Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. Yet another broadband fault @bt_uk - This is beyond the joke now, between sky and bt, no one can fix it. Can someone just provide me with a decent service. It's not like I'm in the middle of nowhere, I'm in Runcorn ffs. Sooner full fibre is installed the better.

@bt_uk BT TV Box Pro. Based on my testing, the TV Box Pro will not list or connect to any wifi network which does not have a BT vendor ID in the BSSID. Is this intentional or a bug?
