGimson @virginmedia @bt_uk BT not bad and v easy to contact

  • Mdepz Mayur Depala (@Mdepz) reported from Barnet, England

Oi @btsport sort out this **** service ASAP

  • DartfordTown Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, England

@kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.

@Holledge @LivingStreetsEd @bt_uk All utilities should be city owned. Otherwise this is the result. Edinburgh is riddled with examples of why the corner-cutting privatisation of utilities is and will continue to fail the population. There are so many entities in the way of better/more integrated infrastructure.

@bt_uk is there an issue with broadband/phone services in the SK6 Stockport area?

  • Clare_J_Atkins Clare Atkins (@Clare_J_Atkins) reported

@bt_uk your customer service is appalling! After months of hassle setting up last year, we are still having trouble cancelling. We were told not to worry about returning our router due to our circs and now I’m still getting emails about being charged for it.

  • peterbrownbarra Peter Brown (@peterbrownbarra) reported

@iamonabeach @LivingStreetsEd @bt_uk Haven’t a clue but when we had the big gale about 15 years ago radio transmitters for telephones television and radio collapsed, leaving only landlines. In an emergency communications are vital, and people on the mainland had more information about our situation than we had.
