Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Oh the irony @bt_uk .....When you see a friend on another social media platform say they’ve been hanging on the phone for 75 mins to you to try and speak to someone about a recent installation issue.... SEVENTY FIVE minutes.....!! They’re not on Twitter, but they need assistance!

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @virginmedia I’ve cancelled my contract now and have arranged with @bt_uk who are having a mini hub sent out to me so I should have a connection sooner than Thursday . The service from virgin hasn’t been great for weeks and looking at your Twitter feed it’s a common occurrence

@bt_uk Thanks, but I'm fed up with explaining. I now want to escalate the issue and understand why BT took it upon themselves to issue me with a new contract for a service I had cancelled and then bombard me with txts & letters apologising for the unwanted service not working.

@bt_uk The engineer should be here by Thursday, which means upto 6 days with no internet connection. I will not be able to watch any BT TV channels, my Alexa will not work. For someone who is paying over £80 pcm and being with BT for over 10 years, customer loyalty does not exist!
