@bt_uk I had an email today about the need to update email settings. I am really unsure how us roving amateur family tech-support people will ensure that our distant elderly relatives won’t lose their essential email during #lockdown

@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

@dariuspourhana @SkySports @btsport Couldn’t agree more. Bloody women have completely taken over sports coverage and they are awful. Listening to Mens football, cricket ,rugby and F1 is being ruined.Strange how they can cover Mens events, but men don’t cover womens. TMS is just not the same with high pitched tone.

@bt_uk You can close the conversation, but the complaint and issues continue. The fact that #BT and #Openreach are incapable of resolving their own mistake, leaving a customer, who relies on the internet for working remotely, without service for two weeks is mind blowing.
