    @bt_uk Dear bt received a call from India from number 077776862430 claiming to be from @amazon telling me that £39.99 will be deducted from my account for prime, when I asked him to repeat the details they hang up & I've tried to ring back, number not recognised 🤔

    Flip. @BTCare is transferring me to a more expensive plan with more benefits/call time. Current plan OK except a bit pricey. If the new plan doesn’t appeal, seems I have to jump through hoops to turn it down. Are they allowed to make it my responsibility?

    @btsportufc @btsport is there any reason why fight replays don't have chromecast support on android/ios? The xbox version isn't much better - no ability to fight select and the fast fwd bar is painful! My Sundays would be so much better if fixed.

    @bt_uk Plusnet Cowboys, The only providers who r not obliged 2 provide. do not expect a connection just because they have taken yr money. They will empty yr account. 2wks No service=No compensation=No reply from CEO's=No customer service. Waiting 39 months, they wont payup. Avoid

    @bt_uk The whole thing is terrible, it's like using an email client from the 1980's, slow and clunky, poorly laid out, non intuitive. Why has it changed to this from a platform that was relatively good and bug free

    So @bt_uk wanted to send us a new wifi router even though the other worked fine. But with the new one the internet goes down EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT! Multiple times and takes ages to come back on. So annoying! 😡
