    @bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

    @bt_uk automating the customer care doesn’t help. There needs to be the right initiative and the right people to take care of customers. Disappointing and deplorable!!!!!

    @bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

    I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

    @bt_uk fault diagnosed saying "expected fix by 1.45" .. supposed to be working at home but can't do anything. No sign of any engineers anywhere. Can you update . Tw12 2 postcode

    Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

    @bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

    @bt_uk You definitely need to sort out you customer service. It’s been a shame. Keeping saying you’re extremely busy at moment.If you’re busy get more people to answer the calls.I’m really sure I won’t get that on sales team. Philip Jensen do something

    @bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

    It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

    @bt_uk It’s a shame that BT do not show the same concern about vulnerable disabled people in the U.K. that they’ve left without a landline and broadband for 7+ days and repeatedly fobbing them off with a moving fix date! VERY POOR SHOW!

    @bt_uk Their customer service is absolutely shocking, long pauses where you have to ask “is there anyone there?” The simple fact is they simply are not interested even though the issue started when they started messing with the phone contracts.

    @bt_uk thanks for leaving a vulnerable disabled household in a rural area with poor mobile signal without a landline to call for help in an emergency and not keeping them informed on what is happening. Fault was reported on 16th and landline and broadband totally lost on 25th😡😡
