Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

@bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!

@btbusinesscare I took out out a new customer broadband & phone with you last week. A engineer came out on Friday to install a box on the outside of our office. The stage 2 of the install (router etc) now I’m being told isn’t until the end of the month!

Instead @bt_uk told me I will be paying more than a new customer for the same package and they won’t bring my price down even though they guaranteed I never would. (Fine print saved them). Scam artists. Can’t wait to never use their service again after my contract ends.

@bt_uk What ever you do do not go with bt. Absolutely shocking company. Asked me ti send back router what I done but as their processes are so poor are going to charge me £50 in a time when every one is struggling with costs.
