@bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

@bt_uk hi friends! My home hub 2 drops out at random intervals. Turning off & on again works & so does restarting thru the hub manager. Any ideas? No issues before last month - it’s about a year old I think.

@bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

@bt_uk Not now, no fibre. I got faster speeds 15 years ago. My neighbour has BT fibre. When I checked just a few weeks ago there was no problem, all providers decent connection offers.

Classic terrible service from @bt_uk yet again when something goes wrong. Broadband off since 4pm yesterday. Sent a you tube video to essentially turn the hub on & off. Magic. No engineer until end of the week. Absolutely poor.
