    @bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!

    Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

    Another reminder never, ever to use @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare ! 🤬 Cancelled my account weeks ago, still charging us for a service we don’t use, and then making us go through the whole cancellation process for a second time. Time thieves.

    @btbusinesscare - morning, just wondering why I’m continuing to be overcharged for my products. This is the third month and it’s now becoming very frustrating. What do I need to do resolve the issue? Please don’t say “please call” as this is what I have done.

    Can someone from @bt_uk @BTCare please explain how the scammers, especially those based overseas, can access 'inoperative' or 'not in- service' landline and UK mobile numbers, and so many of them, to make their fake calls? I receive at least one a week.

    @btbusinesscare urgent help we are without broadband after one of your team fitted fiber for a neighbouring business. We raised it when the chap on site and he said “he was really careful” and has left without reviewing or fixing our connection.
