@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It would help if you actually answered. I waited an hour! You should be ashamed! An old woman has been locked up in a residential since March, no physical contact with her family since March, and now no verbal contact for a week. Phones are an essential service, especially now!

@bt_uk why do you insist on making it impossible to cancel your services!! I need to cancel BT sport but can’t get through to anyone to do this and will not be happy if I get charged another month 😡

@bt_uk @jsrbell That's not fair, because people have been having issues with not being able to get their code since 8am, I can see several tweets with people mentioning as early as 8am they're unable to get their code. I too had this issue, and then it just appeared.

Frustrating, want to upgrade and renew my @bt_uk broadband, can't self serve because the website/app is terrible.. can't live chat because that team doesn't use it.. can't get through on phone after waiting for 20mins.. hey @virginmedia what you saying??

Very rare for me to vent on here - but - OMG - HOW BAD ARE @richardbranson and @virginmedia AT PROVIDING A SERVICE. Switched to them, and it's been one disaster after another. I'm now left without connectivity after weeks of inaction. I SHOULDN'T HAVE MOVED FROM @bt_uk #EpicFail

@bt_uk so tell me why a communications company cant answer their phone. Called to cancel my broadband expecting them to offer something better but in the time it took to call them then wait then wait then hang up I knew I had to cancel. Bye
