@bt_uk Utterly appalling service. We switched internet provider recently and despite being assured we’d have a broadband connection on Friday 27th November, we STILL have no internet. We’ve wasted hours on the phone trying to speak to someone about it. This is not a good start.

Just had an interesting call purporting to be from @bt_uk Open Reach to tell me they needed to fix my internet connection by running some diagnostiics from my PC. When I refused she said if I didn't comply they'd block my internet. Which seemed a little unlikely #lockdownFun
