Agree with everything said on #FACupTonight about @WestHam on @btsport The club is a mess from the top down. No plan. No hope #boardout

  • martinTayx Martín Pane 🐦 (@martinTayx) reported from Camden Town, England

@Strippin @btbusinesscare @WeAreOpenreach Internet I'm the UK is shockingly awful. It took Virgin Media 6 months to install a cable to my house after repeatedly stating it would only take 1-2 months. 🙈

  • memyself_n_boo Ria Hall (@memyself_n_boo) reported from Enfield Lock, England

Absolutely disgusting treatment from @BTCare engineer lied, 2 apts missed. Now received an email saying I will be charged from 22/1 when we have no internet or phone until 29th on hold over an hour for the phone to be just put down. Reconsidering my choice to become #BT customer

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, England

20 minutes in a queue for @bt_uk but as the clock strikes 9 they cut you off. Quality customer service........

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, England

I remember when @bt_uk had the customer service mantra of Right first time. Seem a long time ago from recent experience.

  • dangregorybfc Dan Gregory (@dangregorybfc) reported from Bromley, England

@bromleyfc @HarrogateTown @btsport Same old @btsportfootball never showing consideration towards the away fans. all televised league games have been away. absolute shambles once again. **** BT sports

  • bhutch41 Brian Hutchinson (@bhutch41) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk Twice today I’ve called 0800 800 150 & spoken to 2 helpful operators about my BT minihub signal dropping out; I’ve moved house & won’t get proper BT Wi-fi until 23/1/20. Halfway through both calls I’ve been cut off! Help!!!!@bt_uk still dropped out! Help!!!

  • Bernie82_ Steve Bernard (@Bernie82_) reported from Wandsworth, England

Do we really have to see this @btsport ad every 60 seconds. Bad enough to watch it once #BBL09

  • ejp72 Liz (@ejp72) reported from Walthamstow, England

@btbusinesscare having intermittent issues with our broadband. Trying to do the online check and it’s taking forever. We had this yesterday as well.

  • CFCJae_ J (@CFCJae_) reported from Bromley, England

Was getting charged extra for 3 months and now they’ve changed my login and I can’t get onto it until you email me @btsport

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, England

@bt_uk Changed TV deal now getting emails about returning the equipment. Customer service no idea why. ‘Wait until the new deal kicks in and they’ll probably stop’

  • miltipello Joshua Milton (@miltipello) reported from Camden Town, England

Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

  • MPRidsdale Matt Ridsdale (@MPRidsdale) reported from Islington, England

@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Actually you can, you just won't because of company policy. Any ISP that actually gives a shit about being an ISP would've sorted everything out in at most 3 business days. Yours sincerely, "Jonah"

  • Morris2906 Morris Hickey # FREE AT LAST # (@Morris2906) reported from Chigwell, England

Therein lies the clue. If he was from BT then he'd know whether you have internet. If you get such a call give no information and just hang up. @bt_uk @metpoliceuk

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Trying to with your incredibly bad website offering as far as I can see no information on this exact issue and no phone number to deal with it. I am currently restricted to 4g on my phone because of this. Unable to just pay and keep using my connection by the looks of it

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Camden Town, England

@bt_uk I’d like to cancel BT sport but the web or app won’t allow it saying you much call.

  • rajeevdatta Rajeev Datta (@rajeevdatta) reported from Brentford, England

Can’t make the game this evening so just rang @btsport to upgrade. £28.00 per month plus £35.00 connection fee. **** that - Twitter it is then tonight!

  • RRYYAANN86V2 Ryan (@RRYYAANN86V2) reported

@bt_uk after the 5th time of phoning being on the phone for over an hour each call and being assured that the problem was sorted every time, will everything actually be sorted! Any chance of crediting a few life hours back on next bill please? #AboutAsMuchUseAsAHandbrakeOnACanoe

  • RichardHeaton8 RGH (@RichardHeaton8) reported

@bt_uk how do I make a complaint without being fobbed off and lied to by every single operator I speak to ?

  • jprag JP (@jprag) reported

@bt_uk I’m still confused by it. Is it/ are you saying that a download speed of 0Mbps is acceptable? That is a broadband that not working?
