I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

Sorry, but we’re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?
