Spoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @computerized_co @bt_uk Absolutely. Multiple street works installing competing high fibre networks causes additional problems in maintaining paving and roads even after disruption. You'd never have multiple water suppliers putting in duplicate mains - it's just utterly crazy (and costly).
