Wayne Lloyd (@wayneos) reported from Poplar, EnglandThe biggest problem at United are the Glazers and their puppet Woodward. If they cared as much about the team as they did getting the crest on tractors and mattresses things would be a lot better at @ManUtd #PLtonight @btsport
-
Rahel Bailie (@rahelab) reported from Camberwell, England@Tonysmini @bt_uk A database should be updated in minutes, not weeks. 4 weeks is ridiculously slow. Guess I just need to be patient. 😡

Steve Rowley (@MidEssexOD) reported from Islington, England@Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.
-
Grace Graham MSc (@Grace_KIS) reported from Hackney, EnglandThank you @bt_uk, you're the business. Shaun, one of your agents took the time to help me to get one over on scammers/hackers who tried to get my information and internet details. Just simply turn off your WPS configuration and they can't get in! #CyberSecurity #onlinesafety

Daniel Hirschmann (@danielhirschman) reported from Hackney, EnglandWow, @bt_uk your customer service and internal systems are utterly disappointing. First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!
-
Ray Rajani (@ManUtd_BITW) reported from City of London, England@truesricosta @Ossyref @StephMcMahon @WWEUniverse @btsport @btsportwwe @WWE @WWENetwork Sorry i misread this all - i thought the question said live on tv (misread the wwe network bit) and I agree with the last tweet. If anything i wish raw and sd could be on the wwe network quicker (but again tv license issues prevent this)
-
James Mariner (@MarinerIndy) reported from Camberwell, EnglandJust had the misfortune to catch a few minutes of 'The Football's On' on @btsport . Never again. Like giving weekly airtime to your mate in the pub who think he knows his football, but just doesn't get it. Reactive dross.
-

jim lee (@jimbo888) reported from East Ham, England@bt_uk please can you do something about the sheer amount of spam callers we’re getting. 3-4 a day to my mother who has dementia. Already called 150 and they can’t/won’t help
-
jim lee (@jimbo888) reported from East Ham, England@bt_uk I already block them but unfortunately they’re never ending. Surely these numbers can be traced and the relevant authorities can get them shut down as they’re trying to defraud people, Also they’re claiming to be the person’s internet service provider
-
FirstClassLounge (@1stclasslounge) reported from Stratford, EnglandSo annoyed @bt_uk unprofessional and rude customer services and the scam you are running with the gift cards incentives for purchase of your packages. Gift cards never arrive and you do not want to deal with it even after official complaints are made. The worst customer service!

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported@bt_uk With respect, I wasn't suggesting you look at my account, but simply asking if this problem of BT customers unable to access their account & there appear to be, have BT HQ put out an internal notice to the social media team? It looks like the 'guides' are aware but you aren't
-

-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, it’s dangerous and a disgrace and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
-
Schmemm25 (@EmmaHarveyy25) reported@bt_uk BT says no issue on the network yet our mobiles cannot access our home broadband. So frustrating. So much for hi-speed fibre. Time to move supplier
-
Andrew Potts (@ah_potts) reported@bt_uk @cakey12 Broadband gone down, try logging into the app, do the 2 step verification, then select manage my account and it tries to load then goes back to the login screen. (s there a general issue?
