  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, England

I remember when @bt_uk had the customer service mantra of Right first time. Seem a long time ago from recent experience.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Actually you can, you just won't because of company policy. Any ISP that actually gives a shit about being an ISP would've sorted everything out in at most 3 business days. Yours sincerely, "Jonah"

  • dangregorybfc Dan Gregory (@dangregorybfc) reported from Bromley, England

@bromleyfc @HarrogateTown @btsport Same old @btsportfootball never showing consideration towards the away fans. all televised league games have been away. absolute shambles once again. **** BT sports

  • Bernie82_ Steve Bernard (@Bernie82_) reported from Wandsworth, England

Do we really have to see this @btsport ad every 60 seconds. Bad enough to watch it once #BBL09

  • RotarianZena Rotarian Zena (@RotarianZena) reported from Halstead, England

Anyone had experience of intermittent fault on a BT line and an interference engineer @bt_uk y complaint is escalating as my patience runs out

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, England

@bt_uk Changed TV deal now getting emails about returning the equipment. Customer service no idea why. ‘Wait until the new deal kicks in and they’ll probably stop’

  • miltipello Joshua Milton (@miltipello) reported from Camden Town, England

Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

  • Djbarryc Barry c (@Djbarryc) reported from Bromley, England

@BTSportBoxing where’s the after coverage and all the celebrations poor coverage by @btsport

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Camden Town, England

@bt_uk I’d like to cancel BT sport but the web or app won’t allow it saying you much call.

@btbusinesscare hey guys. I need some help

  • ejp72 Liz (@ejp72) reported from Walthamstow, England

@btbusinesscare having intermittent issues with our broadband. Trying to do the online check and it’s taking forever. We had this yesterday as well.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

  • ticolespaul tico tico no fubá (@ticolespaul) reported from Hammersmith, England

@bt_uk hey, I need help please

  • MPRidsdale Matt Ridsdale (@MPRidsdale) reported from Islington, England

@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

  • TDMaurice Tom Maurice (@TDMaurice) reported from Wandsworth, England

Agree with everything said on #FACupTonight about @WestHam on @btsport The club is a mess from the top down. No plan. No hope #boardout

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, England

20 minutes in a queue for @bt_uk but as the clock strikes 9 they cut you off. Quality customer service........

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

  • Morris2906 Morris Hickey # FREE AT LAST # (@Morris2906) reported from Chigwell, England

Therein lies the clue. If he was from BT then he'd know whether you have internet. If you get such a call give no information and just hang up. @bt_uk @metpoliceuk

  • bondmedia Bond Media™ (@bondmedia) reported from Enfield Lock, England

    @clairyfairy86 @virginmedia @btsport Same issue here!!

@bt_uk has your internet gone down?

  • Justbor16810151 Justbored (@Justbor16810151) reported

@timpav7 @btsport Dont think they’re too bad to be fair. At least it isnt keown or carney.

  • GameliaTyburn Gamelia Tyburn (@GameliaTyburn) reported

@bt_uk Legally the contract is with you to provide the service.

  • kellyb10 kellyb10 (@kellyb10) reported

@jjenas8 Please don't refer to those that cause trouble and/or fight at football matches as fans, as they aren't. They're just morons. Yes I understand you can't say morons on air but surely there's something better then wrongly calling them fans @btsport

  • ShannenPaynter Shannen Paynter (@ShannenPaynter) reported

Why are @bt_uk so damn useless? Cancelled by sport and you’re still charging me? Can’t even get through to your support team 🙄

  • julie_jewess julie jewess (@julie_jewess) reported

@bt_uk disgusting. Why are you going to charge my parents (who are in their 80's) hundreds of £'s to cancel their landline, just because they are moving. #shocking #greed

  • Maryvallely1 Maryvallely (@Maryvallely1) reported

@bt_uk Is the internet down in Belfast? I wish you'd give updates if there is outages

  • snowlingc Caroline (@snowlingc) reported

@bt_uk If you put a link in an email to a specific customer it should not tell me that same number isn’t valid

  • cbclark71 chris clark (@cbclark71) reported

@btsport we have a subscription as part of the broadband package on the sky box works fine by the app and web site just says we don't have BT sport's but in the past we could watch it with no issues
