Craig Allen. (@craigallen_25) reported@bt_uk Finally received a call, failed to fix fault and told it was the router so sent new router. This didn’t work so contacted BT again and as I said it was not the router. So an engineer has to come but first avail appt not until 15th! Not good.

Previous years I could watch postseason even with MLB's deal with BTSport who shows baseball in the UK. They didn't blackout the main season.

Its the tools your company provides to its staff and how it treats them. Affects customers like this. It's really bad 😬
