Absolutely. There’s been nil interest or support from @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach for years. Now reached crisis point with with so many relying on bad WiFi to keep learning, working or to get their shopping slot. Action now please

@compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

@bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

@UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

@bt_uk @virginmedia (1/2) I had an open order with BT for full fibre that was supposed to be installed a month ago. It wasn't and I got nowhere with resolution, so order cancelled 22/10 (confirmed as cancelled) I've now placed an order with VM who are trying to port my number.

What an absolute disgraceful service my dad has had from @bt_uk - he is 81 and has moved house in September and they still have not managed to connect him to a phone line and have disconnected his old number - this is after numerous phone calls and hours on the phone to them !

@bt_uk 1) A few weeks ago I told you I was moving house, no problem. I told you the date changed, again no problem. Then you disconnected me on the original move date (18/10), two weeks prior to the amended move date.
