    @bt_uk ruining mine & my recently widowed grandmothers lives. 6 weeks of threats, empty promises and demands of speaking to my dead grandfather. In shock about the lack of compassion &poor customer service. Threats to my grandmother of sending debt collectors, pls reply ASAP.

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

    @btsport so still ur crappy app refuses to work! Yesterday It kicked me out mid game and never came back. Tonight it either won’t cast to my TV or even open, I mean WTAF I am patting for this at the end of the day!!

    So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

    @bt_uk I have the Whole Home discs - your guest network seems to be 5GHz only - that’s no use if we want to run a guest Wi-Fi for connecting IoT stuff! Many require 2.4GHz

    @bt_uk Which is apparently June 2nd between 1-6 but with no confirmation nearer the time and no communication with the service engineer neither presumably. If you turn up then great but i have lost all confidence in your approach. I have 10 months left and will be looking elsewhere.

    @BTCare What's the problem in BT22 this time? Engineer was out a while ago. No problem in house. Everything ok after he left. Now very intermittent WiFi. Considering alternative provider!
