@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

I missed the start of #LoveIsland because my child was vomiting on me. Can’t watch recordings or live TV on the @bt_uk app and can’t watch +1 on the @itvhub app 😫 I’m a broken women and not being able to watch the TV I want in bed has absolutely finished me 😭

@bt_uk we have just been advised that you are switching us to Digital Voice next week. There is no mobile at all where we live. If there is a power cut, we risk my elderly mother not being able to call 999. This is awful, and I would like advice on how to make a formal complaint

@bt_uk Not ideal really. The slot is 1PM-6PM which doesn’t help things either having such an open ended time slot. Hard to try and arrange around that when I’ve said something has come up. What happens if I’m unable to attend?

@mobile_mag @EE @bt_uk We had Fibre installed by BT to the poles on our lane in 2017. It was never connected, such a a waste of money. Now being replaced but stopping at the property before us 300m away. Infuriating. Stuck on 4G broadband but signal is appalling even with cantenna.
