@bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

@bt_uk hey guys - my internet is dropping out often again. The router seems to be ok after running thru the no connection help a couple of times. I’m not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but it’s been out each time I’ve come home from work.

@Cover4Caravans @btsport Seems you can only cancel when contract is nearly up or they charge you for cancelling I phoned them then got pestered back from them to stay eventually got it half price for a year , it's still crap but cheaper crap .

@bt_uk I had an appointment for your engineer to install between 1-6 I rang your engineer at 6.30 and he had no knowledge of the job. I ring your customer service phone line and they say they'll ring me back the following day between 5-7 and I again get no call is this standard?

@bt_uk I could go on and on, you say you sub contract to open reach who then sub contract again who is managing you sub contractor! I do this for a living and would be sacked by now for poor response, poor communication, poor updates not meeting KPIs or SLAs .
