    It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

    @bt_uk The status says it's having trouble, but with no real information; there are two listings, one has no ETA and another suggests it'll be fixed tomorrow (29th). Is there a way to get more information as to the fault? Is it a damaged cable, downed pole...?
