    Pretty vexed that after two hours talking to @bt_uk we will be without internet and phone for at least another two weeks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

    @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

    @bt_uk please fix your PS5 app! Doesn’t let me watch live sport with constant buffering or crashing. Works fine on other devices, just not PS5.

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk where do I start with how terrible your service is , let me start with being passed from one person to another on a call then put indefinitely on hold , next contract switching to a provider with manners .

    @bt_uk It would help if you enabled being able to stream the coverage from a mobile device onto a tv via Chromecast or similar. I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

    @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

    @bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @bt_uk called Bt to upgrade my services she said she’d call me back 30 minutes, it’s been over an hour know, I don’t think I bother anymore , what crap service, as usual by BT , I don’t why I even bothered thinking I should up grade with BT , useless

    @ClareMWilkins @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Hope you get an answer because my WiFi went down shout 3 week ago and they're still not giving out sorting any interest in fixing it. So they do is ask you to "pop your details for DPA" and your forgotten about. Lost my job because they can't send a trained engineer for the job

    @bt_uk Appalling service again from BT as you send the wrong engineer for the second time on the same job! I’m told I have to wait till 21 Dec for broadband now despite having booked well ahead of my house move. Total failure of systems and simple listening

    Yellow card to @bt_uk for no show of promised mini hub meant to arrive in advance of tomorrow day 22 of no service when @OpenreachHelp skilled exchange engineers are apparently booked to fix our problem. Does any of this ever work?

    @BTCare I spent 1hr 20 on the phone last night to your colleagues who were trying to fix the Now TV package I have paid for. I was told I would receive a text today confirming it was fixed but have heard nothing. Pls can you help?
