Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @BTCare why is reception for @btsport so poor on my new bt box? I’m on fibre 100 with you and the Wi-Fi hub is in the same room. This is in SD. Do you purposely make the signal glitchy? Never had a problem with other streaming to the tv.

@bt_uk Hi there, my BT fibreoptic is supposed to give me 30mbs, but currently it’s only around 3mbs, and has been poor for a while. Also, whenever I receive a call on the landline, the router resets.
