    @BTCare Yes it was saying problems with signal strength (i have my TV tuner on the same aerial and it's fine). Then i retuned and now they're gone

    @BTCare No. All I got was: we don’t know why it got cancelled. We’ll call you tomorrow (today) still waiting. @bt_uk want to cancel & move to Sky at this point. I‘m tired! 2 months dealing, Nothing resolved. Your disrespect for a customer that’s been with you for 40+ yrs is shocking!

    Another beautiful day... that will be ruined by @bt_uk @BTCare and the irresponsible company they represent. Waiting for a call back inly to say: we are sorry but CBA to fix the crackly line and the broadband issue.

    @BTCare @bt_uk engineer was cancelled for no reason. According to your agent and... no one knows why. But they promise to resolve. Ha! Your service is appalling! Especially your Chat agents. I am paying (actually overpaying because I’m £126 in credit) for a service! Respect me!

    @BTCare Hi Laura G, yes they are. An engineer came out to us and said one of your contractors has cut out line to connect another. It looks like it won’t be fixed until tomorrow. That will be four days without broadband...

    @bt_uk why isn’t btSport not working -my internet is up and running and yet my tv won’t connect so I’m paying for channels I’m not getting -tried restarting yes router unplugged the boxes and restarted but no connection toon help !!

    @BTCare I’ve left BT. Only so much BS I can handle. Inability to resolve problems, and staff not even attempting to resolve a problem for 5 days until I rung up to find out what’s happening. Then when I say I’m leaving problem is miraculously looked in to and resolved. Too late

    @BTCare But 2 weeks to fix something is appalling and even then you could tell me I have to wait another week. I suggest you change suppliers @OpenreachHelp it certainly doesn't take 2 weeks to fix some cable.
