    It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

    @bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

    @bt_uk Everyday since Friday #Broadband has gone down around this time. In and off all day and then again late afternoon. #troubleshooter every day but still happens. Weather related???

    @bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

    @BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

    @bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

    @bt_uk you really are incompetent. What started out as a simple move (number and services) is still unresolved 10 weeks later, and my mum still has no landline. Literally nothing from you in the last 2 weeks (email stated the line was live) it’s not, are you planning on a fix?

    @bt_uk I've never experienced such disgraceful customer service in my life. We've been passed round for 4 weeks now by numerous customer advisors, promised a phonecall back from a manager by 8pm today.... and NOTHING.

    @bt_uk I just wanted to say how appalled I was by your ‘company decision’ over a complaint today. I also found it baffling how the original person I spoke too also then handled the complaint, This isn’t very impartial? A company like yourselves should be aware of TCF.

    @BTCare you are pathetic. You automatically renewed BT sport on a contract without checking. Try to cancel it as the accout belongs to a 90 year old with dementia, and you want the contract paying up. @skytv were brilliant when we had to cancel.

    @BritishTelcom @bt_uk The reply I've received via that DM is basically "The standard lead time to repair any fault is 2 working days" It's strange BT can't see how appalling this is - 50yrs a customer, 95yrs old, no family and her phone is 'literally' her life-line! @BBCLookEast one for you maybe?

    Trying to contact @bt_uk via phone because my Internet has just completely dropped... I was told to hang up and wait for a text so they can figure out what's wrong. I go to reply to the text and I get told I WILL BE CHARGED LOL. @bt_uk wtffff man. I want out of this contract 😭

    @bt_uk Fact remains, our customer service is way below that of @skytv in matters like this. They were so helpful, where @Bt_uk were just so unhelpful, and unsympathetic to the situation
