@nattynats1 @bt_uk Yes that’s what I’ve had… If they know the fault will be fixed by 2 Feb, why can’t they fix it now?

  • alanburkittgray Alan Burkitt-Gray (@alanburkittgray) reported from London, England

@bt_uk @ninabake2 No, BT, it's you who's having the problems with Nina's account. Stop passing the blame on to her

  • EpsomMental Allen_lovemymind (@EpsomMental) reported from Croydon, England

I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

  • Trizz_7 TQ (@Trizz_7) reported from Hackney, England

@btsport fix your ******* app, always telling me I’m not in the UK when I clearly am

  • whitedan2001 Dan White (@whitedan2001) reported from London, England

Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

  • Mutsa8 Mutsa Magadah 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇿🇼🇧🇷 (@Mutsa8) reported from Camden Town, England

@StoolFootball @btsport @btsportfootball thinking anybody gives a flying **** what Peter Walton thinks

  • albsar1970 Al Sarpong (@albsar1970) reported from Kensington, England

Newcastle’s forward players are good honest workers but you cannot help thinking that if they had a top class striker on the end of their good moves, it might have been a different outcome at Etihad last weekend. Man City would have been relieved to get those 3 points. #btsport

  • BrixtonBobbyBob Christiana 🕷Activist Lawyer (@BrixtonBobbyBob) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk @holland_tom I’ve been given the same text … I spoke to a BT customer person who said it would be back on at 16:00. It’s not back on..

  • EpsomMental Allen_lovemymind (@EpsomMental) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England

@bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

  • BrixtonBobbyBob Christiana 🕷Activist Lawyer (@BrixtonBobbyBob) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk So what am I supposed to do in the meantime? I’ve got a whole weekend of work planned, I pay for the top service & this is rubbish .. my office is closed… nothing is working, not the telephone or broadband … nothing

  • BrixtonBobbyBob Christiana 🕷Activist Lawyer (@BrixtonBobbyBob) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk any news on when the Brixton BT outage is going to be dealt with?

  • susan_pym Susan Pym (@susan_pym) reported from Brentford, England

To @bt_uk - I received a ‘Final Warning’ today. How many times do you need to be told that YOU haven’t sent the bag? “Hello, BT here. A final reminder to return your kit to avoid a charge. It's owned by BT and was loaned as part of your service to us.” @BTCare

  • puntofisso Giuseppe Sollazzo (@puntofisso) reported from Tottenham, England

@bt_uk Done, let me know what the next steps are. We have no alternative connection as we live in an area with weak mobile signal and can't work with it.

  • EpsomMental Allen_lovemymind (@EpsomMental) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England

@emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services. Hey, ho, you live and learn don't know if I have it in me to challenge their derisory and laughable offer of £0.39 per day.

  • kylepont KP 🇺🇸 (@kylepont) reported from Ilford, England

Hi @BT_uk I’d just like you to know your customer care staff are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Set up broadband over the phone, gave direct debit setup information, they didn’t set up the direct debit and I got cut off a month later. Called you, fixed it, got told direct debit

  • RadarRadar Alan R Adair (@RadarRadar) reported from Hounslow, England

@btsport I am tired of signing in every time I switch on my TV. Every time. Just once I’d like to sit down, point my remote and watch the sport instead of QR codes, passwords, IDs and six digit numbers in associated devices.

  • IngridMarsh_ Ingrid Marsh (@IngridMarsh_) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk I've been on the phone with your consultant for nearly an hour trying to submit a complaint. I've stressed on no less than ten occasions that I wish to do so. He has tried to sell me other packages and have put me on hold FOUR times. Still no luck! Please urgently advise.

  • skyebnic Skye Nicolson (@skyebnic) reported from Addington, England

Kicked off right before the fight starts?? You gotta be kidding me @btsport 🥲 worst 20 quid I’ve ever spent 🙈

  • BrixtonBobbyBob Christiana 🕷Activist Lawyer (@BrixtonBobbyBob) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk I understand it’s in the whole area so that’s not much use is it? A fault of a few hours is one thing… this will be 10 days of outage in central London.

  • Running_badger PaulM💙 (@Running_badger) reported

This commentary from (I think) Peter Brackley is so tiring, adding a accented flourish to the foreign players names- but only when he remembers and never consistently. So affected. So shite. #BURMCI #btsport

  • ball10ball John Ball (@ball10ball) reported

@SkyHelpTeam how do I get someone to help me on a username/password issue on BTSport app. @btsport cannot help as I subscribe through Sky.

  • wrichie1 wolfie (@wrichie1) reported

@btsport can you please get rid of the **** fake crowd noise or at least give us a f*****g choice FFS!!!! #f*****g w*****s

  • Green_Dog74 Matt Green (@Green_Dog74) reported

@btsport who ******** is Lucy Ward??? Have you hired her because she’s expert at not playing in front of a crowd??? Fuming - mute button is going to take some use tonight

  • areteedee2 Rhiannon Taylor Esq. 3.5% #Resist (@areteedee2) reported

@bt_uk Unfortunately this doesn't help when the customer care people refuse to help and get rather rude and abrasive after you cut an elderly woman off in the middle of a pandemic.

  • cookyh Queen Cooky 🗝 (@cookyh) reported from Leigh, England

My 88yo Dad is home alone, his landline has been down for over a week and we have no way of contacting him. My bro @MartinHowitt has rung @bt_uk every day and despite their promises, still nothing. Dad is recently out of hospital and we are worried. @bt_uk WHAT'S GOING ON?

  • DDanbod Danbod (@DDanbod) reported

@BritishGasHelp After being contacted by the home care ‘supervisor’ who was equally rude! I would suggest spending the time training your staff .Before contacting yourselves I had been talking to @bt_uk who’s customer was excellent! Sorry @BritishGas you have lost a customer #badcustomerservice

  • ProsserBell Michael Prosser-Bell (@ProsserBell) reported

@bt_uk so I'm 69 days without service and no further forward at all, everyone that I've spoken to said yeah we will get back in touch never do, so far two complaints raised regarding this and no call backs again the saga continues #fedup

  • emmarandall emma randall (@emmarandall) reported

@bt_uk ‘We connect for good. We’re here to help’ Unless you accidentally disconnect someone’s service, take 6 days to work that out and then think it’s ok to just say sorry and expect them to wait another 11 days to be reconnected. I think you need a new tag line.

  • SimonNeil17 Simon Neil (@SimonNeil17) reported

    Who is the commentator on @btsport alongside @RobbieSavage8 ? He’s terrible. #mancity #BurnleyFC #change
