@bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

The biggest problem with the #hybrid option from @bt_uk is Im not sure the @EE network is that great here, that is a worry on a 24 month contract. Coverage check on EE website gives a vague idea of of expected coverage. Basically it might be OK, might not.

I have no BT broadband and their helpline is not manned at this time. How can a 24 hour service provider not provide manned support 24 hours a day. @bt_uk so so shockingly poor. Needless to say your automated service didn’t resolve it.
