Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

Watching FCK v City #btsport commentary is so ridiculously bad. 2 demonstrably wrong VAR calls where ref ratifies it. Comms just moan that VAR exists, no mention of the errors or why. Tin hat on it was Fletcher saying we spend more time talking about VAR than referee mistakes...

All i get is message from "trevor" saying same thing, they have done all that was requested,and it's still not working. Why are you wasting our time? Day 69 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

@bt_uk I've been without broadband since 29th Aug. I've had 5 different dates from BT when you are going to do the civil work, the last of which was today. 5times you've failed to fix my broadband. Exec cust service says you are doing all you can. Why have l been lied to 5 times
