Have not been able to use my service since the 8th and you keep giving me the run around. An engineer was due to attend today but has not I dont have the time to keep chasing u and taking time off work 2 be home 4 no reason!!

I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

Restarted my router and now have solid orange light. Status page says you are working on the network. Was this planned maintenance? I live in SW16
