    @virginmedia He refused to file our complaint because of this. We feel treated like dirt from start and actually relived they can’t connect because the ‘first impressions’ were utterly disgusting. We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt

    @bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

We left BT in a uff many years ago, cause they were pants, vowed never to return (you could add that to the end of your play)! They're all sneaky buggers to be honest. WE WANT THE WHOLE BANANA!!🍌

    @bt_uk I would just like to thank you for your terrible service. I waited 27 minutes befor anyone answered. They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

    @bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

    @bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

    @bt_uk hybrid connect not working. Done several testings but doesn’t work. TMC promised a callback but didn’t and they are unreachable. Customer centre not helping. Don’t understand why I’m switching to BT

    How poor is Broadband from @BT_UK? Had an intermittent signal for THREE Months and they refuse to let me go to Virgin without charging me £250 despite breach of contract for failing to consistently give me min of 45mbs. This is beyond depressing. Time for the ombudsman!
