@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk been on hold in the qeue for over 30mins trying to get info on when your technician is meant to be arriving at my house! Customer service is a job i can do in my bed so why aint u got enough workers doing this Ironically im the 1 in bed now and i couldve helped customers

@bt_uk was promised by a member of staff my phone would be fixed by today m, 14 days without a phone. I am a carer to disabled people due to no landline this involved emergency services having to be called on Thursday -this is not acceptable. can not get a straight answer from BT

@stevejacksonHN @bt_uk Thanks Steve. It is truly ridiculous. No comprehension that this affects my family AND business, or a willingness to treat me like a real customer. I feel like an irritation and that it’s all my fault. Thinking of leaving @bt_uk now and sod the “agreement.”

@TheFabledAesop @bt_uk Just telephone your telephone provider if you have any issues. Same with anything that comes from HMRC. Call them, talk to a human. What I got is, they confirmed it was a scam call but they say the trouble is blocking the number because the scammers keep changing it.

@bt_uk What's the point in this? This can't be looked into any further, a team leader is looking into this and has submitted an expedite form, its standard fibre it was meant to be fibre 100. But I'll drop you my details so you can read ALL of the complaint and have a little laugh.
