@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

Still problems with an open order . Posted back equipment, called Connections team 3 times, Spoke to Loyalty department 4 times. Broadband speed now significantly dropping making it impossible to watch TV. TBH the worst experience! Moving to Sky ASAP @BTCare

@EE @btsport I’ve reported the issues frequently and then, receive an email starting that the internet problem has been fixed and then, the next day, the problems start up all over again. It has been reliable for years, but NOT in the last few weeks. Why is this?

@allanoldfield1 @bt_uk @ThomasDuecke Thanks!!! Sending another engineer round on Tuesday. Thursday's one did everything that could be done, but to tick a box, another one is coming. But the actual problem is 2miles away at the exchange! Neither great customer service, nor a great way to run a business!!!!

Dear @bt_uk our connection date in the new property was yesterday, we have dial tone and no connection, BT hub flashing purple. On the phone with you and 1 hr 45 mins still not being able to speak to a human. Not great. 6 people eagerly awaiting some sort of service.

@bt_uk Hi. I have a problem with my Internet cutting off. I have been told by Sky that I have the wrong lead. The new lead I have does not reach the main BT box. Will I have to move the box at a cost? Thanks in advance.
