@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

@bt_uk I don't know what the issue is. Whenever I'm in the office and I use the work WiFi, my work laptop has no issues. But when I'm at home, websites tend to take longer to load, but I don't have these issues with any of my personal devices.

It gets better @btcare Starting from the MyBT app navigate to Broadband and manage wi-fi it tells me to download the MyBT app. mmm bit of a problem here.

@bt_uk Cancelling the transfer won’t help - talktalk won’t reinstate their service as BT has already cancelled it - they are without landline and BT has just told them they will have to wait. Sorry, not good enough. My dad has phone hospital appts this week, what’s he supposed to do?

@bt_uk having SO many issues with our wifi signal in our house! We’ve upgraded to the full package and since then our signal has been ever worse! Constantly dropping out! finding it SO hard to work! I want a refund for the upgrade amount as well as this fixed!

@bt_uk disgusting behaviour from BT I have called them 3 times, and 3 times they have not sorted the problem and all 3 times promised to call me back, still waiting for a call BT??? Avoid BT at all cost!!!

@VodafoneUK Hi Andy, thanks for replying babes. It's okay we're good really. It boils down to @bt_uk not bothering to install a bigger cabinet in my area. This means I'm as fast as I can get, why I'm not sure as I'm 4 miles from a major city, my speeds are just useless BT need to get with it

@bt_uk @Apple BT cloud app is slowing down Mac. Have to close the app for computer usage. And open it after for syncing. Is it possible to rectify? Thanks
