Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk This number is for faults. I just get sent a text. I’ve tried 0800800150 again and again and it just says ‘busy..call again later’. My elderly mother’s landline phone is now not working, she has no idea what to do with the handset she’s been sent and she is very distressed!!
