Thought I was done awful customer service @bt_uk when I cancelled in April. They have record of my phone call (where I was told there was no point in staying with BT as my broadband was never going to get any better) but no one bothered to process the cancellation 1/2

Spoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. Internet down again! Had major outage not that long ago but was never fixed by @bt_uk as two appointments were cancelled and the issue resolved itself

@bt_uk The appalling customer service from @bt_uk ensues. In fact, that statement’s a misnomer as it implies there has been some service and I qualify as a customer. After two aborted installations due to lack of equipment, not a single comms since Tue, including a scheduled callback.

@bt_uk No Internet or landline telephone in the Chislehurst area. What is happening? Cannot rely on a mobile signal here to work as it is too weak, an internal connection is essential. The router is flashing magenta and there is no dial tone.

@TalkTalk we are on day 3 of no internet. Day 3! Your outage us perhaps a @BTCare problem but if you don't have a back up plan for customers, YOU are at fault. Why can you not pay to piggyback another ISP? It's 2021!

@bt_uk so my mother has a BT phone line and we are looking at getting BT internet to replace @virginmedia (stupid expensive) as existing BT phone line customers are they classes as new customers for the internet package deals?
