    @bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

    @bt_uk you’re the worst! Over 6 months to instal a line and then without warning you cancel the line as you didn’t set up the DD properly. 🤬

    @CantSwingACat @bt_uk You should try Virgin Media! Don't forget you're entitled to Ofcom compensation if the has been a total loss of service for over 24 hrs I.e If their Infrastructure is at fault #poorcustomerservice

    @bt_uk my broadband has been down for nearly 2 days with not a single update on status. When I try to check the site for my phone number, the system crashes me out. Very frustrating.

    @bt_uk Very frustrating, my landline is broken, we’ve reported it BUT we keep getting texts talking about our broadband! UNPROFESSIONAL! Listen to what we’re saying (3x now).. Broadband = FINE, Landline = BROKEN!

    @bt_uk We are a business in Bristol who has had our phones down now for 9 days!! This is apparently due to a problem at the 'exchange'. We are getting no joy (via our third-party support) from your ISDN30 and TSO support teams. This is getting beyond a joke now!

    I ******* hate @bt_uk Now @EE are in the BT Group, I was sold BT broadband again. Nothing changed, even my EE router was working. But then: I plugged in the BT router which meant reconnecting all my devices and just to really ******* off, the BT email account stopped.

    @bt_uk my elderly and infirm in-laws have been experiencing problems with their new Digital Voice service since 23 July - they are unable to receive any calls as they divert to another number! Fault raised several times but still not sorted: what more can be done v unsatisfactory

    @MarkMowbrayNE @bt_uk hi, just did a twitter search to see if it was just me. had ours put in today, full fibre 900, slower than before. did you get it sorted pls? i called bt, as the bt site wouldnt do a test as it says my router wasnt connected, it is. they couldnt help. said to call back tmorrow 🤪

    @bt_uk I am beside myself as to what to do. I have made 4 phone calls. One lasted over an hour. My problem is still not resolved. I could loose my job because you are not sorting my WiFi.

    @bt_uk I've literally just spoke to someone regarding my complaint. Said there's no way they can speed up complaint as it's with financial loss team and I have to wait for them? It's been 2/3 weeks since my loss. How long will this take?
