@bt_uk can you sort your stuff out? The website says there's a fault with my connection and books me an engineer, one of your staff cancels it without telling me, can't fix it, now the site says I need an engineer again but it won't let me book one and won't reply on DMs!!!!

@btbusinesscare This has been on going for 4 months now. I’m not the account owner, just the frustrated guy that’s in the middle of trying to fix it. It’s already escallated to the highest folk who are now making slow progress. I’m just lost as every dealing I have with BT is excruciatingly poor

@bt_uk I will this morning but as you have my Money and in my mind I’m a customer now even though I’m not connected. Surly it’s good practice that you speak with me. Perhaps I’m just old fashioned in the way I think or business should be conducted.
