@bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@AILAHT0909 @bt_uk I hope you get it sorted soon. Dreadful. I bought portable EE WiFi from curry’s to use in an emergency (we cut through our cable). I can recommend that as back up in the short term.

@bt_uk Thanks Catherine. Doesn’t really help me know how I’m going to work for the immediate future. Man on a digger tells me he’s cut through the streets broadband cable yet you can’t confirm the status? No point in me doing a status check, I know the status already …….

@bt_uk @Richard66629722 When I looked at upgrading my bt broadband package I was offered the same package but £10 more a month with a no cut in service guarantee.That should be standard anyway.

@bt_uk 2 promised call backs from manager not received surprise again no call back after having an ongoing complaint no landline for 6 wks how brand damaging is this honestly I have no confidence with @bt_uk anymore

@bt_uk it’s now been 113 days since my 90 year old Dad’s broadband broke and you still haven’t fixed it. Sending an email asking us to stop chasing isn’t an acceptable resolution! When will this end??
