@bt_uk is the internet down in Birmingham? My wifi dropped last night at 23:00 before going to bed and it’s the same this morning. Reset and unplugged twice, no change. Open reach box Los light off and Pon flashing with no change in hours.

@bt_uk Hello James. It kept on happening on 2 TVs in my house every few minutes or so. It’s happened before on BT Sport. No issues when streaming anything else.

@bt_uk But thats not good enough really is it? If I want to leave BT and BT have decided you cant do that online, then why should I waste my time and money sitting on hold? Monstrous service by a company that doesn't seem to care for its customers.

@bt_uk You even sent a tech expert engineer to our house yesterday to help setup equipment even though there was no service. So you’re wasting other people’s time over this, too. I could have got another provider in this time. Sincerely wish I had

@bt_uk trying to cancel an engineer visit today as my issue has been resolved, I was told by customer service that they can't cancel and just turn the engineer away 😐

@bt_uk We have a fault on broadband, down for 2 days which, apparently you are fixing. However we have a EEmobile hub but that doesn’t work either. Your ‘team’ member tells us tough we can’t have another. Very poor service
