@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk I pleaded with your customer service team that I can not afford the this type of broadband and wished to be put onto the most basic, slowest speed as I don’t need it nor can afford it. But I got £6 off for removing sky movies.

Weird that the BTSport 2 feed doesn’t have the #WWECastle hashtag or the WWE logo watermark on the screen that the WWE Network/Peacock feed has.🤔

@BTCare Unacceptable service from you. You disconnected my broadband service a week early and appear unable to reconnect me. The Minihub you sent is useless. For a communications company you are over promising and UNDER delivering.

Why does @bt_uk have the worst customer service? I am paying against the odds for the services I currently get. In fact if I cancelled my BT and went back to them for the same deal it would be CHEAPER.
