  • dickster0103 Richard Easton (@dickster0103) reported from Camberwell, England

@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

  • Djbarryc Barry c (@Djbarryc) reported from Bromley, England

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

  • machacro Matthew Crockett (@machacro) reported from Whyteleafe, England

@bt_uk @btsport Nothing. And BT player is adverting wrestling. Just had my account increased by 30 quid a month too, would like to cancel

  • miltipello Joshua Milton (@miltipello) reported from Camden Town, England

Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Actually you can, you just won't because of company policy. Any ISP that actually gives a shit about being an ISP would've sorted everything out in at most 3 business days. Yours sincerely, "Jonah"

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

  • RyanSkeggsUK Ryan Skeggs (@RyanSkeggsUK) reported from Tottenham, England

Listening to @jjenas8 on @btsport is sickening. Such a pony commentator with terrible opinions on the game.

  • NEMUSA1 Jason Azz @robandjas (@NEMUSA1) reported from Camberwell, England

@bt_uk the connection is so poor is driving me mental

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

  • machacro Matthew Crockett (@machacro) reported from Whyteleafe, England

******* sideways @bt_uk @btsport are actually awful can't get the boxing on the TV can't get the boxing on BT player can't wait to **** em off and go back to Sky

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Broken_Politiks Daisy Ecksmakina 🇫🇷 🇮🇪 🇪🇺 (@Broken_Politiks) reported

@bt_uk I have waited 8 hours to be able to use the chat to talk to a customer services rep and it's not working and I have no way of contacting you by phone as my contract here doesn't allow international calls. Do you have an email address I contact you by?

  • blahblahbahl Emma Bahl (@blahblahbahl) reported

@bt_uk @BTCare I’ve just spent 27 minutes on the phone to one of your staff who has no idea what to say. We are being forced to take on an inferior service. It’s not just about being able to dial 999 (which she assured me I will be able to do even if there is a power cut??) but doctors… family

  • josephdscales Dr Joseph Scales (@josephdscales) reported

Nice to know that @bt_uk cannot offer any technical support whatsoever for hotspot users who are not also BT customers. Avoid the service if you need to access the internet without continuous faults and no recourse for customer support or even complaints

  • Beckssim Becky Simpson (@Beckssim) reported

@bt_uk I'm not talking about getting a second order...I'm talking about speaking to someone about what availability of service there is if I should cancel my first order rather than cancelling the first order and finding there is nothing

  • rog_w Rog (@rog_w) reported

My btconnect email gets hacked yesterday. So far spent 50 minutes holding and talking to people who can’t help @BT first I’m told it’s a business email, but business department can’t find it. Just been given yet another number. Why’s it so tricky?? @bt_uk

  • MissSeaPeaches MissSeaPeaches (@MissSeaPeaches) reported

@bt_uk Internet keeps going down since Friday. Is there an issue in north Kent? Utterly frustrating as rely on wifi calling and internet to work to do our jobs!

  • OscarFricke Oscar Fricke 🌈 (@OscarFricke) reported

@bt_uk So sad, can’t afford cost of living and no longer my broadband. 12mth con. Left, told to suck it up and pay £38 a month. It’s a week of food shop. Help please .

  • kb_molly Molly (@kb_molly) reported

@bt_uk all our devices in our house have been booted off our WiFi network and when we try to reconnect on all devices it say incorrect password we have also tried forgetting network and reconnecting and this fail any idea what is going on

  • Beckssim Becky Simpson (@Beckssim) reported

@bt_uk Why is it that when having delays you are not allowed to look into getting an alternative service without cancelling your original order as the system won't allow it? Could end up cancelling on going order to find the alternative is just as bad and you are back to square one

  • stemark01 Ste (@stemark01) reported

@hayley_vaughan @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness That's awful. Not like you live in the Outer Hebrides. You'd have thought it'd be straight forward.
