@bt_uk I have to say your customer service is abismal. I have been waiting for a call back for 3 days now to sort out me billing issues and contract. Looks like I will have to find somebody else

Come on @bt_uk sort out the Internet, download speeds getting slower and slower and internet going off regularly,particularly a Friday evening, and your website down for maintenance too! Do you want to keep me as a customer or not?

@bt_uk fix your wifi, its been down for 4 hours with no fix, its saying the fix was 1am but now its saying nothing. Its getting ridiculous now, its 2022, we shouldn't be having issues that take this long!

@bt_uk I only got a despatch email a couple hours after I initially talked with one of your colleagues on the phone. Seems they just forgot to send it. Stupidly sent on a 48hr service so won't be here until Monday. Activation day was today.
