    @bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

    We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

    @bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

    @twility @bt_uk Mine went down too (In Brighton) about 5 mins before the time on your screen grab Purple flashing light on the Hub and ted light on the internal box. @bt_uk i got an e-mail saying you hope to have it fixed by midnight 13th Sept!!! 2 of us work from home.
