Jon (@R0LLSY) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England@bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? jack250213 (@e4290936) reported@bt_uk After some investigation I posit this as a reason for constant delays in my broadband applications. 'If your automated systems are secretly scanning my IP address without my consent and blocking my service because I use a secure dedicated IP, that is a fault in YOUR system, not mine. I provided my real, verifiable details. Ask me—don't secretly track me'
-
Gracie-Lou (@gracie_smart) reported@bt_uk When is #MYBT going to be working again please? It has been down for days!
-
Ethan Keating (@TheParagram) reportedSo the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
-
Emma (@em_doapsi) reportedWhoever owns the local mast… @bt_uk needs to fix it because it is now constantly cutting out. I use my mobile phone as a landline too so it’s inconvenient. I have been with two networks and same issue so it’s deffo local mast.

-
Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported@TerryPDunn @bt_uk I'm also angry & frustrated that for weeks @BT 'guides' have taken my calls for help and either said they have passed the problem to technical team or latest contact was escalated to complaint & complaint closed within minutes of it being taken.
-
Faye Carter (@FayeLcarter) reported@bt_uk I've since been booted off the chat, had a text to say a complaint has been raised but no details of what or how, then had another text to say if I don't reply then the complaint will be closed. How do you reply? Every link sends you back to where you started with the messaging
