@bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk Hi, my broadband still won't work and keeps cutting me off. Landline didn't have a dial tone last night. Not checking now as it has cut my broadband off doing that. Told an engineer coming but no date. Trying to work from home but can't. PLEASE HELP

@bt_uk As my initial tweet stated, your help section does not allow us as customers to log a ticket that there's a wifi issue. All the topics on that help page are not the reason my wifi is poor. Please can you investigate specifically whether there is a known issue in my area. Thx

@btsport hi I've paid for the subscription to bt sport however when I try to login to the app or try to watch on the website it says there's no active subscription. It has also taken payment twice?

@bt_uk Hi, I run an MSP and provide broadband connections to my customers over your lines. BT are ALWAYS the thing that slows it down and makes it a very frustrating experience. Openreach are impossible to get hold of and never take responsibility for things when they go wrong.

@Athommo1961 @bt_uk I agree, I ordered the tv deal with them, there was a problem at there end activating it, so the cancelled it told to reapply tomorrow when the deal ends, looks like I’ll be cancelling my internet tomorrow can’t see them honouring it
