    Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

    @Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

    Pretty vexed that after two hours talking to @bt_uk we will be without internet and phone for at least another two weeks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

    Was eagerly awaiting broadband installation/engineer to arrive today. Nobody came. Nobody rang or emailed. I had to call you. Brand new customer. People waited in for you. This is shocking customer service @bt_uk when is the engineer actually coming???

    @bt_uk PLEASE actually provide some support, our BT Hub must be faulty. Randomly saying Incorrect Password on all devices and randomly disappearing from available networks. With on-premise fibre we expected a good service but it’s been been terrible. I can’t wait for the contract to end

    @bt_uk I've already stated the issue in a previous tweet, BT are trying to make us pay a £250 cancellation fee when they have consistently failed to meet the terms of that contract and are now threatening us with debt collectors.

    @bt_uk When we had our Sky broadband changed to Ultra fast few weeks ago, they fitted a BT box. The sky broadband hub is connected to the BT one, but it seems to be the BT box causing the issues. We don’t actually have an account with BT

    Just read an article that @bt_uk intends to convert customers to "Digital Voice" by 2025. Potentially one of the worst moves imaginable. Considering that broadband services are already touch and go in this country, moving landlines over to essentially use the same thing... 1/idk
