    Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

    @bt_uk Disastrous Customer Service from BT. Do not believe highly publicised Broadband Telephone service. We have no landline telephone service since moved to Digital Voice service in September. Friends, relatives and vulnerable people cannot call from landline or mobile.

    Sometimes, finding what channel a particular sporting event is on takes ages. First world problem I know. It took me ages to find the cricket, partly because @btsport ‘s live guide didn’t show it.
