@bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

@bt_uk hi friends! My home hub 2 drops out at random intervals. Turning off & on again works & so does restarting thru the hub manager. Any ideas? No issues before last month - it’s about a year old I think.

@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

@bt_uk hey guys - my internet is dropping out often again. The router seems to be ok after running thru the no connection help a couple of times. I’m not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but it’s been out each time I’ve come home from work.

@bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

@bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!

@bt_uk I would just like to thank you for your terrible service. I waited 27 minutes befor anyone answered. They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

@bt_uk sadly your service has not lived up to expectations..1st engineer sick, 2nd need a cherry picker to put in a line, 3rd wait for it, need a cherry picker, 4th no cherry picker, no show. No idea about 6th attempt this week to install a phone line.

@bt_uk Engineer didn't turn up after we were told they were booked for today the 13th. Waited till half ten then phoned to ask if they were still coming, bt hadn't booked it even though I was told on the phone that they were coming. Pretty crap service.
