    @BTGroup @btsport @YouTube BT used to do free champions league games on Freeview every other week but now you have to have an hd box or ultra box or have already subscribed to something else BT related So why can’t it just be on standard free view now why can’t it be on there it comes down the same wire

    @BTCare This is nothing to do with the way I feel, though I understand why you wish to distract from your telecomms woes. The BT fault page will not load, phone lines are swamped and meanwhile it's business as usual for BT, unable or unwilling to provide the service for which I pay.

    @btbusinesscare phoned again to report the issue this member of staff has sent ANOTHER engineer out who has once again informed me he cant fix anything because BT have cut my number off This is a disgrace completly & utterly disgusting that im still in the same position as day 1

    @BTCare After being passed to Bhavia in India and giving him my mobile number to call me back incase there were any issues he cut me off and didn’t call me back. Issues still not sorted.
