    @bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

    @bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk why are all your help desk not working? Why all closed? Why have I cancelled a service 6 days ago yet still getting correspondence stating still active? Been over 3hrs on the phone in the last week….

    @frazerluca @bt_uk @bt_uk can help order a adapter for your old phone if it's in a different room to the smart hub 2 or a digital voice handset. In the meantime to make use of your landline service please move your old phone into the same room as the smart hub 2 and plug it into the back of it

    Question for @bt_uk - if I’m trying to leave and can’t get through, I’m ok to reduce the number of minimum days I have to pay for? Or is there an email address I can have to cancel my services? @Ofcom or @BBCWatchdog should look at this as it’s grossly unfair.

    @bt_uk My father in law has received a letter in the post requesting we contact you regarding his internet account (another provider attempted to take over the line). Do not cancel his service! We’ve been on hold for over 50mins trying to contact Customer Support. Absolute joke!!
