@bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

@bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

@bt_uk I would just like to thank you for your terrible service. I waited 27 minutes befor anyone answered. They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

Thanks to the incompetence and incorrect info given by @bt_uk I ’m having to take the day off work as I have no internet. I understand things go wrong but it’s how issues are addressed. Do they not know we’re in the middle of a pandemic and popping next door is not an option.

@bt_uk The forum isn’t very specific, and it dates back to august where one of your colleagues has said they are trying to fix the issue. If it is an internet issue we have just crossed over to BT in the last couple of weeks.
