    @bt_uk You definitely need to sort out you customer service. It’s been a shame. Keeping saying you’re extremely busy at moment.If you’re busy get more people to answer the calls.I’m really sure I won’t get that on sales team. Philip Jensen do something

    @btsport Could you kindly inform me of how to cancel your service which we have via sky? I telephoned this morning and was rudely told that I would have to call Sky. Your website indicates otherwise.

    @bt_uk automating the customer care doesn’t help. There needs to be the right initiative and the right people to take care of customers. Disappointing and deplorable!!!!!

    It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

    @bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

    @bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

    I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

    @bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

    @bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

    Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

    @wilxywoo @EE @btsport Snap and they said on live chat no one has complained about it. Also that I’ve never had BT on my account. So they offered me 3 months 3 but got to register for it. I’m waiting to see if my app works again first

    @bt_uk finally got fibre for broadband in my area after 14 years of really crap connection. Went to upgrade to find out I pay £20 more for my loyalty than new customer.

    @PrimeVideo So, tried a film - Serious Man, no trouble playing at all. No buffering. Liverpool game - no picture. What a pity this wasn’t on BTSport - watched yesterday - no issues. Amazon Video Football - just NOT WORKING!! STILL NO PICTURE, KEEPS DROPPING OUT. Radio 5Live 👍

    @npage88 @primevideosport @btsport But even the HD on sky is ten times better than this. When the stream is working the picture is still awful, it’s so grainy. Sky isn’t cheap but it’s worth the money, or Atleast it would be if they had all the games.

    I pay a total amount of £58 a month for live football to @btsport and @NOWTV. Never had issues streaming using these services. Ironically, as an Amazon Prime customer I have bonus of them broadcasting a game not covered. Disappointing @primevideosport
