@bt_uk Hi, my broadband still won't work and keeps cutting me off. Landline didn't have a dial tone last night. Not checking now as it has cut my broadband off doing that. Told an engineer coming but no date. Trying to work from home but can't. PLEASE HELP

@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

Not long left of my @bt_uk broadband contract to go. Shame their third party company cheated me out of £120 reward card so leaving a sour taste. Like the service but dont like been treated like dirt.

@bt_uk Hi I reset the password AGAIN.. Fully expect it again in next week, ill be asking for paper account details again, the BT IT is the worst ever, I had it for years and still its awful. Next week will be decidwe if I can still login. Thanks

@bt_uk when you refuse to offer a refund for someone who has slowest internet going, yet allow them to upgrade and then refuse a refund because you claim the small print says they wouldn’t get more than slow!! Profit over people

@bt_uk could not be more disappointed with the switch over service. Despite you organising an activation date for my switch for the 1st December, I learn today that because of your system issues my order has to be booked and so no internet and can’t work until the 16th. Really???
