I’m not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but it’s been out each time I’ve come home from work.

They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

Sorry, but we’re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?
