@bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

On hold to @bt_uk for over an hour (still on hold). Appreciate Covid has made things difficult for businesses but surely after a year, companies could reduce long call wait times with more staff!! It’s not just @bt_uk that I’ve experienced this with but they are by far the worst!

@bt_uk Hi #bt_tv just had an email saying my #britbox special offer is about to expire. Only watched it once ages ago and forgot I had it. When I try to manage it on your website it's sends me to theirs and when I go there they say manage thro your website. How do I cancel!!!

@bt_uk no Internet and landline since 10am this morning, phoned and got told that you're working on the issue and that it should be fix by 8pm... Its 9:10pm now, still no internet or landline and no update??? I've sent a dm already.

@bt_uk so trying to watch amazon prime and its unwatchable due to drop outs and slow connection yet your app seems think i have the peak speed i can have. Why is your troubleshooter lying? Has it been fixed so people can't make claims?
