    @bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

    @bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

    @bt_uk I did send a message via the website regarding the nonexistent WiFi, within the first hour of trying to use it! I have not received a response, hence my Tweet. I didn't have an app, it was via the website. Seriously? No refund, for a service that wasn't functional?!

    @bt_uk Your colleague mentions an unfinished 'duct', which was actually done on the morning of Sat 3 December. Sorry you are made to offer cringe-inducing excuses/untruths. All needed is about 2 yards of cable to wall box. Terrible.

    @BTCare BT Internet email is appalling. I’ve had to reset my password three times in two days. Suspicious activity? More like poor service and infrastructure. Please stop it. It’s driving us mad. And more importantly to you, away from BT. I’ve frankly had enough. not good enough

    @bt_uk @BTGroup hello 👋 disabled customer here. My venerable mum has been cut off for the past 12 days because of change over from broadband to fiber. Still waiting for the router and phones to be delivered. Customer service has been bad. Compensation needed now too for loss.
