@bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk Hi, my broadband still won't work and keeps cutting me off. Landline didn't have a dial tone last night. Not checking now as it has cut my broadband off doing that. Told an engineer coming but no date. Trying to work from home but can't. PLEASE HELP

@btbusinesscare when we report that you have cancelled our broadband in error, how can it possibly be part of the solution to cut off our phones as well? Not happy.

@bt_uk cs is the worst Iv ever experienced. Took an extra £113 out of my account for ‘unreturned’ equipment (not true), then lied to me twice abt refunding after I begged and cried to them bc I have no money to even buy food til they refund me #heartless #terrible #wheresmymoney

@bt_uk Okay I can see that. Thanks. I now need to reconfigure the two accounts I have in the house down to one. Last time i tried this it was a complete nightmare. How do I get to speak to an adviser? I have to say I hate the @BTGroup experience with a vengeance.

Hey @bt_uk I'm trying to work out if I can have my BT tv in more than one room at a time, but I don't seem to get the option to add "extra room" despite having a fast enough internet. Any help?

@bt_uk Interesting there is no mention of dealing with Openreach when you are trying to identify and organise the work required on your property to fix BT's damage but once there is a problem suddenly BT has no responsibility. #BTDONTCARE
