@bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

@vmfieldtech @CraigHarper0105 @btsport Don’t go there Craig - I’m with them and it’s terrible. Utilisation issues in my area for over 6 months that they keep promising to fix with dates continually moving.

@btbusinesscare the call center guy told me you can use wide area network and we will give you a service on copper cabe will start 4th of feb. Ofcoursw I said ok. Today we connect the service but it’s too slow just 10-13Mb download 1Mb upload. Your wide area nw speed is better!

@bt_uk my elderly nan has had problems with her phone all week, she can’t call out. Engineer came out on Monday, fixed it but it’s still not working, everyday this week we have been told that an engineer would be out the next day and no one has turned up?

@bt_uk Problem is that it's not the first time we're attempting redelivery. First hub ended up at the post office depot. Me not being around it, it can't be collected. This is the second hub order and delivery seem not to be able to act on simple instruction such as ring the neighbour.
