Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. Simon Conway-Smith (@SConwaySmith) reportedIf @bt_uk/@WeAreOpenreach want to survive, they need their current customer service systems consigning to the scrap heap. They are simply unfit for purpose. Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes 🥴 Give me strength!
