    @bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    @bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

    Basically, I just want my internet back, pretty please @bt_uk? It's never been great, as we live in the back of beyond with no superfast broadband infrastructure etc. But at least we could watch streamed TV ... albeit with occasional buffering! Feeling cheesed off.

    @UKSVacher @virginmedia @bt_uk BT installed full fibre in my road last year & are offering well constructed deals with amazing speeds. My issue with Virgin Media is the price hikes within contract (usually twice, last was 18%). Their customer service has deteriorated over the last 3 years too. Such a shame.

    @bt_uk absolute nightmare of an experience switching over to BT . The engineer completely wrecked the installation , I've called multiple times to try to get some assistance but they keep ending call or saying they can't do anything. I wish I had never switched over.

    @bt_uk our internet (I need for work) went down on Thurs am following cabling work by BT on main road nearby. Still without internet now ,no direct customer communication from you. Only info I can get is via a bot with an estimated fix date that has since passed! Unacceptable!

    @bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

    @TalkTalk so my Internet died today at 1430 UK time. Did all the checks possible with live chat support. After 2 hours Told me I might have to pay 75£ for a talktalk engineer to come in 5 days! Wow. @bt_uk, any contracts for me?
