It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation
