@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

@bt_uk They are in a rural location with bad mobile signal and have to climb the stairs every time they need to make a call and all you do is fob them off, quite disgusting really, you should be looking out for your vulnerable customers.

@bt_uk @skytv @BTSopenreach after being told full fibre broadband was available in our new home it’s now been 3 months waiting for installation. Existing copper wire broadband has been deactivated (so we’re told) so we have no internet at all. Awful service!
