@bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk 3/ only, there is no 24hr help. Despite confusing info on your website, I reported the fault online and got the helpful message that it will be fixed by 2nd November. When you’ve got weeks to live, this ain’t that helpful. So I tried your online chat service.

Awful customer service from @bt_uk as I’ve been receiving bills despite I have explained them I have no BT service and they confirmed that. Yesterday I got my ‘final bill’ and now I’m struggling to reach them on phone. @bt_uk could you please remove my name from random bills pls?

@bt_uk I placed an order for bt mobile last Saturday to port over 4 numbers from EE. I was told they would be ported on Tues. It's now Friday and one of them is STILL not working. 3 days without a mobile phone is unacceptable.

@bt_uk Existing customer was giving me only the option of ‘normal’ broadband. Not logging in gave me the option of full fibre.

@bt_uk your bill is due to be paid by the 5th of November or we'll disconnect your services. Also @bt_uk it's Friday the 29th of October and we've disconnected your services. Enjoy the weekend. 😑 worst bit is, today is pay day, they'd be getting paid in full. Now I'm pissed.

@bt_uk an error on BTs behalf means I now have two accounts yet have no internet because BT have given the wrong modem number to open reach. I’ve spent 3 hours on the phone to BT and you still can’t fix it. I am paying double for no service.
