    Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks.     @bt_uk Recently moved house, and ordered broadband and TV in Dec, engineer was due yesterday (multiple texts and a call confirming) but no show. After 4 calls to various customer service agents it turns out installation of 100Mbps is postponed TFN... No comms from BT...

    @bt_uk My Employer and my customers would like me to have a faster internet connection. 8 months and counting now since my FTTP (Fibre 300) order and you and @OpenreachHelp still haven’t fixed the issue. Had to take it Communications Ombudsman!

    @bt_uk terrible service today. Called up to set up broadband at my new home. Current homeowners are BT customers and have been told internet won’t be switched on until 3rd March. Moving in 12 February. Fella on the phone was rude and no help. No internet for 3 weeks! #bt
