    Thought I was done awful customer service @bt_uk when I cancelled in April. They have record of my phone call (where I was told there was no point in staying with BT as my broadband was never going to get any better) but no one bothered to process the cancellation 1/2

    @bt_uk Similar problem with my wife's email a/c. Seems to be SMTP function rather than IMAP - emails have been received but not sent.

    @bt_uk I am a loyal customer looking for a deal and your staff don't know or haven't a clue and trying to pull the wool over my eyes, I am off to another provider, fed up with not be treated like a loyal customer after 20 years.

    Spoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

    Oh the irony @bt_uk .....When you see a friend on another social media platform say they’ve been hanging on the phone for 75 mins to you to try and speak to someone about a recent installation issue.... SEVENTY FIVE minutes.....!! They’re not on Twitter, but they need assistance!

    @bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks.     Watching the @FIHProLeague from @LeeValleyHTC on @btsport and getting very frustrated as the camera work is poor at best! Hockey is a fast paced game and the camera needs to keep up! 😡
