@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

@bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

. @bt_uk yet again BT Sport doesn’t work - what are we paying for? It tells us there is a problem with our (their) broadband - BT Speedtest tells us we’re getting over 50 Mb from router & elsewhere is min 30mb on Wifi via BT discs- why do BT keep doing this but never fixing it??

@bt_uk Open Reach advise they can send an engineer to secure / remove the cable but apparently not to actually connect it. They are now saying they will remove it and may have to replace it a later date to fix the issue ? Please note I've had my garden dug up once this month.

@bt_uk @bt_uk so my new bill has arrived and the mini connectors I was sent as everything hadn’t been set up properly, I wasn’t told there was a cost and I’ve been charged twice!! You credited me £50 because of the complaint but now made £50 additional costs as well. Really?
