    had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

    @bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

    @bt_uk It is placed exactly where it has always been which always worked fine.We have not built any extra walls in fact nothing has changed apart from the Strength of the Signal.

    @bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

    @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

    @bt_uk I get bad reception problems on BBC 4 and BBC News channels in the evening, both of which I use a lot. I have rebooted box, checked all my leads. Signal quality/strength is fine in mornings but in evening quality is 10% or less and pic and sound cut out.

    @bt_uk Might be so but does not fix the situation, as stated previously rural connectivity needs to be improved. What you're basically saying in this last reply is thanks for your money but we'll provide you with nothing for it.

    @bt_uk Doesn't cover family members elsewhere in country trying to contact/vice versa in what may be deemed as an emergency situation. Or schools contacting me to inform me of an incident. It's not just emergency calls to blue light services.

    The service from @bt_uk has gone right down the pan. Pay for 38mb of broadband and I'm lucky to get 2mb. Most the time it hovers around 0.5mb directly from the modem. Thought we was in the 21st century. Even reboots does nothing. #moneybackplease
