Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

@bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

@bt_uk It really is problem after problem. Cables were ruined by OpenReach pressure washing and then got replaced, connection has been crap since and is now dropping out almost every 15 minutes. Seriously what is wrong with you guys…

@bt_uk Please could you help? Lightening has struck my parent’s home and ruined the phone line and WiFi. They’ve no signal to contact you. How can we file a fault when the website is down and phone lines are shut? They have 3 holiday cottages also without WiFi now. Thank you.
