@bt_uk As I’ve said previously, it’s not me that has problem,it’s my mom & neighbours but they can’t complain because their phones &/or internet are down! Some are with you,my mom is with @Plusnet. I live in same street but my (& others) phone & internet is fine (coz we’re fibre?) 😤

@sharkey2007 Jesus I’m paying £55 a month and they know I’m on Income support I’ve told them enough times. Gonna have to call up @bt_uk and see if they can end my contract without penalty

@bt_uk may I congratulate you on how you are treating customers that are mid-contract around the price rises.Thanks for sending me a letter to point out that you have me trapped with a financial penalty to leave. I will of course let it run and then leave. No customer care at all
