@bt_uk I would just like to thank you for your terrible service. I waited 27 minutes befor anyone answered. They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

Changing broadband and TV? Don't get duped and trapped into a @NOW contract that can't be cancelled only upgraded with @bt_uk . Take independently so there is no contract and can cancel at any time.

@taylorh57226577 @bt_uk They’ve refreshed my WiFi opened up some new gates or something, and have said they are going to send someone out to help with my problem if it consists. It might be that It’s the disc not the hub but I’m not 100 on that but it’s really annoying when everything else is perfect 🥲
