  @bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

This is the exact reason I no longer have a bb contract. Had issues with 2 many providers. Now use pp SIM in 5g router
