@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk just off the phone to BT customer services. Arrogant individual wouldn’t sort issue and just laughed down the phone! Shocking service, hideous organisation! Will be cancelling contract!

@btsport I'm trying to add BT Sport to my BT apps, but everyimte i try and sign up it send me to the website - which is under maintenance? There appears to be no way of creating an account, the website seems broken. Any advice?
