@bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

@bt_uk my elderly grandparents have been without a landline and Internet for 3 weeks now and live where there is no mobile signal. Your website says there are no issues which isn't true and it's impossible to get through to your call centres. Really disappointed in BT!!
