@bt_uk Your Eiva agent is painfully slow! I am forced to call you. I will call you tomorrow. My Mrs now has to wear a filling in her tooth that she has to replace regularly. She can never bite an apple again.

Just had the misfortune to catch a few minutes of 'The Football's On' on @btsport . Never again. Like giving weekly airtime to your mate in the pub who think he knows his football, but just doesn't get it. Reactive dross.

@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

@bt_uk That's it? Due to BT's ERROR we are without broadband for a month in a poor reception area. If you turn the signal off why can't you turn it on again? Why do you just say "computer says no". Why would I ever trust BT again when they refuse to sort their own mistakes?
-
Peter B
(@barlers1) reported
@bt_uk Yes Aaron. We moved the date one month. Confirmed new date for new house. Signal here turned off today one month early. Nothing BT can do to rectify their mistake apparently which is disgraceful.

@BTCare i have fibre plumbed directly into my house. Is there such a package where I don’t have to pay for a landline that I never use? Out of contract now so I’m looking around and don’t see need to pay for landline service that is never used.

@bt_uk OK, then point me to the bit where it explains the difference between basic and premium. The bit where it says I may as well send a text because I won’t be able to include gifs or videos. As per your customer service advisor. Or maybe they were trying to get me to pay the £10.
