@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk gonna be suspended which would have given me enough time to pay the bill on Monday, I have never had a late payment charge infact every month they feel the need to ring me to tell me the bill is due, are they that desperate for money. I really dunno what I’m going to do

Hands up everyone who thinks the newly announced 50:50 joint venture between BTSport and Eurosport, effectively merging all their channels into one subscription service in the UK, is going to result in lower annual bills for being able to watch MotoGP, WSB & BSB (and EWC, MX etc)

@bt_uk I can’t get a Virgin engineer until Saturday and suspect he won’t be able to fix it as im expecting it’s due to damage to the cable caused by the pavement being dug up

@bt_uk why has it taken over a month to cancel my bt broadband package when I cancelled within my 14 day cooling off period! In which time I’ve been billed twice! Contacted you 7 times through phone calls and still not resolved!!! @Ofcom
