All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced a service as bad.

And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
