  @bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

  @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

  @vmfieldtech @CraigHarper0105 @btsport Don’t go there Craig - I’m with them and it’s terrible. Utilisation issues in my area for over 6 months that they keep promising to fix with dates continually moving.

  @kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.

  Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

  @bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

  For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

  @bt_uk I do hope so. Today's was meant to do just that. Given it's 2020, could I suggest the engineer texts when they're due on site? When I called at 13:40 ish to enquire where my 8am to 1pm engineer was, was told he had visited and resolved the problem.

  @bt_uk You guys havent connected my ID to my email address properly, cant trouble shoot online and it costs me money to text your fault line instead of being able to talk to a technical service? 2mbps on ethernet for 3 days now. I call up and instead of help I get sales pitches

  @bt_uk halo service, keep connected promise they say.....I have been over 2 weeks now without any form of internet from BT due to a fault of their own. What a disgrace
