  • livefr33diehard C.N. (@livefr33diehard) reported from Bromley, England

@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

  • Jmaguire2 Joe Maguire (@Jmaguire2) reported from Hackney, England

@btsport commentary has to be the worst thing, they're just talking rubbish. 'not a bad game this' is the least useful comment you could come up with

  • wobblyclark Ivan Clark (@wobblyclark) reported from Islington, England

@bt_uk BT offer expensive broadband, a poor service, & appalling customer support. I tried you guys 4 years back, junked after 2 years. I would never sign-up again. Now you force your ads into my Twitter feed, get a decent media buyer to exclude my device from future campaigns, thanks

  • MarkPaton84 Paton (@MarkPaton84) reported from Lambeth, England

For gods sake @bt_uk not only has my extortionate bt broadband been down for most of the day but I’ve now been on hold for almost 40 minutes for the 3rd call I’ve made today. Shite.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Alouema2 Emma (@Alouema2) reported

@bt_uk It's OK Paula, I parted ways with BT years ago due to the ridiculously bad customer service, passed around different countries on hold from what I remember. UK only call centres with well trained staff who can speak & understand English to a good standard would be a start.

  • clarechalmers5 Clare Chalmers 💜🤍💚 (@clarechalmers5) reported

@PrivacyMatters @bt_uk Best thing to do - Never ever fill in surveys.

  • palmer_call CT Call (@palmer_call) reported

'We Connect for Good. We're here to help' No they don't. A #dementia customer has called abt a fault but told to text @bt_uk. They can't text so where does that leave them? A phone comp that won't talk over the phone.@age_uk shd pull up companies who profit off ppl they shd help

  • jkangqiao Joe // 康乔 (@jkangqiao) reported

@bt_uk Maybe the ‘fuzzy search’ should be disabled on 2 letter searches? A boolean search might work better in this case? Thanks again for your help with this. (2/2)

  • Gingeronstun Eddy (@Gingeronstun) reported

@bt_uk So can you offer a better solution for getting my devices to talk to each other across 2.4 and 5GHz, other than turning one off and having an overloaded single channel? I moved to you from Virgin because they were unreliable, but this is hardly hassle free.

  • rickytick69 Richard Taylor (@rickytick69) reported

@bt_uk No need to wait in fact, some devices show full signal but nothing downloading

  • JBagwah Sam Smith (@JBagwah) reported

@bt_uk No... Because its working fine now. But when there is a problem with it, you put the error message as above to get out of the guarantee. Of course if I run your test now it's fine. Complete con.

  • stefanisg George Stefanis (@stefanisg) reported

Funny thing. The website experience for getting a @bt_uk broadband is so bad and i find impossible to find a way to contact their sales department. Looks like a @virginmedia customer acquisition scheme.

  • DaveEdwards97 Dave Edwards (@DaveEdwards97) reported

@bt_uk No known issues. Very frustrating as I’m trying to work from home at this moment!

  • Gingeronstun Eddy (@Gingeronstun) reported

@bt_uk I know, that's the whole problem. Because some devices can't communicate across channels, I have to force them onto a single channel. The only way to do that on the SH2 is to turn one off, which then overloads that channel.
