Spoke @btsport before lockdown to cancel. They forgot to do it, no record of my chat and expect £120 for the past 3 months. What a joke of a company! @bt_uk @BBCWatchdog

@ashley_jp_83 @TKASMrShepherd @RaynerSport At the end of the day it all boils down to TV money. Both Sky and BTSport wanted the games back as they weren’t going to pay the full amount. Women’s game would have been easier to restart.

The look on Auba’s face, and no replay offered by @btsport! Must be a bad injury. Gutted really because he has been our best player of late, quite frankly. Speedy recovery, @Bernd_Leno! 🤞🏾 #BHAARS

@bt_uk why is your internet device so inconsistent? My speed should be around 75mbs and I’m getting 20mbs. Is there a way to claim from yourselves as I’m not getting the service I pay for?
-
Jenni Seex
(@jenniseex) reported
@kpwxx @bt_uk @virginmedia Agree such a shame - customer service is so important to retaining people but Virgin make it impossible to contact them and then it’s a lottery as to whether you get someone helpful or a jobsworth. You would think a communications company would sort out good communications!

@bt_uk What people dont realize BT can manipulate the speed on a speed test even though your actual speed remains slow. My speed test increased but on the computer there was little difference, we must have FTP (fiber to property) to get good speeds.

Dannyboybegorro
(@Padraigpaddypat) reported
@Portal_Queen @bt_uk When are people getting the fibre cable right to their house, this is what is supposed to be the best solution. From the cabinet to my home is aluminum, its outdated and poor conductivity worse than copper.
