Honestly @bt_uk I don't know how you can call yourself a communication company. Yet again very little is happening, and we only had an engineer here in the house a week last Monday. The phone is still crackling and the broadband is still reliable in its slow shiteness. #r4today

@btsport the best league in the world we’ve sacrificed any control we had. The ESL is an awful concept, however, corrupt institutions (UEFA and FIFA) are just as much, if not more, culpable for creating a landscape that allowed the ESL to be conceived #PLTonight

@foggy1974 That’s the problem, too many vested interests within the game. Btsport and Skysports were shitting themselves they were going to lose out on the ESL, so they bang on about greed etc. Huge irony

Hey, @bt_uk - care to explain why not one but THREE engineer appointments have been missed or cancelled now? Because an account credit isn't going to make up for 5 days without Internet access and bleeding my mobile dry just to sit on hold with your help line.

Come on @virginmedia help me out here. It’s 5am so demand is low. I am on the min 100mb download package and I have 15mb. I joined 4 weeks ago and the service is so bad. Keeps dropping out low speeds etc. Can’t get hold of anyone to sort it out. Should never of left @bt_uk

Now is a perfect time for @SkySports, @btsport etc to put their money where their mouth is, if they really “care about the fans” then they’ll do the right thing and put the subscription price down to an affordable monthly amount for everyone. Over £50 a month for both is too much
