@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

@bt_uk Dear bt received a call from India from number 077776862430 claiming to be from @amazon telling me that £39.99 will be deducted from my account for prime, when I asked him to repeat the details they hang up & I've tried to ring back, number not recognised 🤔

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

Whatever customer sat/complaints metrics @bt_uk are utilising are completely worthless. Opening and closing complaints that are not fully root caused and closed - @Ofcom definitely need to investigate this practice as it is extremely disingenuous & dishonest #customerexperience

@bt_uk you are unbelievably poor! Trying to transfer as moving house and you have mucked up every aspect -,terminated our BT TV today for no reason, inconsistent fibre packages, dishonest sales people. Wasted more than 4 hours on the phone. I need some one senior to sort this!

@bt_uk really disappointed with service! Tel no. cancelled as moved address back in February but money kept coming out of account. Whilst got a refund further money was taken out in 5 May. Phoned up and was told would get refund via cheque in post - still waiting! I want answers!

@bt_uk not impressed with the ability of open reach to activate broadband services in a timely manner for a family going into isolation before our daughter has major surgery just after a house move. One mix up after another. Maybe this will get someone to help. Not impressed!
