-
Joe (@joemjeffrey) reported from London, England.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.
-
Michael Kirkham (@MikeKirkham) reported from London, England@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.
-
Nick Atkin (@NicoSCMP) reported from London, EnglandHave tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

Antonia (@Flaminhaystack) reported from London, England@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them
-
Lochlann (@Lochlanndg) reported from London, England@SkySports really haven’t got the hang of the recap option like @btsport have - when I click on the red card incident I want to see what happened, not just the referee waving the card…
-
Ororo Munroe (@justcryhavoc) reported from London, England@btsport Could you kindly inform me of how to cancel your service which we have via sky? I telephoned this morning and was rudely told that I would have to call Sky. Your website indicates otherwise.

MISS OLUBUNMI (@adekoya_k) reported from London, England@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?
-
KX (@kiekyobadeo) reported from London, EnglandIF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! -
Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported@bt_uk @stokeygurl it’s a massive issue they’ve caused know all about - i can’t see bills or sort my wifi out or even renew a contract - so i’m leaving as they have been rude and unhelpful
-
SeanMynyddLlangynidr 🏴 🇮🇪 🇵🇸 (@SeanLlangynidr) reported@bt_uk I must have spoken to at least a dozen guides over six weeks, spent well over 20 hours of my time listening to lie after lie after lie, and crap muzak. Being told that I have informed BT that problem has been fixed three times is sickening. I've got absolutely nowhere. I'm done.
-
Greg Ruthen (@GregRuthen) reported@bt_uk @KerZE87 No one is following up our complaints 2 put of 12 recorded. Something is seriously wrong when technical support is trying to sell to you smells of desperation.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
-
Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported@Nigelh7n @bt_uk it’s affecting be so many people and they can’t fix it - we all need to push for compensation
-
Chris McGregor (@CmucG) reported@bt_uk is this one of your numbers 01438382072. Since deciding to cancel my services with you today this number has called me 5 times. It is harassment. You had your chance to keep me when I called to say I had a better offer elsewhere. Your offer was rubbish and refused.
