Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. Nearly seven years with @bt_uk, broadband, TV, phone, mobile. Thousands of pounds paid. But when I call and ask if they could send a loyal customer a Pro TV box to replace my decrepit 2016 4k box, the answer was a firm no. You really don't understand customer retention do you?

@bt_uk can’t believe how bad the customer service has been with BT. No internet for two weeks, tried to end contact and was told to pay £350 to do so. Absolutely shocking!
