Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

Yes, my settings are fine.

It could start any time up to 23:59. Your Digital Voice service will then start up to 30 minutes after that. We'll let you know when they're ready.

Keep trying to call the BT helpline - had to wait on hold for over an hour and eventually gave up!! What is going on?! Shocking customer service BT!
