Iain (@Skiddles1985) reported from Crawley, England@natalie_17 @chrisjfrev @RichJLaverty @SheKicksdotnet @btsport @BarclaysFAWSL Competitions. Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. (Best guess)

-
𝕁𝕒𝕔𝕢𝕦𝕚 𝕃𝕝𝕠𝕪𝕕 (@Jaklloyd) reported from Horsham, EnglandCongrats @bt_uk - you really are spectacularly inept! I now have to resort to this. #customerservice #epicfail #bt

Maria Cook 🌈✈️🎭 (@AutyWarriorMum) reported from Crawley, EnglandOh the irony @bt_uk .....When you see a friend on another social media platform say they’ve been hanging on the phone for 75 mins to you to try and speak to someone about a recent installation issue.... SEVENTY FIVE minutes.....!! They’re not on Twitter, but they need assistance!
-
Jacqui Woodley (@bigstaxjac) reported from Burgess Hill, England@DavidGArnold @bt_uk Goodness! 👏 What a palaver tho! We've been in your position and feel your pain. We left BT in a uff many years ago, cause they were pants, vowed never to return (you could add that to the end of your play)! They're all sneaky buggers to be honest. WE WANT THE WHOLE BANANA!!🍌
-
Hannah Bamford (@whambam__) reported from Brighton and Hove, EnglandSpoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Christian Trampenau (@trampenau) reported@bt_uk any idea when normal service will resume on the mobile EE/BT network in Mundesley Norfolk? the service has been down for over two days
-
Tim Ashcroft (@TimAshcroft) reported@bt_uk Hi. How do I cancel my TNT sports addon? Can't find the option anywhere. Please don't tell me I have to phone...
-
Keith (@MaloneiD) reported@Ofcom I have evidence BT won't let customer complaints get to 8 weeks, so they cannot be reported to the regulator. BT closed out 3 complaints I made, without reference to me. One was closed within hours of being raised. Are they permitted to do this? @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #slamming
-
Ethan Keating (@TheParagram) reportedSo the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
-
Jessica (@Jessica67669786) reported@ArmchairAdml @bt_uk this elderly gentleman has been a loyal customer for many years. He is now out of contract paying an extortionate price. Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?
-
KG40 (@KG40332532) reported@bt_uk I already tried that. It continues to say that fault is on BT's side. Please fix this.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Your comment sounds fine @bt_uk but your team in this line appear not to be authorised to cancel an appointment and not rebook it. How do I contact someone whohas the authorisation to do this?
-
Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported@bt_uk Yes, tried that, doesn't work. That's why I am contacting you? Has BT reached the stage where it simply isn't able to fix basic faults?
-
Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported@bt_uk Still can't get this problem fixed. Spent an hour on the phone yesterday, was promised a call back today at 3pm. No-one rang. Back on hold again. What do I do?
