@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

I went for a job interview for sky they try all sorts to keep the customer then put prices up once they have signed back up for another term pure greed it’s all about getting that little extra money out of customers and false promises
