Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parentsโ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they havenโt turned up or said anything. shite ๐

I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!
