Spoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

Thought I was done awful customer service @bt_uk when I cancelled in April. They have record of my phone call (where I was told there was no point in staying with BT as my broadband was never going to get any better) but no one bothered to process the cancellation 1/2

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. I just had 2 minutes of stable connection. Almost feel like celebrating with a 6 week Holiday in Australia. Played 18 games of FUT Champs with a signal strength only accurately comparable to dial up from the 90’s. @bt_uk out here powering my internet with a hyena on a bike

@bt_uk No, we moved to Hull so we can now only get @kcom but we desperately want BT to bring a service to Hull that way we could actually get a whole weeks worth of internet. I don’t even bother switching Wi-Fi on my @ee phone I just use my data 🙄

@bt_uk Not sure they are confused, both saying they are identical, and couldn't explain the price difference? It appears to get the price down, they offer you a discount, but then switch you to Fibre one, saying it is the same as Fibre 2. It's not good and seems very underhand.

@fnafilms @MarcSDuffy @bt_uk Virgin I’ll be paying £110 a month or something after April. I have BT Sport, 200mb internet, no Sky Sports but I use my mam’s sky go login. For £99 a month I can get 60mb broadband but Sky Sports and BT. Wondering if I can keep the internet and switch the TV.
