    @bt_uk Hey BT I was in the middle of work tonight at around 1230am and lost my broadband connection. Went through troubleshooting. Restarted my router and now have solid orange light. Status page says you are working on the network. Was this planned maintenance? I live in SW16

    @bt_uk I moved house a week ago and my broadband still isn’t up and running. 4 phone calls to the helpdesk (4:30 hrs in total waiting time) and a no show from an engineer. Please HELP.

    @bt_uk Spent an hour on the phone with BT yesterday. I was assured that I will get a call today to get an update from the supplier (openreach). Unless I'm getting a ring after 5pm, I doubt I'll hear back. WILL BT EVER, PLEASE, FOLLOW UP ON YOUR ACTIONS? Oh, I mean your actual service.

    @bt_uk I have been trying to help my father in law with a home move and we keep getting an error saying to ring you which we have.. there’s a block on the line and should have been sorted in 24 hours.. we are 4 days down the line and still no further along!!!!

    @bt_uk 1. Service not live even after a week 2. Spent 1.5 hours with Connections team, the first guy locked me out. 2. BT did not follow up on their update call 3. Complaint filed no follow up 4. Spent 1 hour with BT yesterday 5. BT missed our update call today. FIX YOUR SERVICE

    @jasedurr @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach We had the same problems with bt, most annoying and didn't get any money back from them. Still in contract with them but asap we will not be renewing our contract, will go to sky, cheaper and more reliable x
