    @BTCare Hi, please can I ask why your colleagues at BT Openreach are CONTINUALLY telephoning my Grandmother about selling her internet broadband?? She’s 94 and doesn’t need the internet. When I explained this AGAIN on the phone earlier, you hung up on me. Unbelievably rude.

    @BTCare We are existing customers and it’s the home moving service. We where told that the systems had cancelled our installation appointment. When calling to find out why and when our BT will be installed none of the agents were able to answer. My partner has spent hours on the phone.

    @BTCare Have tried with Ethernet. Still slow. Trying to download programme which is normally instant but even with Ethernet cable is still buffering and not downloading at all.

    @BTCare No, it was only yesterday that my other half took a day off work for nothing. We're not sure it's worth chasing up anymore. We even received a bill for a month when we had no service! It's taken 5 months to get nowhere. @indyflower has names/dates etc if you want more info.

    @bt_uk @btcare Utterly woeful service, poor communication (ironically) and trouble distinguishing elbow and buttock. However long you think it should take to sort a simple issue, it's far far longer. If ever. Terrible.
