@bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

@bt_uk Sadly i cant txt from my phone due to having a virgin sim. I've contacted someone to see what the problem was and it appeared as if theres a problem in my area. But when i entered my landline number to check it gives tells me that no known problems.
