@uk_acmilan Possibly so, then again we have Nigel Spackman on comms for BTSport covering our games and I’m not sure why but he comes across as though he properly hates us. Never gives us credit for anything, he even said Theo’s goal against Fiorentina was a wild slice that luckily went in.

@bt_uk @Rachelb105 Hi,I need to report a fault with our openreach box as it drops connection the socket also on one side isn’t fitted properly it’s just a hole in the wall. I have contacted openreach and they have told me to ask BT to open a fault order to the service management team.

Broadband goes up £10 a month and now it’s gone to **** @BTCare, why is it going to take nearly a week to sort a service fault?

@andrewnixon79 @btsport @WBCBaseball Yup. Those are the disappointing things about this stuff. It should be written into contracts that if they don't use all of it and broadcast certain matches then they have the right to show those matches on their own streaming service.

@TalkTalk are terrible. After not being able to activate my already installed fibre line for just under 2 weeks, I cancelled. Now I’m locked out of getting BT (way better service) in 48 hours because TalkTalk is taking 7 days to cancel. Should’ve gone with @bt_uk initially.

I seriously do not want to continue in this manner with no concerte answers or service whatsoever. @bt_uk please cancel my contract and ideally I should not be penalized for it, since I'm being forced to do so due to deprivation of services.
