We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@bt_uk I get bad reception problems on BBC 4 and BBC News channels in the evening, both of which I use a lot. I have rebooted box, checked all my leads. Signal quality/strength is fine in mornings but in evening quality is 10% or less and pic and sound cut out.

My 88yo Dad is home alone, his landline has been down for over a week and we have no way of contacting him. My bro @MartinHowitt has rung @bt_uk every day and despite their promises, still nothing. Dad is recently out of hospital and we are worried. @bt_uk WHAT'S GOING ON?

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk My problems with bezos are his business practices which I view as extremely unethical, bordering on illegal (again, never really looked into it). The rich should be taxed higher but not to a degree that puts them in the same position as the middle class or something.
