Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

The main issue is I can’t cast anything to my tv as my signal is too weak to use my hotspot. I can’t video call and Porter has been ill and I might have needed the doctor! Can’t cast to my TV. Despite paying £15 a month for BT SPORT! It’s a joke tbh @bt_uk

@bt_uk can you believe BT is advertising on TV that they have the best WI-FI connection. I have upgraded my package in Nov 2020 and they still couldn’t connect the line. BT customer service updates me weekly by saying unfortunately they do not have any update it’s shambolic. #BT

@bt_uk Afternoon, my internet saga continues. I’ve upgraded my package which means no internet till an engineer can arrive on 4th may which seems odd since it was working till the 6th. I have the 4g thing but it’s terrible 13up 2 down is barely enough to watch a video let alone work
