@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

@bt_uk And as I explained to one of your colleagues if I lose my internet I am unable to work from home causing me a huge problem and my employer a big problem. So imagine how annoyed i am, when the very thing we agreed not to happen, did happen.

@bt_uk I Clare. I'm still having problems. I was told the engineer would be here today by 1pm but I've heard nothing from @OpenreachHelp and the @bt_uk team say they have to submit a request which takes 3-4 hours to take effect. why can't your two organisations just speak to each other?

Never experienced such bad service than I’ve got from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach set up my account on 27/11/2020 and still do not have any internet. No one from bt knows what is going on and openreach have been out 5 times and still nothing. Clueless

@btbusinesscare I have a complaint reference 210107-001674 and maybe IMP-106636271 & previously 201210-000041 we were supposed to receive a phone call from yourselves by Tues 12-01-21 after our on line ‘chat’ on 7-01-21 but so far have heard nothing

@bt_uk taking a bit long to get people set up with you internet isn't it! I've waited 4 weeks for mine, still nothing. see bt openreach vans go past every day and none will stop to do our networking. appalling customer service 1/10
