@bt_uk 2nd time in 6 months BT Wifi is down. I have to work from home & this makes it incredibly difficult. Pretty rubbish for a services that’s not only expensive but pretty slow. Just annoyed. I don’t want to go into the office tomorrow!! Help!!!!!

@bt_uk am having the most horrendous time with you. You just keep closing down my complaint without resolving it. I need to cancel my contract with you in the cooling off period. I am NOT calling again or having anymore live chats. Presumably I just cancel the DD?

Has anyone else experienced their Internet quality drop massively as soon as you tell @bt_uk you are leaving??? Their service and quality has been poor for a while but they don’t even hide it now when I run a speed test….. 2 more ******* weeks of this shite

@btbusinesscare Myself and neighbours who are affected already have, they said the issue is with BT open reach lines ( I believe sky only rent off of you)
