@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

Spoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

@bt_uk It was encouraging at first, they said it would be sorted in 24 hours (on Monday) My Mum still hasn't got her landline fixed. The mobile signal is so poor some days I can't even get to speak to her. She is shielding and I have called her everyday since the first lockdown began.

@bt_uk I doubt it, until BT put decent, up to date cabling in to our hamlet, which we have been told is not likely to happen anytime soon, the service we receive will remain diabolical and not worth the money we are paying for the small amount of time we can actually get broadband.

@SimonMiller52 @CharJackson91 @BTCare I had the same, yes it’s a joke, also the engineer leaned on my wall and marked the paintwork with black crap all over it. You will be wiser to just pop two screws into the panel yourself than the massive drama of getting them back in for that, booking them is a stress in itself
-

@gtrowb1 @bt_uk Yes it's possible. When placing order there will be a section to change delivery address. However it does fit through a standard letter box so may not be an issue to have it sent to the new address either. Hope that helps
