    @pmarsh10 @btsport I need it as a sky customer to get it on my sky Q box, I don’t it all on bt website & got to order summary clicked confirm and buy the button went faded once clicked nothing on my sky box repeated twice more and same thing really don’t know what’s going on.

    @BTCare @bt_uk engineer was cancelled for no reason. According to your agent and... no one knows why. But they promise to resolve. Ha! Your service is appalling! Especially your Chat agents. I am paying (actually overpaying because I’m £126 in credit) for a service! Respect me!
