    @bt_uk Dear bt received a call from India from number 077776862430 claiming to be from @amazon telling me that £39.99 will be deducted from my account for prime, when I asked him to repeat the details they hang up & I've tried to ring back, number not recognised 🤔

    @bt_uk we have now been without internet for a week and just had the rudest customer service advisor essentially say there was nothing you can do. This is appalling service, what do you suggest we do?

    @ashley_jp_83 @TKASMrShepherd @RaynerSport At the end of the day it all boils down to TV money. Both Sky and BTSport wanted the games back as they weren’t going to pay the full amount. Women’s game would have been easier to restart.

    Seriously @bt_uk need to get their act together. Sent my HBB items back, they told me they got them, now they are chasing me for two imaginary items I never got which are duplicated serial numbers of the originals they received. You think they would have put 2+2 together

    @bt_uk for some reason I'm being charged for equipment I haven't returned yet you sent it but have never turned up to install it. Why? I ordered this in May, still no install. Absolute **** show OpenReach are. Close my account, I'll go elsewhere

    @bt_uk I cannot use my hard wired phones which are important as I do not want wireless. So we excercised our rights, 14 day cooling off period to put everything back. I understand the VOIP thing happening by 2025. But we was not ready to have our service taken off and I cant make calls

    @bt_uk Hello. I sent a HELP text to you at 2pm Thursday 3rd November, for which you said I would be charged. Your website said someone would reply within 10 minutes, else call me after 1/2 an hour. You have done neither. What's going on with customer service please?

    @bt_uk @BT @Ofcom Day 11 without broadband, a date of 14th November giving as the earliest it "might" be fixed which will be 3 whole weeks without broadband, if we're lucky. Already squirming your way out of paying realistic compensation. Awful company.
