Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

@bt_uk By the way, calling that number you shared generates an automated message saying "we tried to call you" and "there is no reason to call us." Both are wrong. Your fault tracker page also still doesn't work.

@bt_uk I mean, I get that Openreach may be under-investing in its workforce and infrastructure and is a defacto unaccountable monopoly, but you (and the other firms) should be fixing that. As a bill payer of a utility, I'm at the end: pay for service; get service. You're in the middle.
