Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk My mother is self employed and can't connect to the internet so losing money on that, I stream gaming and can't even connect to a game server because of the terrible connection! When I do I have 1100 ping and ridiculous packet loss which makes anything unplayable.

@wokingcouncil how do we figure out who owns the telephone post next to our driveway? The engineer changing the lights attached to this pole told me it’s owned by @bt_uk the issue is really cars are hitting the wire and almost pulling the post over on a daily basis this is unsafe

@BTCare why am I unable to speak to someone in customer services? My mother is 92 and has a phone fault. BT cannot repair for 5 days. In all this time she is without a phone and most importantly her care line emergency unit because it is connected to a phone line.
