Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk Awful! They even admitted they couldn't supply the Broadband speeds we were paying for so agreed to find another Provider Virgin brilliant. Then we got demands for payments from BT and a Credit Agency! Took them months to sort out... still waiting for my refund from for 5 months?
