@bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies
