    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

    @bt_uk Really sad to see that @DPDgroup_news drivers are not dementia friendly. Quite curt/rude when phoned me to say he couldn't find address(he was next door) Did not allow time for Mum to get her id to receive her new easy to use phone.Just left. #dementia

    @kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.

    @bt_uk Just got my new Smart Hub 2. The instructions are saying to connect the red Ethernet cable to the modem but you’ve not given me a new modem. The one I already have from BT is an ADSL modem that I can’t fit the red Ethernet cable into. HELP

    @MRTTheDuck @bt_uk I don't believe they have everytime i have them out they always claim theirs no issues then i show them the Logs of the Modem and they go "Well nothing we can do" Looks like i may of just had ****/Lazy engineers.

    @bt_uk it’s 2021, we’ve been in a pandemic for nearly 18 months forcing people to work from hone relying on their wifi…our home wifi crashed yesterday at 3pm and requires eng support to resolve but earliest is 5 Jul to fix - do you think that’s acceptable?! #delay #waiting

    @bt_uk With BT never been able to watch TV catch up on my TV, as soon I changed to Sky I could! Same exact copper cables. How do you explain that🤔? And Sky more affordable. Better customer service, must add.
