@bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

@bt_uk hey guys - my internet is dropping out often again. The router seems to be ok after running thru the no connection help a couple of times. I’m not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but it’s been out each time I’ve come home from work.

@bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

@bt_uk I would just like to thank you for your terrible service. I waited 27 minutes befor anyone answered. They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

@bt_uk hi friends! My home hub 2 drops out at random intervals. Turning off & on again works & so does restarting thru the hub manager. Any ideas? No issues before last month - it’s about a year old I think.

@bt_uk day 17 no internet /broadband thanks bt/openreach promised week on week now say 29 th 5weeks without service they disconnected on 27/11 worst service provider award goes to bt/openreach

@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

Disgusted with @bt_uk today.. I've been a customer for 15+ years. Sold my home and they are forcing me to pay the next month's usage PLUS another £100 cancellation fee.. even though I no longer own the property and have NO way of consuming the service anymore

@bt_uk There is a major outage in our area for now 10 days, only to be aware the ‘fixed date’ showing on your website is when BT can call Open Reach to find out when the works is being carried out. This is down to major outage - do you believe 10 days is acceptable?
