    @bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

    @bt_uk where do I start with how terrible your service is , let me start with being passed from one person to another on a call then put indefinitely on hold , next contract switching to a provider with manners .

    @bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

    @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

    Pretty vexed that after two hours talking to @bt_uk we will be without internet and phone for at least another two weeks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

    @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

    @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

    @BTCare your BT Mobile Sim is not very good, my wife cannot get a signal at post code TW4 6FD, this has been going on for a very long time. Not getting the service we pay for! #Verypoor BT Broadband issues also having problems but being assisted by technical

    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @bt_uk Yeah they're taking action for the planet by slowing our bb speed to virtually zero and then not even managing the customer service properly. No business for them will = no 'pollution'. Come on bt pull your socks up.

    I criticised @bt_uk the other day for really poor 'Black Friday Deals' which were neither on Black Friday or in fact a 'deal' BUT I have to say THANK YOU to them also. My BTTV box bricked yesterday and already at 09:57am the next day I have a new box and it's working perfectly 👏

    Oh, @BT_uk appears to be broken in my area. The @BritishTelecom site says the estimate fix time is 11:53 am on *Monday*! Let’s hope my mobile network stays up.

Not a story about race/hair as there are plenty, were just looking for representation. To date in my search I haven’t found anything.

    5th tier of English football being shown on National TV since 2013 on @btsport . If your side was in League 1 or 2 you would never have had the air time or coverage @btsport have offered in that time. New TV fixtures are announced and people still moan their side are not shown
