.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk Hi. Please can you help. My mother in law has received an email to say her engineer has been cancelled. She received a text asking if she still needed the engineer which she thinks she confirmed she does. Can you check to see if she will have an engineer coming.
