I’m not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but it’s been out each time I’ve come home from work.

My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)
