Oh the irony @bt_uk .....When you see a friend on another social media platform say they’ve been hanging on the phone for 75 mins to you to try and speak to someone about a recent installation issue.... SEVENTY FIVE minutes.....!! They’re not on Twitter, but they need assistance!

Thought I was done awful customer service @bt_uk when I cancelled in April. They have record of my phone call (where I was told there was no point in staying with BT as my broadband was never going to get any better) but no one bothered to process the cancellation 1/2

@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

Spoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk Of course privatisation was the start of the decline, but if it had been done completely, i.e. all BT’s monopolies fully opened to competitors, their preposterously bad service would have ensured bankruptcy years ago, and transfer of their assets to more competent management.

@bt_uk A secondary issue is outsourcing of engineering work. BT engineers were excellent and had a direct incentive to help BT’s customers. Outsourced engineers vary more in quality and their main goal is obtaining maximum contracts and therefore £££ from BT, not helping BT’s customers.

192 hours since @BT_UK deactivated my 1Gbs fibre account. PPPoE does not connect and they are doing NOTHING despite multiple complaints. They should be selling leeks not providing broadband service. @Ofcom #btfault Can I get a deadlock letter for Ombudsman?
