@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

@paullewismoney @bt_uk With phone scams if some one rings you and says it's your bank kill the call if it's security you ring your bank customer service on your mobile phone as the crook hasn't gone there sill there ask to be put through to security and ask if they rang you and what for.
