Spoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

@virginmedia He refused to file our complaint because of this. We feel treated like dirt from start and actually relived they can’t connect because the ‘first impressions’ were utterly disgusting. We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. Oh the irony @bt_uk .....When you see a friend on another social media platform say they’ve been hanging on the phone for 75 mins to you to try and speak to someone about a recent installation issue.... SEVENTY FIVE minutes.....!! They’re not on Twitter, but they need assistance!

@bt_uk had an engineer come fit my fibre yesterday, left before it was working, called yesterday and was told it will activate at midnight. It hasn’t. And my old internet has been switched off. I have exams this week that I need to revise for, my 4G signal is poor at my (1/2)

@bt_uk I switched to you + said keep my number. You changed it. Asked you to switch back. 3 weeks gone you closed the complaint but you haven’t changed my number although said would be done by ystday. Every agent makes up a diff reason why is failing. 100% problems so far!

@bt_uk I’m absolutely livid. Charged over £340 for leaving within the 2 weeks because the signal you promised we didn’t get. And didn’t use the tv box as had no Ariel and don’t have a landline. Why???? This is robbery 😡😡😡
