My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?

Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.
