Oh the irony @bt_uk .....When you see a friend on another social media platform say they’ve been hanging on the phone for 75 mins to you to try and speak to someone about a recent installation issue.... SEVENTY FIVE minutes.....!! They’re not on Twitter, but they need assistance!

Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk have spent over 2 hours trying to get through to you on your phone lines, managed to get through to chat who told me to ring again - our hub and tv router has not been delivered - and has been the case for 3 days, being charged for a service I can’t use. Not impressed.

@bt_uk As I mentioned in live chat I've used my account ID, not my email address, to get to the next page, I get to input new password & confirm it Then I get to login to my email account with the new password BUT The new password doesn't work Until your system works why bother‽

@bt_uk still no refund and it's been over the 5 working days! Paid for a service for it to be cancelled then I've had to pay again to get the service back on and I was assured I would get a refund
