    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    At what point of not delivering the broadband service I pay for, should @bt_uk reduce my monthly fee...? It's been impossible to work this week, countless promises of being fixed and yet still it's still on and off in Hawkenbury.

    @bt_uk not the first time had a problem with the mini hub router, had to have a complaint open since 2022(!) because they cannot complete the most basic of tasks. Used to be on board with BT now wouldn’t even recommend as a last option

    @bt_uk our elderly aunt lost her husband last week and an engineer today has left her without a phone line or internet due to his error! Contacted BT and basically got told ‘use a mobile’ and will try and get someone out Monday! She needs her landline #notokay #awful

    @bt_uk Thanks Kevin - I’m already speaking to someone in your “consumer relations” team who is chasing up @WeAreOpenreach . They can seemingly only email via a 3rd party, and it is very tedious/slow. It is @WeAreOpenreach who this is aimed at really, so the engineer can call / return

    @bt_uk broadband WA5 has been dropping out constantly for over a month. spoken to engineer and raised complaint yesterday. You closed it down same day with no response/fix. Awful customer service. I’ve now cancelled it but still have a month of this . Can you please address this
