    Oh the irony @bt_uk .....When you see a friend on another social media platform say they’ve been hanging on the phone for 75 mins to you to try and speak to someone about a recent installation issue.... SEVENTY FIVE minutes.....!! They’re not on Twitter, but they need assistance!

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. (Best guess)

    Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

    Moving house: @BritishGas shockingly bad, don’t reply to anything DMs and tweets. @bt_uk useless still no internet after 5 weeks so why let me order it if there’s no network ready. @WeAreOpenreach can’t install internet. Advice…don’t use these companies!!

    @bt_uk Still have no data light but I am reluctant to attempt to fix it as it caused so much frustration last time. The internet is fine everywhere else so I don't understand why it keeps dropping.

    @bt_uk Thank you for this response. I was expecting phone contact and I rang the help line again. I understand that the hold up is an entity called Bt wholesale. New one on me! So, placing a new order. Sounds like taking me back 3 weeks. Your mini hub let me down twice today.

    @narkovian @bt_uk Only problem is that - it is not permitted to run cables across the pavement - a real hazard. The real solution - many in London - is sockets on street lamps. For the great red boxes - medical support and books are great ones already in use

    2/2 @bt_uk . So NO phone or internet until BT send hub out. Engineer said 2nd one today with same problem. I rang BT explained wrong hub & you said you would send one out ASAP but then 6hrs later knowing I didn’t have a hub you cut me off. This is not acceptable in this day & age
