@bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk I applied for Fibre Broadband. Was told the application was pending and someone would be in touch.I’ve tried several times to call customer service.The £29.99 fee has been refunded. I assume it was unsuccessful and will not be connected by date supplied upon application?

@bt_uk To even seriously suggest my Wifi wasn’t being logged in with the correct password is utterly insulting and shows a complete lack of understanding of my issue. I had 4 other devices connected to that WiFi which were working fine FFS. Just give me a refund please.
