    Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

    @bt_uk my broadband went out today. I was told it was a wide outage. I work from home and was told it would be ok tomorrow but now says Thursday. Do you cover my loss of wages for all this time?

    @bt_uk We haven’t got a landline because we got these wifi ones due to getting full fibre and the full fibre cable came down in the winds and bt won’t come out to fix it they say dates but never turn up. We call by everyday and it’s different lies everyday
