A lot of our performances were below par and our games were becoming frustrating to watch. I think the decline started early 2018, and we were very fortunate to get to the final.

Called Falkirk yday spoke to Liam, I can resolve your issue AND send you a new sim card, I'll call you tomorrow... no call, no sim card in post today

Yasmin (@yasminnlloyd) reported@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp to resolve this issue and having been trying since the beginning of August. Our orders keep getting cancelled and then reordered. A call daily from the member of the team is no longer good enough, this needs sorting.
