    @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

    @bt_uk called Bt to upgrade my services she said she’d call me back 30 minutes, it’s been over an hour know, I don’t think I bother anymore , what crap service, as usual by BT , I don’t why I even bothered thinking I should up grade with BT , useless

    @bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

    Pretty vexed that after two hours talking to @bt_uk we will be without internet and phone for at least another two weeks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I have had no internet for 2 weeks now! Problems with fibre install and reconnecting temporary copper connection is delayed for unknown reason! Now told to wait 48hrs just to be updated but still no internet!

    @btsport Yet as a company, you charge far to much for what you give to the customer. You are ok forcing those teams and league to bend to tv times and schedules which means fans are traveling at nonsense hours and teams don’t get the rest. But sure, you’re the best.
