    @bt_uk I'm sorry but it's not good enough, your engineers caused this issue at 12pm yesterday. You should be fixing this as a matter of urgency

    @bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

    @bt_uk Similar problem with my wife's email a/c. Seems to be SMTP function rather than IMAP - emails have been received but not sent.

    @bt_uk worst company going. No communication with customers, just cancel broadband orders without telling you and horrible customer service.

    @bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

    @bt_uk I would just like to thank you for your terrible service. I waited 27 minutes befor anyone answered. They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

    @bt_uk day 17 no internet /broadband thanks bt/openreach promised week on week now say 29 th 5weeks without service they disconnected on 27/11 worst service provider award goes to bt/openreach

    @bt_uk Hi, my broadband still won't work and keeps cutting me off. Landline didn't have a dial tone last night. Not checking now as it has cut my broadband off doing that. Told an engineer coming but no date. Trying to work from home but can't. PLEASE HELP

    @bt_uk hi friends! My home hub 2 drops out at random intervals. Turning off & on again works & so does restarting thru the hub manager. Any ideas? No issues before last month - it’s about a year old I think.

    @bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

    @bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

    Please avoid #vodafone & #btopenreach they are bollocks. They offer cheaper prices to entice new customers, but treat you like **** after you’ve signed up. Waited in all day to be connected, engineer was a no show, customer service is **** & isn’t understandable. @bt_uk @vodafone

    @bt_uk today we called BT for help. Help was offered in repairing a phone for a vulnerable 93 year old. Nothing happened and she is still without a phone which she needs for hospital, family, neighbourhood support. What happened?

    @bt_uk Fraudulent sale by BT customer consultants, miss selling packages to customers. Then forcefully Debiting money customers account. Made complaint with BT. Without resolving My complaint closed. When i called BT customer services. They tried to sell another contract. Really

    @_reBeccaK @bt_uk That’s horrific. Some guy working for them tried to gaslight me as if it all never happened, despite the constant calls & engineers coming out every single month. There has to be, but they can’t leave you without internet anyway, definitely ruuuuun!

    @bt_uk @bt_uk i give up. I'm cancelling my contract as soon as possible and going with someone else. Extortionate priced for a service that isn't fit for purpose! I'm done. You could install all new cables and equipment in my house and it still wouldn't work! **** YOU BT!

    @RichieUK_TTV @BTCare Most likely was an upgrade to FTTP which requires a new internal box. Either way you’re the nut job who is missing out, get a grip and just have it installed. Or am I right in saying if your boiler broke you wouldn’t have an engineer “invading” your house to fix it? Lemon
