Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Oh the irony @bt_uk .....When you see a friend on another social media platform say they’ve been hanging on the phone for 75 mins to you to try and speak to someone about a recent installation issue.... SEVENTY FIVE minutes.....!! They’re not on Twitter, but they need assistance!

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @MarcAllera @bt_uk Answering calls is one thing, actually being able to help is completely different. I've spoken to several friendly @bt_uk staff who seem completely hamstrung by archaic processes and a computer-says-no mentality. "The system won't let me" is not an adequate excuse in this age.

Never had a problem with @bt_uk in the last 20 years until now. I'm having to move home (landlord has served notice so not by choice), broadband is half the speed I get now yet they want to charge me the same or I have to pay £1000 to get out of the contract! #ripoff
